• YI TING (10/5): 這是第二次入住，整體來說很棒，離地鐵站、超市、超商都不算遠 - 空間很大，很適合帶小孩的家庭 浴室較小，幫小孩盥洗較不方便
• tiwari (4/5): - Location and bed room is very good. But dining room is bad smell when entering the room like fungus and kitchen also not a clean. We stay there 3 night . Any way we enjoy the osaka trip . This location near the tengenchiya station. Tengenchiya to kyoto direct train available. This is very good for us .

• Sun Chen (10/5): 很棒的體驗 - 天下茶屋站有機場快線，地下鐵，超級方便，每次來大阪都住這裡。站前有餐廳，生鮮超市，Lowson,綠Lawson ，藥妝店很好買。站前的一家章魚燒很好吃，老闆娘是台灣人喔～ 這次住這間民宿很大和照片一樣。一樓是餐廳.浴室.廁所.一間榻榻米，可煮食有簡單調味料，有洗衣機（附入住天數洗衣球），浴室很小，唯一遺憾^^"。二樓有一個客廳，3張雙人床，我們一家四口住很舒適。客廳窗戶打開可以曬衣服，提供曬衣架曬襪夾，但有貓咪會在後陽台徘徊要小心，勿讓貓咪闖入。 總之一切都很滿意。
• hau ling (10/5): 整體十分滿意 - 近車站，行5分鐘就到，附近就有大國藥妝店、便利店和超市很方便購物。有暖氣 沒有行李寄存同一定要非常準時離開，清潔人員10點正就會到達清潔。只有一個洗手間並且在地下，要預時間落樓梯去廁所。

• Takao (9/5): 下町の暮らしを味わえる長屋風の宿泊施設 - 駅から近く便利。キーレス（ナンバー入力）チェックインの時間は自由で助かりました。下町の暮らしは貴重な体験。チェックイン前の荷物預けもありがたかったです。 虫が居て殺虫剤があると良かったか。やはりお風呂があると嬉しい

• Audrey F K (10/5): Lovely house in Osaka - The house is just as in the photos. Located within a few minutes away from a supermarket and train station, the area is very quiet. We loved the Japanese style living room. The amenities which were made available to us also contributed in making our stay a pleasant one. Given that it is a self check in and out accommodation, it is not possible to do luggage forwarding to the property.
• Rong (10/5): Maison familiale cosy - L'emplacement est super: le quartier est calme tout en étant proche du métro, du supermarché ( Qanat Mall ) et des petits restaurants locaux aux bons prix. La maison est idéale pour une famille de 4/5 personnes, c'est très propre, elle est bien agencée et est bien équipée. Après une journée de visite, shopping ...on est bien content de rentrer à la maison !

• Hayden (9/5): I absolutely DO NOT (just kidding) recommend this accomdation - The fact that it a whole house in a nice quiet neighbourhood proved for a very relaxing and comofortable experience and exactly what you need after a long day. Multiple airconditioners especially during summer was an absolute lifesaver for the steaming hot summer in Japan. Definitely a huge benefit to mention is the many local stores, confectinary shops and convenience store which line your path on the way from the train station, you'll be satiated no matter the time and season you're visiting Being close to the station, great facilities and an array of house items, huge bedrooms and the wide variety of shops for your daily needs, I would go so far as to purposely gatekeep and not recommend people the house so I can have it for available for my next trip back😂 The fact that there's only one toilet (small nitpick)

• Karen (8/5): Overall, a good stay. Responsive host and the price was very affordable. - The sunken dining area was a bonus as was the tatami flooring. The shower was excellent! The property was quiet and was well positioned for the subway and shops. The washing machine didn’t work and wasn’t fixed during our stay which was disappointing. There were too many beds in the bedroom which made it difficult to manoeuvre around the room. The sofa was far too hard.
• Chutima (9/5): i want to stay longer - The location is good. Not far from the station. Clean and comfortable facilities. only one bathroom(shower room) and one toilet, a little inconvenience for a group of more than 3 people.

• Rafael (9/5): Comfortable and convenient - Convenient compact house for small groups. The place is not very big, but it has all the basic ammenities. The 3 big beds upstairs were very good. Location is also good, close to the station, a short ride from Namba amd Shin-Imamiya, and also a little away from the crowds (for those that look for a quieter place but with good access). A convenience store is nearby. Nothing.
