• Ellen (10/5): Spacious, comfortable and authentic house near the Samnaum-Ischgl ski area - Spacious and authentic house near the Samnaum-Ischgl ski area. Friendly, professional and thoughtful host Karin who has welcomed us personally and checked our wellbeing regularly during our stay. Daily bread service that was definitely appreciated. Well equipped kitchen, and functional ski room with heated boot rack. Many thoughtful details, practical accessories, groceries, decor and artefacts present in the house. We enjoyed the infra red and hot stone saunas which were very welcoming especially during the week of extreme snowfall that we experienced. Samnaun Ravaitsch ski lifts give easy access to the ski area and are about 8 mins drive with the car. During days with extreme snowfall the ski bus can be used. Schedule is limited : 8:25 am to go from Spiss dorf, 16:00 to return from Samnaun Dorf/Ravaitsch/Larett. We would definitely recommend the house to others for a ski break with family. We stayed with 3 generations and we all enjoyed the house and facilities. We appreciated the spacious open air parking next to the house. A carport would have been handy especially given the extreme snowfall (50cm per day) that made the car access difficult. The beds were very comfortable and provided with good bed linnen; perhaps a little hard to our personal taste.

• Eddy (10/5): Top vakantiehuis met een top gastvrouw in een top omgeving! - Fantastische gastvrouw: hartelijke ontvangst, broodjesservice, tips en uitleg over de omgeving, niet is teveel gevraagd. Het huis is in perfecte staat en fantastisch goed onderhouden. Alles was aanwezig. Zeer rustige ligging in een zeer prachtige omgeving. Ook de sauna en de aparte berging met wasgelegenheid is top. Hartelijk bedankt Karin, het was een topvakantie op een topadres en een topbeleving. We komen terug.
• Benjamin (10/5): Traumhafte Ferienunterkunft in abgelegener und stiller Ortschaft - Besonders hervorhebenswert war die Ausstattung der Unterkunft mit einer Außenbereichs-Sauna und einer Infrarotkabine im Keller. Die Unterkunft bot uns außerordentlich viel Platz und Möglichkeiten die täglichen Wanderungen daheim in Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit ausklingen zu lassen. Man sieht leider an der ein oder anderen Stelle im Gebäude und an dem Mobiliar das alles selbst errichtet wurde (darüber lässt sich aber bei dieser Freundlichkeit hinwegsehen).
• Viktoria (10/5): - Sehr gastfreundliche Gastgeberin Karin, wunderschöne Natur, ausgezeichnete Lage, Italien und die Schweiz sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt, das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, sehr gemütlich, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, zwei wunderbare Saunen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen
• Agnese (10/5): Perfect house for ski holiday. - Amazing house, fully equipped. Everything was even better than we expected - house is spot clean, fresh, well furnished. Every morning we gladly used "fresh bread service" at our door. A very pleasant surprise was possibility to receive a discount for ski pass (saved approx. 40eur per person for 6day ski pass). House has separate room for ski equipment with boot heaters. Host is very welcoming and will help with any question. Location is also very convenient - 8min drive to Samnaun. Ski bus also operates. Nothing bad to say :)

Made with the Tirolian charm wooden-rock interiour, just beautiful❤️. The infra sauna with shower is a state of art. Cottage full of amenities and decorations from elder times just grab you and make you feel like you are Alice in wonderland. Karin- the owner-the big thank for your support in any manner. She is just a star, helping explaining fulfilling any wish that may pop in your mind. Lovely, smiley, with the heart of an angel😘. Bread delivery is spot on every morning in front of the door. As i say marvelous cottage with breath-taking views, just a rock throw from Saumnaun Switzerland. For skiing in Silvretta Ischgl- Saumnaun arena THIS IS a winner option. The cheese fondue evening with friends of Karin that she arranged for us was A magical experience. We felt like home! • Serguei (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful time spent in this house! Excellent location, everything you need for a comfortable stay, everything is clean, comfortable beds, excellent living room. The skibus stop is right next to the house. Great skiroom. A very interesting vintage interior with elements of antiques. Barbecue area right in the yard. Convenient parking. Very quiet and peaceful around. And the sauna will pleasantly surprise you right inside the house. A wonderful option for families with children. We will definitely come back here again!
