• Hell (7/5): It was ok - The location was close to everything one of the rooms had stains on the sheets and in one the restrooms there was hair in the tub and on the floor and in the downstairs restroom had spit in the sink which made me feel like facility wasn’t being properly cleaned before we arrived. What also rubbed me wrong was the host sent me a damage fee for $50 claiming that the duvet was stained when the stains were there before we arrived

• Desiree (1/5): It was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! - There was a bed for everyone The noise, no cable or basic/local channels so we couldn’t watch football, only 2 TVs for 5 adults and 1 child and one of the TVs was in the guest bedroom, there was no face rags we had to buy them because they claimed they don’t offer them, they gave a used roll of toilet paper and paper towel and said that’s all they supply so we had to buy more, they gave us 1 garbage bag we had to buy those, there was a huge party at a unit that went on until 4am and I had to call the police, someone kept parking in our parking spot, they had a roach problem and I had to ask them to spray, the master br had hair on the floor, I spent more time complaining then being able to enjoy my holiday. The people did nothing other apologize, I asked for a partial refund because they did not keep their end of their policies. I have a ton of emails and pictures where I complained about the lack of action to my issues.

• Marvelle (10/5): Exceptional - The house was better than we expected. I absolutely loved the cleanliness and how spacious it was. We were all able to have our own space. It was just an overall 10/10 To be honest the only issues we faced was when we had to unlock the door for the first time. It was a bit confusing but once we called them and explained our troubles they solved it and were so nice and patient about it.
