• FANI (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή. Είχε αρκετά εστιατόρια στην περιοχή και είχε βολική συγκοινωνία για το κέντρο της πόλης. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός και μας έδωσε χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για την διαμονή μας. Ο χώρος του δωματίου είναι εξαιρετικά μικρός για 3 άτομα. Παρόλο που ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός το δωμάτιο χρειάζεται βάψιμο. Δεν θα το πρότεινα στους Έλληνες που επισκέπτονται το Μιλάνο.

• Morgane (10/5): Super appartement - L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, des serviettes de toilettes sont à disposition, café thé et petits gâteaux d'accueil, le grand lit est très confortable. L'hôte est super gentille, agréable et disponible : elle nous a même envoyé un message en cours de séjour pour savoir si tout allait bien et si nous avions besoin de quelque chose ! L’emplacement est correct : 12 minutes à pieds du métro et à 3 arrêts du Duomo, un carrefour juste à côté, et un parking sécurisé (payant 15 euros la journée) à 200m. Étant une femme seule avec deux enfants, j'ai apprécié que l'appartement bénéficie d'une porte de hall fermée à clefs. Les alentours de l'appartement n'ont rien d'intéressant, ce n'est pas un quartier "joli" où il est plaisant de se balader, mais nous avions un planning chargé et nous ne rentrions que pour dormir donc ce n'était pas gênant ! L'appartement n'a pas de double vitrage et donne sur une cours où les bars/restaurant vont jeter leurs poubelles et donc leurs bouteilles é verres en fin de service... un peu bruyant quand ils jettent leurs verres usagés, mais encore une fois cela ne nous a pas gêné. En dehors des poubelles le bâtiment est super calme !
• Kamila (10/5): - Jesteśmy bardzo zadowolone z pobytu. Było czysto i schludnie, Wszystko co potrzebne na krótki wyjazd - ręczniki, szampon, żel pod prysznic, woda i coca-cola w lodówce :) Właścicielka bardzo miła. Dodatkowo poleciła nam kilka restauracji, w których byłyśmy. Dziękujemy!

• Patrick (10/5): Nice stay in a fully fitted room with enough space - Very kind and good host. Always ready to help, great communication, and almost instant replies. Very easy key handover. Good location with restaurants, bakeries, ... and a tramway station just outside The window doesn't isolate very well. But this isn't too much of a probleme, as it wasn't too cold and the area isn't extremely loud.

Close enough to the Duomo—about a 20-minute walk—with plenty of nice restaurants around the apartment, and very kind hosts who were always available for any questions, ready to help and offer advice! • Xin (9/5): Great value and good location close to public transport. 30min walk to the duomo. - Great host, really helpful, honest, and accommodating. Shower worked well and bed was comfortable. It could have been a little more quiet. Noisy garbage collector in the morning

• Mirjam (9/5): Studio apartment in lovely neighbourhood - The place was clean, spacious, and right at tram line 9, which made travel to both the train station as well as the location for an event I attended very easy. There are plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There's also a 24-hour supermarket within only a few minutes walk. This is not a dislike, but merely an announcement to other light sleepers like myself. Sound from the corridors can easily be heard, so you may want to have some ear plugs at hand.
• Irena (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked the location of apartment, very clean and ideal communication. The hosts created a WhatsApp group in case we needed any additional help with directions or recommendations around the city. They are very polite and professional people. Absolutely recommended! The double bed was very comfortable, but the third additional bed wasn’t quite as comfortable. However, it wasn’t a big issue, as it was still possible to get a good night’s sleep on it.

They met us in front of the apartment to hand us the keys and also recommended lots of caffes and restaurants. Apartment was clean, had everything we needed. I would come again !
• Marie (10/5): Great base for exploring - The apartment's location is great as its just off the street so no traffic noise. There are lots of restaurants and a lovely bakery nearby and the tram and metro are close by and cheap and easy to use. We walked to the Duomo in about 20 minutes. The apartment was small for 2 adults and a teenager but was clean and had everything we needed in it. The bathroom is a good size with a good shower. There is a little kitchen area and a coffee machine with pods and a nice pack of biscuits to welcome us was much appreciated. The beds were lovely and comfy. The communication with Marina and family was brilliant from start to finish. Contact by WhatsApp and easy check in met by Guiseppe to hand over keys. Loads of helpful information about getting from Milan Central Station to property and recommendations for restaurants nearby. Check out was easy and the lovely Marina let us put our cases in her home as we had a late flight and we were able to enjoy another day in Milan.😍 Nothing bothered us enough to write about it was OK for our short stay. Nothing to do with the property just sometimes people were noisy and at night. But we were tired from our sight seeing so slept well.

