• Gemma (6/5): - Location Very old & tired. Work on the roof when I was trying to sleep one day. Working night shift
• Tonia (4/5): This is a very Second Rate stay - The location is perfect. The Real Estate agent very kindly lent me the Linen & Towels, etc. needed. No bed linen or bathroom towels supplied. This information was NOT included on the website when booking, only included in the confirmation after money had been transferred with NO cancellation or refund available. No cleaning products provided, i.e. No sprays or cloths or paper towels to wipe down benches. A half used roll of toilet paper with only 1 spare roll, very soon used up. The kitchen basics are none existent, i.e. salt. pepper, ccoking oil, tea or coffee. The kitchen equipment is old & either dirty or stained. All the furniture is tired, but the lounge is particularly saggy and decrepit.

• Nick (3/5): Great spot, atrocious accomodation. - Position, position, position Where should I start! The balustrades on the stairs were covered in cobwebs as were the table & chairs on the deck. The chairs were dated plastic types, one of which was cracked & dangerous & the table was rickety & old. The walls on the patio need a good wash, the lounge suite was dated & tattered, the kitchen taps barely worked & the kitchen itself was pokey & dated as was the cutlery & crockery. One bowl for breakfast or soup not enough in a place that should accommodate 4. The beds were dated & not really suitable by todays standards, the bath room really needs updating, the shower set corroded & ancientwith the same taps I put in my first house 50 years ago, finally the remote control for the TV worked a little on the first day, & never worked again even with new batteries I bought myself. Please bulldoze it & replace with something appropriate

• Michelle (7/5): we enjoyed our stay especially the location, being able to take our dog was a big bonus. - Great location Concerning that there are no screens on the windows, especially the front ones, very dangerous if kids stayed there. The curtains are falling apart and need to be replaced.

• Melanie (7/5): Enjoyed a wonderful fishing holiday, dining out at great restaurants and good comfy bed. Very good value accommodation. - location, bed comfy. Toilet needs a good scrub, caked on in bottom of bowl (has been there for a very long time). I would have cleaned it if I had double gloves and a stainless steel scourer and voluminous amounts of bleach/disinfectant. Water pressure not great (probs cause on a hill) but pressure perfect in laundry sink??
