• Sophie (10/5): A great stay 😊 - Good space, clear instructions to get in and very clean! Only issue is it can be a little noisy as it’s close to a few bars but was ok!
• Reşat (7/5): Good - The location was very good, the price performance was very good The games mentioned were not working. We were not aware of the deposit before making the reservation, but we did not experience any problems afterwards and the refund was given within the time limit.

• Abu (9/5): Beautiful Milano - Respectful owner who helped along the way to reach our destination and entrance to the building, video was provided to me upon arrival. Very understanding when our flight was delayed by 14 hours.
• Irfan (1/5): Worst place to stay. - Location was good near to Attractions. What was shown in pics nothing was like as shown. Jacuzzi wasn't working. Snooker wasn't allowed to play, Gaming machine wasn't working plus soo many instructions what to do what not to do like we were staying in hostel. Owner was controlling everything in that hot weather he set AC temperature to certain levels it was not cooling specially in bedrooms it was too hot Ac wasn't cooling in bedrooms and AC's were turning off automatically after some time so during sleep no Ac was on. Mosquitoes were everywhere we didn't open the windows or doors only when we go out or come in. Mosquitoes bites and no cooling. It was worse experience ever. I would suggest do not book this property.

• Michele (3/5): Hard to find, too many notes everywhere reminding you what not to do, air conditioner ran for about an hour max. - Mmmm…that is a hard one. It was very clean. I’m just going to say that we had booked a 2 night stay and left the entire town after day one. I was looking forward to quirky but there was nothing enjoyable about this place. I have NEVER left a bad review.

• Natalia (9/5): Very clean to every corners, well informed by the owner - Location : At city centre, walkable to Duomo, very close to Metro Place : very clean, you get details of the place, a book of evertyhing you need to know how to operate things in the room, details very details!! And list of recommended restaurants nearby with the map printed from google map ❤️❤️ Just read thoroughly the big book provided and you are save. Thanks!

• Bogdan (9/5): Superb - The location, the kindness of the owner. He was very open to everything we asked him. You have an small “book” ready for you with recomanded bars, restaurants around the city and many other things that for a newcomer in Milan, it’s very helpful. Just 1 bathroom.
• Hendrik (9/5): Superb - Great location, spacious apartment with plenty of room for 6 people. One shower for six meant a bit of organisation in the morning!

• Rayt (4/5): Not worth the money as the luxury is non existent. - The only good thing was close location. Initially the security bond could be done only by paypall. Had to ask my sister to help out as the owner didn’t want to accommodate anything else. If you wish to feel like you are 10 again at the school camp, feel free. I haven’t come across so many rules for a very long time. We are on holidays to relax, not to read full binder of instructions and stickers all over the apartment. Very disappointed and not recommended for family stay.
• Maryhelen (5/5): did not care for Milan dirty and too busy - clean, big, spacious, location was okay. lots of construction around, no in person support which made it very challenging. So, if you lost internet/WiFi you would be out of luck and no support, since everything was done via text and/or email. I never talked to anyone it was all through the What’ Up app, so that in person customer experiences was not good.
