Tomáš (10/5): Perfektní alpské ubytování pro rodiny i přátele - Měli jsme možnost strávit 4 dny v ubytovacím zařízení Landhaus + Chalet Dorfbäck, konkrétně v apartmánu Tirol. Pobyt jsme absolvovali v osmi osobách a velmi pohodlně jsme zde strávili naši dovolenou – apartmán by však bez problémů pojal i více hostů. Celý objekt působí jako relativně nový, případně je ve výborném technickém stavu. Vše je moderní, čisté a pečlivě udržované, zároveň však citlivě doplněné tradičními tyrolskými prvky, což vytváří velmi příjemnou atmosféru. Apartmán zabírá celý půdorys jednoho podlaží a navíc nabízí další samostatný pokoj pro tři osoby v patře, přístupný vlastním schodištěm. Dispozičně je řešen velmi povedeně – k dispozici je několik ložnic s pohodlnými manželskými postelemi, skutečně nadstandardně vybavená kuchyně, prostorná společenská místnost s dostatečně velkým stolem pro všechny ubytované, a také dostatek koupelen a toalet. Za zmínku rozhodně stojí panoramatické okno s krásným výhledem na Stumm, Kaltenbach a protilehlý horský hřeben s lyžařským střediskem. Velmi příjemným překvapením byl také velkorysý a prostorný výtah, který jsme ocenili nejen při příjezdu a odjezdu s bagáží, ale i během pobytu. Velmi mile nás překvapila i inzerovaná sauna a celé saunové zázemí, které je kvalitativně o úroveň výš, než je u podobných ubytovacích zařízení běžné. Veškeré prostory byly při příjezdu perfektně uklizené. Společné chodby a prostory byly udržovány i v průběhu pobytu a vždy panovala vysoká úroveň čistoty a pořádku. Přímo před objektem se nachází prostorné parkoviště, kde bylo vždy možné bez problémů zaparkovat. Velkým benefitem je i samotná poloha ubytování na okraji obce – pobyt je zde velmi klidný a tichý. Jediným zvukem, který jsme občas zaznamenali, bylo odbíjení kostelního zvonu, což však působí spíše příjemně a dodává místu atmosféru. Jinak byl v apartmánu naprostý klid a velmi dobré akustické oddělení jednotlivých apartmánů – nebyli jsme rušeni a zároveň jsme neměli pocit, že bychom rušili ostatní. Jane (8/5): Well appointed, neat and clean. - Great space for family ski trip. Well appointed apartment with nice sauna area. Easy walk to ski bus. No basic supplies for arrival - tea, coffee, salt pepper etc would have been good. Heating way too high especially in middle bedroom that doesn’t have windows to open. Towels in sauna not restocked so had to wash our own bathroom towels.

Kinga (10/5): Lovely holiday place for families with children - The apartment is located in a great place, a step away from the swimming pool (a great attraction for children). Stumm is a nice small village. The apartment was huge, very comfortable, the kitchen was equipped fantasticaly with plenty of kitchen ware. The huge terrace overlooking the valley and the swimming pool is fantastic. A place highly recommended for families.
Megan (9/5): Great apartment with terrace and sauna - Great location. Beautifully furnished apartment with a good amount of space for 2 people. Lovely big outdoor terrace area, and the sauna facilities are fantastic. All in all, fantastic holiday accommodation. Jusy 2 suggestions for improvement: Although we were informed in advance, it's a shame that there's no welcome pack or even the basics like salt or pepper. It really is typical in a holiday rental nowadays to be provided with a few food basics, and it makes an even better impression to find a bottle of wine or a small welcome pack waiting for you. The cleaning staff are quite noisy when cleaning the other apartments - a lot of chatting, shouting, and door banging - not just normal cleaning noise. It's a bit annoying if you want to spend a quiet morning in the apartment.
