• Elsa A. (9/5): Home away from home - Perfect location for our longer stay - the building has pied-à-terre access to Trader Joes, Target, Starbucks & lots of restaurants and shops! The apartment was pet friendly, so our stay felt very residential and much like home. The staff at the front desk are great and we were happy to have access to the gym and pool. The host & owner of the unit were super responsive when we had a mishap with the AC, and made sure we were quickly squared away.

Bed from the 1900s. 50€ per person surcharge for “amenities”(a 70Cm deep pool) - not disclosed initially, solved only after booking.com CX was informed If they charged 50% less it might be in line with what they offer, otherwise, aim for other properties.
• Renee (10/5): Very relaxing and it felt like home. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. - The property is in a great location, close to many restaurants and plenty of shopping. There is even a Traders Joe’s Market across the street. The only thing that I didn’t like was the extra $50.00 that had to be once I arrived.

• Teri (10/5): This was the perfect place for our stay in Midtown. - Great location, well appointed, very comfortable,easy to contact the host with questions. My only complaint is the $50/person amenity fee. The amenities (pool) should be included in the rental fee. (Coffee was listed as an amenity but there was a charge for it.)

• Rhonda (8/5): Very good - It was accessible to many restaurants. The toilet did not flush upon checkin and it took 4 hours to get fixed. This was a major inconvenience and we had to use the restrooms near the pool.
• Christopher (8/5): Great location, secure, near a lot of food and art, overall great stay would rebook again definitely. - Good location, situated in midtown Miami. Walking distance to wynwood( it’s .5-.7 of a mile away, but be careful if planning on walking there at night) Great full kitchen, full and modern bathroom. Good fast reliable WiFi internet connection. Large Smart TV. Great secure location, need keycard to enter at all times. Very Close to a lot of great food within a short radius of the stay. Not far from south beach/downtown miami. Indoor hammock to chill and watch TV/Watch a bit of the sunset. Only 2 Cons were the photos of the view are obscured, see posted photos for actual view. There’s another portion of the complex directly in front of you. Part of its roof is visible. You can still enjoy/see a city view, you are pointed toward MIA int airport you can see the moon rise and sun set in the background still very nice. But this should be clearly depicted so guests know. A Minor toilet issue where it won’t stop flowing after flush. We had to open the top deck to access the flapping drainage cover, reseat it on the left side and it will stop…
• Jennifer (9/5): Fantastic location in beautiful condo with friendly staff. - Location is outstanding with so much nearby. It was very clean and well appointed. Concierge staff was super nice. Loved being up high and being able to look out from the balcony. Kitchen had almost all I needed. The early check in process was not clear and messaging via the app was difficult. The bed was VERY squeaky which is fine by myself but if I had a partner, I wouldn’t have been thrilled. The toilet had problems flushing which was annoying but I dealt with it. Otherwise a really great stay. As for the price - I think all the added taxes and fees threw me a bit. Original pricing as advertised was much lower. But I had a kitchen where I could cook so I appreciated that.
• Chloe (2/5): Very poor - I was not registered at the entrance when I arrived and it took me one hour to get in. I tried to leave my luggage for one hour at the lobby when I left and they wanted to charge me 50 dollars. There is no wifi at the pool and at the gym. The gym is very old.

Within 3 minutes walking distance several restaurants, coffee shops & Trader Joe’s supermarket. Apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking on the 4th floor is secure and convenient.