• Dominic (9/5): Exciting Milan on your doorstep - A small, cozy, apartment, conveniently located; a 20 minute stroll to the glorious Duomo and incomparable Teatro alla Scala. Very easy to get to by number 9 tram from Milano Centrale Station. Marina was such a lovely, caring host. We really loved our stay here.

• Karen (9/5): Fantastic, friendly communication, well located, and good value. - Absolutely fantastic communication, the best I've ever experienced. The team were so responsive, and proactive at setting up a WhatsApp group to share essential and useful information, including which Metro or trams to use, and restaurant recommendations. We were met by Giuseppe who showed us around. It's located just off a leafy main road with an abundance of bars and restaurants around, and right by a tram stop (the trams are execellent in Milan, you can just tap on, and the signage is good), or a 10 minute walk to the tube. This gives you easy access to everything/everywhere. Despite this, it's a nice quiet place, with no road noise. The room was very clean, and as expected, with everything you could need from what I could see (we didn't use the kitchenette other than the fridge). A good shower, and decent sized towels. It was everything we needed for 2 nights for 1 adult and 2 teenagers. Thank you for a stress-free stay. The mattress is firm, which was OK for us, but may bother fussier people.

• Lin (7/5): Ok place, no working heater and cloth dryer - Near a bus station, so convenient to go to duomo and train central. The room is pretty clean. Giuseppe helped us bring suitcases upstairs. And they reply messages on time. 1. No clothes dryer. The only room that do not has it in our entire journey. Cannot dry the clothes. 2. Aircondition / heater is noisy and no working. Cold at night and morning. 3. Power out once 4. Promise to help us bring the suitcases downstairs but miss the time. We need to bring the luggage downstairs by ourselves.

• Louise (8/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location - Great apartment for our 3 night stay. Comfortable bed. Great hot shower. Sink, microwave and fridge in kitchen area. Great location, 15 minute walk to the centre of Milan. 45 minute walk from the train station (or 15 minute taxi) near to shops bars and restaurants. Fantastic communication, always available, always checking that everything was ok and they were really accommodating when we arrived late at night. The noise from nearby restaurant/bars emptying bottles and bins etc was quite loud from the room. If you are a light sleeper would recommend ear plugs!

• Tristan (10/5): Chilled little apartment in a good location which ticked the boxes for a couple aged 28. Good location and the hosts liv - The property was a cute little apartment in a good location about a 25 minute walk from el Duomo and the city centre. There was nice bars and restaurants close to the apartment and even a gluten free bakery. The owners were lovely and they added us to a WhatsApp group and kept in contact. They even looked after our suitcase on the last day after check out as we had a later flight which meant we could enjoy Milan without dragging our bags around with us. The only bad thing I can say about this is that it is a shared apartment and the window backed on to the bins. Some people were doing their recycling around 5AM with glass bottles clanging into the bins which woke us up a couple of days but that was the only detractor.

Very friendly and helpful owner, they helped us with the garage reservation, which is very close to the apartment, the communication was very easy in whatsapp. I was afraid the bad will be a problem, as i have some problems with my back, but it turned out to be very good. The bottles of water in the fridge were a nice surprise in a very warm Milan, as well having everything for coffee! Thank you! The staircase and hallway in the building are not looking that nice, clean but according with the older building. Anyway as there are several apartments, the owner can’t really influence that.

• Ann (10/5): like coming home - I had a model in the room, not only was she so happy about cleanliness and how familiar and cozy it was, I also had better service than in any hotel I experienced before. I could be in WhatsApp contact throughout the whole time, they helped me get transportation, arranged a checkin in the middle of the night, such a good and nice communication and they took so much my work off my shoulders. I will definitely send my models again and also go there myself. thank you so much again!
