• George (8/5): Being a home away from home, saved us from the weather. - We were there for the Easter long weekend, unfortunately the weather didn't agree with our stay, but the house being relatively spacious was a boon. It afforded us to hang out, playing board games and a mini-tournament with the Fuzzball helped make our stay relaxing and engaged. When we had a break in the rain we made the short walk down to Sublime Point and got to appreciate the view from the back bedroom, yard and kitchen. Each bedroom had a double bed as well as air conditioners and electric blankets. The living areas were of a good size, you certainly didn't fell cramped all in all it was a well kept house. Like to give a few suggestions, the laundry down stairs had a damp smell about it. We didn't use it but for folks who might be staying a little longer could cause an issue. Airing it out more often along with some damp-rid products or other type of action will not go astray. The kitchen was quite serviceable, though the doors & drawers to need some care given to them.

• John (9/5): We enjoyed our stay - Location was great. Quiet area with Sublime Point a short walk away. Nice area and seats at back of property to sit outside (see picture). Property has at some stage has been well renovated on the inside and was very tidy and clean and, a big plus for a hot or cold day, had air conditioners in every bedroom as well as main living area. Bedrooms were basic but functional and comfortable. It was nice to have a soak in the very large bath after the Grand Canyon walk. For longer stays a clothes dryer would be nice if doing any washing or trying to dry damp clothes if been walking in wet weather.

• Stephanie (7/5): Great location for access to the beautiful views of Sublime Point. - Excellent location, a short walk to Sublime Point - spectacular sunrise and sunset Kitchen cookware could use an update. The BBQ outside should have a cover. An extra blanket or two and some bath mats for the bathrooms would be great additions - cold in winter.

• Janine (10/5): Amazing- if we ever returned to Leura we’d love to stay here again - The views were amazing. The house was about 6 minutes to Leura town and about 13 mins drive to Katoomba. Amazing surroundings. The house had every thing we needed, we even enjoyed sitting out by the fire outside. We’d come off a 10 day cruise, so we’re happy there was a washing machine, but could’ve done with a drier. It was a short drive to Katoomba where we could utilise the laundromat
• Jason (6/5): Great garden view. Warm house. Presentation & safety touches could be better. - Great view from the garden, heat pumps in every room including the lounge made keeping everyone warm easy. Underneath furniture very dusty, exterior of the house could do with a clean. Garden table/ platform needs repairing as one board is loose and pops up when stood on. Baby gate at the top of the stairs to the basement was good to have but our baby could fit through the railings surrounding the stairwell. We indicated a baby was coming to stay but all dangerous cleaning products were still under the sink upon arrival. Trip hazards around the dining table made for a few mishaps.

Beautiful, peaceful locations - None of the doors or windows had fly screens so we found the house quite stuffy as there was quite a bit of mosquito activity so we didn’t feel like we could have them open in the late afternoon/evening. Beds were also way too firm for our liking.

• Juliet (9/5): Very neat, tidy and comfortable accommodation. - It was an excellent location with beautiful mountain views. The house was very clean and well maintained. The mattresses were not very comfortable. They were a little bit hard. The top bed cover and blankets in one of the rooms were dirty.

• Angela (7/5): Great location with so many good walks close by - Location was great- the house suited us well Many of the light globes/lights didn’t work- please check all of them. Also, the drain in the shower was blocked by hair which we had to clean out to make the water drain properly.
• Sonja (9/5): A very enjoyable and comfortable stay. - The house was spacious, modern, well equipped and everything was very clean. The view from the back yard was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. Some shelves or drawers in the bedrooms would be handy to unpack clothing. At present there is only hanging space. Otherwise everything was very good.
• Penny (9/5): Excellent size and location. The facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was great - Mirrors in each of bedrooms. Plenty of powerpoints for phones by the bedside. Exceptionally large bathroom. Large living space with plenty of seating. Fuseball table in middle of room? Perhaps a little wood for the fireplace?
