Quiet area & close to beach No gas for bbq bottle, didn’t find out until we went to use it. The property manager replied promptly with a solution, we just didn’t have time to refill it. The bbq was also filthy. But everything else was great, so I feel bad mentioning it. The other thing that was a problem was no wifi, and poor mobile coverage. We were there from NZ for a sailing regatta, and needed to communicate with team etc, and the patchy reception and data made it really hard

• Paul (5/5): Nice house but more care should be taken regarding cleanliness - Spacious, comfortable Aspects were dirty such as Curley, coffee cups, some plates, shower cubicle, back sliding doors. We had to clean all these whilst there.
• Julie (9/5): Alway great to get away to Dunes View on Simpson, 3rd stay for us and has everything we need. - Clean, well set out. Good beds. Addition of games (Jigsaw puzzles) great for the days you can’t get out. Could do with hand rail front steps. Difficult for elderly.
• Colin (9/5): Spacious and comfortable location. - The property was spacious with 2 bathrooms. Our aim for the trip was to get away from busy times and the property helped to achieve this. There was a shopping center on Beach Rd at the intersection with the main road. This was convenient although we didnt notice it for a couple of days. Access to the local beach was good. There was no wi-fi at the property which was disappointing although it did encourage us to do more reading whilst we were there.

• Helen (10/5): Two nights of R&R was just what we needed to recharge the batteries after a short stay in hospital. - Very comfortable home away from home. Everything I needed was there. Good restaurants nearby. Thai restaurant inGoolwa was excellent. As was the Goolwa Hotel. On holiday we like to mostly dine out. I had to do a double take when I saw the scary spider montage. Why have that there. I was worried there might be a spider lurking around every corner. Was that a sample of the spiders to be found in the vicinity?

Family bathroom door opens onto toilet. Can see broken doors and shower screens one day. A pull down blind on the verandah would be great. There was no vacum cleaner - a stick vac would be good. Guest book would be good for comments.
