• kittu96 (6/5): - The accommodation was close to Little Havanna and it had a parking space in front of the house,so we were able to check on the car. Also, the size of the home is enough for 2-3 people. The furnitures were used and not in that condition that you see on the photos. The cleanliness is debatable e.g the bathroom was nicely cleaned but the livingroom was questionable, especially the rug. What caused us the biggest disappointment is the small private garden.We looked forward to it and our plan was to sit outside each night. It looks tottally different than on the pictures, the furintures were dirty and used. The pillows to it were missing, part of the fence was ruined at the back. The grass was not taken care of and was horrible. I would recommend a thorough renovation for the whole apartment.

• Joseph (9/5): Nice accommodation convenient to MIA and Little Havana. - Location, parking space, indoor and outdoor space. Kitchen equipment could be better: electric kettle would have been a welcome addition.

• Rochelle (8/5): I really loved this little spot, was perfect and pretty luxurious for the reasonable price I paid. - The property is clean, convenient, extremely secure, quiet and super private. I felt good, peaceful energy my entire stay. I wouldn’t say I disliked this but I was caught off guard my first night staying at the property because there’s a beautiful kitty cat that lives under the house that woke me up from my sleep and scared me. I could hear him scratching and bumping around under the floor boards. I was alone so I panicked a bit. Lol

• Sjarn (10/5): Perfect en boven verwachting - Alles was perfect, het huis, de buurt en kon makkelijk naar litlle Havana en Cale Oche lopen. Supermarkt op 5 min loopafstand. Veel ruimte in en om het huis. Contact met de verhuurder was prima en kreeg veel informatie over de buurt. Wij kenden de omgeving al, maar was fijn dat er toch nog wat tips tussen zaten om lekker te kunnen eten. Zeker een aanrader om deze accommodatie te boeken. Wij doen het zeker opnieuw als wij weer naar Miami gaan.

• Suki (4/5): This place was not up to my expectation. There were big cockroaches in the house. - 7 min walk to the nearby bus stop which connects to downtown. Host was responsive. Overall, this place was not up to my expectation. First of all, there were three big cockroaches the first night we stayed, which scared the hell out of me and I almost cried. I had to ask my partner to kill them. The host said it is normal in Miami and they do regular pest control, which I think they should check/clean the house more thoroughly. Also, the host said I should have told them the first night we saw. I didn’t think it was the way he should have handled it though I only told him that after. Other comments, - The place was not clean despite from the cockroaches. - Not a big deal but the soap and shampoo/conditioner provided didn’t smell good nor in good quality. - Pan was too old and should have been thrown out. - bed sheets and the blanket didn’t feel clean.
• Luke (10/5): It was a great stay in a spacious and extremely clean apartment - The property is a stand-alone building, meaning it was wonderfully quiet compared to a hotel. Rooms are a generous size, with plenty of facilities / supplies in the kitchen. Plenty of free parking space, and a very short walk to local cafes, bar and restaurants. Host was friendly and responsive. We’d stay again.

• Vegas (10/5): Beautiful, romantic, free - This was a perfect and private residence, tucked away in a Miami neighborhood. The casita was spacious, with a beautiful private backyard. The TVs boasted all the streaming channels, towels and toiletries were provided, coffee and filtered water, along with some packets of oatmeal. All of these touches were greatly appreciated. This is not a good location to stay if you don't have a car, and that was something I was hoping for. The nearest "corner store" is a bit of a walk, along with the bus station as well. There are no citi bike stations near by. If I would have had a car, none of these would be any concern. It's close to a lot of places if you have a car.

• Vanessa (10/5): The stay was exactly and everything I needed to recover after a surgery, in peace. - EVERYTHING! The vibe and style of the place, the amenities, the set up for an extended stay, the cleanliness, comfort, ease of access to/from the property, peaceful & safe location (which happens to be the neighborhood where I grew up). Vicinity to where I needed to be, the patio, private parking… just everything. Communication with the host and team was prompt and pleasant, adressing and fixing a couple of household issues right away. No elbow space around the toilet. The bathroom is otherwise beautiful and spotless, could probably do without that cabinet, instead could use something to hang our towel from next to the shower. I think a coat rack would work perfectly in that little corner. However, minor detail, made no difference in how much I enjoyed my stay.

• Yi-ling (8/5): Very good - Spacious, quiet, private, well equipped, well stocked, ample parking, fenced backyard, tropical setting, giant mango tree, responsive host. The robot vacuum works at 3 am every other day and beeps for help when it's stuck. Some bugs and geckos in the house. The outside trash can is full and stinks.

• Tracy (8/5): Great little space for two that is close to Miami, Coconut Grove, Brickell and Coral Gables. - Check in was super easy and the location was great! It is 10-15 min drive to pretty much anywhere you want to go. It sits back off the road behind a duplex, so it was quiet. It is nicely decorated, and the bed is very comfortable. The side yard is nice, but we didn't get to use it much. The space is really great for 2 people that want to explore the Miami area. There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The vacuum made us jump when it started up at 8pm and ran for more than 45min. There could have been some hand towels and washcloths provided, but that's not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay very much
