- Nicole (10/5): Lovely relaxing stay to visit a nice area. - The little extra things - milk, a couple of beers and small proscecco in fridge waiting our arrival. Cupboard stocked with things like salt pepper, sauce etc so didn't have to go buy them. Lovely quiet view over the river and close walking proximity to town for cafes and restaurants.

The accomodation was vert clean, neat with all the facitilites you need on holiday. There were so many good things about the place. The only thing that we could have done with was a few cleaning tablets for the dishwasher.

Only a short walk into town with big choice of coffee shops. Owners were super friendly and helpful. The best property we have ever stayed in. Nothing.

- Mike (10/5): Superb tasteful and very well appointed accommodation - Thanks for providing such tastefully appointed and high quality accommodation with hourly entertainment laid on by the birds! As I write it’s just started to rain and more than 60 (I think) Rainbow Lorikeets are fighting for a spot to shelter in the tree to our right. Wonderful to watch. However, I suspect previous guests must have been feeding the Magpies and Pied Currawongs on the deck, because every time we stepped out half a dozen or more would come swooping down getting closer and closer expecting something.

- Berz (10/5): Yamba fun - Fully appointed kitchen including all the cutlery you can imagine. Nice touches, with a free champagne and beer, beach towels, beach umbrella, bicycles.. bbq and free Netflix. Smart TVs allow you to login to whatever app you want just don't forget to log out as even we have benefited from forgotten logouts. If you like Magpie song you will hear it all day. If climbing up and down stairs is not your thing this is not the place for you.
- Jacqueline (10/5): Relaxing, private, comfortable. Didn't want to leave beautiful Yamba. - A beautiful location overlooking the estuary, boats and hills in the background. Great location to the shops, beaches, golf course and bowls club. The stay was most comfortable. Bikes provided were a great addition to explore the town and beaches. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The accommodation private. Fully satisfied with our stay. Lionel and Irene make a special effort for guests.

My wife and I worked remotely there for a week and the view and location to the water and the town made it great for popping out for lunch breaks and explore. The place had everything a couple needed. The view was great and the birds, so many birds, spent alot of time just watching them play / battle in the yard. WIFI Internet flaky so bring a Telstra hotspot with you if you need a good constant conecction. Vodafone hotspot didnt work in the area fyi.

The location, the view, our hosts, the comfortable accommodation, with thoughtful extras and delightful furnishings and extra little touches throughout. And the birds, lots of them! And Yamba itself. A rare inclusion was good cleaning equipment for the BBQ! Should have stayed longer than 3 nights.
