• Aisulu (10/5): - An excellent, attentive, and very welcoming host. The house is spacious and cozy, with everything you might need. It was very clean throughout. The host kindly shared useful recommendations for nearby supermarkets and restaurants. There are also bicycles and umbrellas available, which is a nice bonus. The house is located in a quiet area, which is especially pleasant after the busy city center. There is also a metro station and a bus stop nearby, so getting around is very easy.

• michaeleben (9/5): We had an absolutely wonderful time. - Our host was wonderful, the house was clean and very nice, the bikes were amazing. The ceilings were not made for 6'3" Americans.

The heating system worked well. We appreciated how well the host communicated and made us feel welcome. The stairs to the 2nd floor were too steep for one of our family members and the handrail did not feel sturdy.

• Lee (10/5): 要搭JR悠遊大阪奈良很方便，騎腳踏車去心齋橋道掘頓更悠閒愜意。很推薦來試試。 - 非常棒的地點！芦原町在環狀線上，但是安靜；這次到萬博、環球影城都只要換一次捷運，22-27分鐘可到。太方便了！同時住宿內有廚房、餐廳、客廳，又有足夠客房，屋主提供五台腳踏車，可以自由探索周圍環境。非常有居家感！ 住二樓客房需爬樓梯，樓梯相當陡；半夜若要上廁所得回到一樓；因為二樓廁所在主臥和室裡，住二樓客房人不方便去主臥使用廁所。如果有老人和小小孩，比較需要注意。

• Rafael (10/5): Excellent! - The property had a good mix of traditional and modern styles, with neither interfering with the other everything felt good, clean and nostalgic without feeling old or outdated. Yoshi-San was incredibly attentive and responsive to any inquiries we had. We thank him for being an amazing host! The stairs can be a bit steep if you’re not used to them (very common in traditional Japanese homes). But overall great place to stay!

• Volk (10/5): Highly recommend. - We loved the house, very spacious for Japanese standards. Yoshi is a great host and communication was excellent. We used the bikes a lot to get to places but also train station is super close.
• Alex.flav (9/5): Great for a big group! - So much space, clean and love the traditional Japanese room. Accessible to the Osaka Loop. Needed a change over on the train to get to the centre of Osaka (Dotonbori, Namba etc.)
• Markus (9/5): In summary, I can recommend this property as a place to stay in Osaka. - The location was good, as it was very close to Ashiharabashi train station, and we took a train from there on a daily basis. There was also a Family Mart near the train station, where we usually had our morning coffee and breakfast. There was a little bit of traffic noise due to the location. However, nothing too bad.
• Ka (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great place to spend the vacation, a fully service kitchen, washing machine, comfortable beds, lots of soace, cleanliness. Location close to JR Station and a great host who helped a lot during our trip, thank you.
• Li (6/5): Uncomfortable, unclean - Spacious, bicycles I don’t understand the high score of this place. Where do I start? Bad smell, uncomfortable beds and sofas which are essential after a long day walk. Pillow smells that we had to cover with hand towel. Things look clean on the surface but you see on the first night it’s a bad booking. Clothes are covered with dirts from the washing machine filter perhaps never cleaned. Flimsy bed sheets rough and bumped from washing. Cups with tea stains and very poor self cleaning supplies, we even had to buy our own hand soap for the kitchen as the entire house sits only one! No basic breakfast coffee supply, overall, very disappointed. P.s. Noisy location next to a highway/railway bridge.
• Ingrid (8/5): Great space, fantastic to have bikes as an option, Yoshi was a great host and affordable price - Spaciousness for Japan with seperate rooms, bikes provided, easy access to train station and supermarkets and facilities to support travelling families like cooking and laundry. The kitchen has limited equipment and it would have been great to have a second sofa.

Location is close to train station and convenient stores. It is clean and well-equipped for family travel. Owner, Yoshi is very responsive and really nice. We wish there was another full bathroom. It would have been perfect for a large group!

• Td (9/5): Charming and cosy. Great local experience close to train station. - A lovely local experience! The home is cosy and the beds were comfortable. Family of five stayed with the teenage children sleeping upstairs, including on the futon on the tatami floor which was comfortable and charming. We didn't discover the small second toilet on the 2nd floor until just before we left (I forgot there was one and didn't look)! We found the downstairs bathroom adequate for the five of us, nonetheless. The stairs are steep, so the upper room and access to the roof, may not suit older or less agile occupants, however there is a bedroom for two on the ground floor so depending on the party, all may be accommodated comfortably. It certainly is spacious for at least 6 people and it was great to have the compact kitchen and washing machine (no dryer) to use. Very close to the train station and the instructions to the house are excellent. Combinis and good grocery store nearby. In our short stay we didn't work out the buses, but taking the train was easy enough. It was also a very pleasant 30min walk from Dotonbori one evening after we checked it out and ambled back through the neighbourhood. It was great to be able to use the bikes around the neighbourhood. The host saw us off and he was lovely to deal with throughout. Nothing. Was as advertised.

• Selena (10/5): Exceptional - This place is lovely and has everything we needed for 10 people! We had a great time in Osaka and our stay here was surely part of it. I loved having access to the bikes which really made our time there so much fun. Our host Yoshi was kind and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. It's not often you can house 10 people in a house together in Japan and this find was truly a gem.

Comfy beds, lots of space and felt nice and safe. Just a brief walk to the Osaka Loop line. Very happy with the stay and will recommend.
