• Anna (7/5): Place has potential but unfriendly emails and notices put us off from the start. - - 3 mins walk from the station (once we figured out you needed to get an offshoot line not the main line) - Just over the road from the 7-11 - had a washing machine which we needed at the end of our 3 week journey. These are not complaints but a list of suggestions to make the place welcoming. - Prior to our arrival we received a barrage of emails with rules regarding the property. These ranged from OK (don’t make noise after 10pm) to what I consider unreasonable to ask of people paying for the use of your property. We were instructed, amongst other things, that we had to wash our own linen and that we were only to use 1 towel per person. There were notes laminated to the wall saying we would be ‘punished’ for making noise after 10. We are all in bed and asleep by 9 anyway. These were sent with such frequency prior to our arrival I was very apprehensive about staying and considered cancelling our booking. - Other appartments we rented provided a multi language booklet containing info about the area, instructions for the washing machine, travel tips for nearby sights etc. That would have been much more appreciated. The house is a very weird layout with a toilet and shower off the kitchen. There are no doors on the bedrooms so a definite lack of privacy. Perhaps you could provide screens of something so you can get dressed without others marching on in. Please provide hand towels in the toilet so people don’t shake their hands dry and cover the toilet and floor with water Please provide hooks in the shower so you don’t need to store your towel and clothes on the floor Please install a handrail on the stairs, my parents were terrified coming up to the kitchen and practically crawled up in case they fell on the spiral stairs. Please install a security light at the front door so you don’t need to stumble around in the dark looking for the lockbox - especially on your first night Please provide an ironing board- we had to use a towel on the kitchen table and noticed others had tried to iron directly on the floor melting the lino behind the couch.
• Riduan (8/5): Overall very satisfied with the property. Clean and comfortable plus owner was very polite. - Property is near to train station. there are convenient stores, pharmacy, laundry and Gyomu Supa nearby. As its a 3 floor property, stairs are narrow and difficult to bring up luggage.

• Kayel (10/5): It was a great vacation rental. - The property was easy to find . I like how it was close to the subway . I also liked how there were a lot of restaurants and convenience stores in the area .
• Nurul (1/5): NOT WORTH THE STAY - Near a kebab stall that opens till 1am and there are a lot of convience store around. When we came room was dirty. The trash had maggots, there was a musty smell. THERE WERE STAINS OF P**P IN AT LEAST 2 TOILETS. ALL ROOMS HAVE NO DOOR. Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. None of the neighbours liked that it was an airbnb
