• Kim (10/5): An enjoyable and comfortable stay. Location close to beach, and Albany Town Centre. - Location, amenities, size of apartment. Well supplied with kitchen utensils , bed linen and towels. Shared laundry facilities were free to use and parking at the front of the apartments was good

• terry (5/5): A few days in Albany with my brother - The location was good and easy to find No locks on the bathroom door or toilet door. The recycle wheelie bins hadn't been put out for some time, so all the bins were full, and rubbish stacked around the bins. We ended up putting all the bins out and bringing them in. Also, no fault of the property but the traffic noise woke you up early so it was not a very relaxing time away.
• Judy (6/5): The stay was a - The remote host gave us instructions how to get our apt. key. A day before arrival they emailed us the code of the key box to access the key. The beds in a twin room was not comfortable too soft. My husband fine it hard to get up as he sunk in the bed. The bed is good for kids not adults. The scourer in the kitchen was so disgusting. I have to buy my own to use wash the dishes. There was nothing to use to wipe the table after use or the sink after washing the dishes. The toaster seemed not functioning well. I have to set the toaster to 4 to brown my bread. The aluminium baking dish3 of them needs replacing. It’s disgusting. The room is very noisy. Also provide night lights in the bathroom . We have to leave the toilet light on whole night. It was too dark we were all seniors. Clean utensils to use. Provide rugs to wipe the table and sink after use. The lounge seats are too soft and hard to get up.

• Antonella (6/5): 3 night stay with beach access and views in a fairly basic apartment in need of maintenance. - Great location First impressions not very appealing - very rusty old lockbox, dirty old security door and fly screens. Windows very hard to open. The property doesn’t look well kept at all from the outside. Driveway and parking spots tight. Very basic amenities. Inside very simple and basic furniture. Clean towels and sheets however doona was dirty and stained. Great size apartment in need of modernity and upkeep. Free wifi. Book apartment 1 or 6 to enjoy the Middleton beach view.

• Kate (8/5): So convenient to the beach and foreshore, Middleton Beach is a must to visit and stay at. - Great location across from Middleton beach. The unit was spacious clean and quiet. Would be a great place to stay for a week if you had the time. Nothing, was great value for its position but sadly no view but for the price was great.

I liked having condiments and a few things like tissues, paper towel and cling wrap. The dinner plates were very small and there were not many serving dishes. Only a mirror in the bathroom. Another mirror in the second bedroom maybe stuck on the inside of a door would be helpful;
• Frances (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Great communication and these units are good value and close to all amenities. Especially - The unit was clean and well maintained. The linen was good quality with large size towels. The full size fridge was great for us too. Appreciated the thoughtful extras like milk, tea, coffee, tissues that are often not provided any more. The beds were comfortable . And being located across the road from Middleton beach was superb! Would have greatly appreciated another mirror somewhere. a full length mirror in the sitting area would have made my day as there was no mirror in my bedroom and getting ready to all go out at the same time time was a challenge!

• Tina (9/5): Lovely location, perfect for 2 or 3 nights - Great location. Right on the water. The pub was a 2 min walk and was a great place for food and drink, with a lovely atmosphere. The apartment was clean and tidy with a good amount of kitchen equipment. The laundry on-site was well equipped and generous Although this accommodation provided tea towels and bath towels/shower mat, they did not provide hand towels which was odd as it would be easy to do so. So make sure you bring one along with you if staying here!

• Hong Joo (1/5): Poor experience. - The bed sheets were clean. The floor is dirty with stains and sticky. We walked with our socks on and it’s all black. The water from The basin is either very hot or very cold. There is no in-between. The shower tap creates a very high pitch noise when we shower. I don’t understand what is causing that. Overall a very unpleasant experience. I’m not coming back

Probably needs some maintenance done to bring it up to what you pay for, eg the court yard area could be so much nicer, the smoking area near the clothes line probably not a good idea, but I did like the smokers area for people that do smoke.
