- Ilya (10/5): Great place good for stay even for long time. Nadia is a wonderful hostess - Wonderful place
Excellent service nothing
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Igor (7/5): Good -
- Nicky (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect. Really needs a blind up at the bathroom window as people can definitely see you in the shower!
- Vivi (10/5): Exceptional - Very big house in a 5 min distance from the city centre. Restaurants, cafes and mini market really close to the house. Quiet neighbourhood but really safe. Mrs Nadia was very sweet and helpful. Communication was perfect. Totally recommended. Nothing. Everything was perfect
- Lindsay (9/5): Superb -
- Phil (9/5): Great stay in a great location. - Just the most perfect location.
House is beautifully presented.
Very clean.
Host was very friendly with good communication before arrival.
Parking was a massive bonus. House was very cold on arrival and took a long time to warm up - but was perfectly fine once it did.
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional - It was a really comfortable hotel with excellent facilities and close to Bruges centre
- Pete (10/5): Exceptional - Close to Historic Bruges. Parking at property.
- Michael (10/5): Excellent throughout, could not fault the property in any way -
- Sean (9/5): Great but Beware of Interior Camera - Great location central to Bruges and the price was awesome. The place was clean, very comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well equipped (like actually well equipped to make a full meal, unlike most short term rentals). The apartment is huge and four stories, way bigger than it seemed via pictures. There's two bedrooms but they only made up one which was fine for my wife and I but if you're not a couple it might be best to ask for both rooms to be ready. So ....there's totally a CCTV camera inside of the apartment on the ground floor. My wife was using the bathroom with the door open and looked up to make eye contact with a black camera mounted on the hallway wall with a direct line of site of the toilet. Obviously this was not cool.We looked on the listing and it mentions "CCTV in common areas" but the interior of the rented apartment that only we have access to is not a common area to anyone.
We recommend avoiding this listing if this bothers you and for the host to remove the camera. The host can easily put a doorbell camera on the outside of the apartment if they need to.
- Johanna (10/5): Exceptional - Very big property. Big lovely bedroom with sink and an extra loo downstairs. Main bathroom with a lovely bathtub and great shower pressure. No loo in the main bathroom took us by surprise but good when staying with a few people.
- Dóra (10/5): Highly recommended! -
- Dowling (8/5): Great! - Location and space Stairs! Too hot - we turned the heating off quite a lot as we couldn’t see how to turn it down
- Donna (9/5): We went for a historical and cultural experience and the accommodation and location provided these. - The location was perfect and the historical architecture of the building just added to the interest of the accommodation. internet connection didn't always reach the third floor bedroom. It would possibly be better to have the router on the middle accommodation floor so it served both above and below.
- Yamil (10/5): In Brugges as if i had lived there for ever!! - The external and internal aspects of the house and its fantastic location. I really liked most everything! Maybe I would update the furniture a little. However, everything was convenient, clean and functional.
- Elena (8/5): Very good -
- Ioana (8/5): Good location, lovely city, nice house - A lovely old house in historic Bruges with friendly hosts! It was too cold in the bedroom even though there is a permanent heating (at the end that was good for us... when we return home we realized that in our flat was warmer than neccesary). I think in the summer is great!
Also we didn't like the very soft mattresses (2 soft mattresses in a double bad is not such a good idea).
- Frances (9/5): An absolute find, hope to stay again. Garage is a bonus. - There was an issue in contacting the owner but only becasue the phone number on Booking.com was incorrect. Once that was sorted then all went well and Nadia came to meet up quickly and was very helpful. There is an internal private garage at the property which is such a bonus, we were there for 3 days in winter and never needed the car at all and it was very safe. It is easy to drive to from the outskirts, and yet only 5-10 min walk to the main Markt square with lots of alternative routes. In the other direction it is close to the inner canal and a short walk to Van Dyck square. The street outside is very quiet, one-way with hardly any other actual houses on it. The heating (instructions supplied) was very good and the beds in the main bedroom were comfortable. Each bedroom (another upstairs) has their own basin, in addition there is a well supplied bathroom and 2 separate toilets one next to the main bedroom and the other by the entrance door. House and kitchen were well supplied including teatowels, towels and blankets. The kitchen was very well equiped with pans, tools, plates and cutlery. The rooms are large with high ceilings and large windows facing North, should be cool in the summer. The spiral staircase is not at all steep and very easy to use. There is a tricky step (we were warned about) down from the main bedroom and then up again to the toilet next door, in the middle of the night it was necessary to put on a main light which then woke us up. There is a socket on this hall landing perhaps a nightlight would help? We live in the country and are not used to noise and found it odd to hear people apparently coming up the stairs only to find that the adjoining property (in another road) must have their spiral staircase next to ours and the stairs were acting as an echo chamber, many wouldn't notice it at all I think.
- Callum (10/5): great stay in the heart of Brugge - warm and cosy and lots of space, excellent location
- Pat (10/5): Exceptional - Our host Nadia was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed.
The house was very conveniently near the market square which is what we wanted.
We had an amazing couple of days.
