Sally (7/5): Great location, well resourced kitchen and amazing view! - Location and view and great kitchen with everything. Only one air conditioner which was upstairs Had to use a key to lock all doors. No way to lock a door without a key. Which was difficult if some people were home and wanted to lock the door whilst others were out. Only given one set of keys.
Caroline (3/5): I will forward the correspondence between ourselves & Lorne Real Estate as this best describes our stay: the propert - The view from the balcony & the new couch The property was: - unclean; bathroom drawers, oven & oven tray filled with grease, bedrooms had dead flies & cobwebs - one of the Queen bedrooms did not have a wardrobe! - unable to be secured for a period due to an issue with keys - LPG gas for cooking on the hob not available, both gas bottles were empty - the ‘stick’ cleaner fell off the wall when it was tried to be used Some of these were addressed by Lorne Real Estate but in general all issues were due to lack of maintenance / management. I was corresponding via email to the local real estate & will also forward these to Booking.com as our holiday was disrupted by many issues (eg. Lack of coat hangers/ insufficient cupboard storage) not described in the property details. This all took time out of our schedule, and, respectfully, we were there for a holiday, not to be checking maintenance issues. I am requesting a full review & compensation as we had at least half our stay disrupted by the many issues
Mellisa (7/5): Easy company to deal with to book and lots of communication wouldn't stay at the same property again - It was a close walk to the beach There was no screen or blinds on the balcony door therefore lots of bugs inside the house The outdoor lounges were worn and itchy to sit on and the photos made everything look bigger
