The host Svetlana is so nice, kind, and wonderful, with excellent English and a great willingness to help. The hospitality is of a very high standard — very clean and well-organized. The photos reflect reality, and the location is close to the center of Bansko. Highly recommended!

Всяка стая си е с отделна баня и тоалетна (с изключение на последния етаж, което е нещо като апартамент от две спални с хол и баня), самите стаи са достатъчно просторни. Има всичко необходимо за готвене, барбекю включително, както и достатъчно място за да може цялата компания да седне на маса накуп. Срещу заплащане са предвидени кафета, чайове, безалкохолни и тн, в случай, че някой е забравил нещо. Водата от чешмата става за пиене и е супер вкусна. Джакузито и сауната са супер, чисти и поддържани, трябва само да се знае че те са в един общ двор с по-мъничката къща, но това по никакъв начин не пречи. В къщата става доста топло, така че препоръчвам проветряване и регулиране на радиаторите във всяка стая. Жената, която отговаря за къщите е много отзивчива - аз лично я зарих с въпроси преди да отидем, отговори ми търпеливо на всичко.

• Stanchev (1/5): Despite any reviews, please avoid at all cost! - We had the worst ever experience at Villa Snowflake Challet, as we were threatened by the hosts over using the Jacuzzi and the police had to defend us, until our stay was cut short before midnight. We are a close group of 10 friends, professional and who travel frequently, who organized a Bachelor party for our friend, and a key reason we booked it was the location, the outside Jacuzzi, and availability of an inside party room that we would use after the quiet hours 12 AM. We checked in after 6 PM, and by the time we entered quiet hours we were already kicked out by the hosts and police. The reason they yelled at us was using the Jacuzzi after 9PM, a ridiculous rule NOT listed anywhere on Booking.com, and essentially rendering it pointless given Jacuzzi’s are Adult-only, require no lifeguard and if groups with kids rent the villa, after 9 would be the only time it can be used. While that was the reason they stated, the way it played out was frightening and abusive. They barged into the property without notice at 10:45 PM and crashed the party with threats of violence and unprofessional, abusive language. They had monitored us via undisclosed outside cameras. I am a frequent traveler and host myself, and the act of entering a tenant’s property while being rented out is against every short stay rule, especially when we followed all house rules described to us and listed on the site. Ultimately, Booking.com issued us a partial refund, but please beware of this place ruining your event as well. PHOTOS ARE ATTACHED - you can see the host calling backup while the co-host threatens the groom’s face to knock his teeth out and engages physically.

Well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The small living room with kids' games and toys was also a really nice touch. Everything was extremely clean and the host was very friendly. Jacuzzi and sauna were excellent. Parking was slightly tricky as all our friends had to park on the street, wherever a spot was available and got some complaints from neighbors, which meant they had to move the cars around a bit.

• Lauren (7/5): Lovely place, ruined by daily checks. - The property is very lovely and in a great location, only a short 10min walk from the centre and Gondola lift. It’s great to have use of a sauna and jacuzzi after a long day on the mountain. There are so many rules to follow (understandable) but when booking a self catering lodge, you do not expect the owner to turn up every morning to check that you’ve turned the jacuzzi off correctly and to be hovering around the building for when you leave so they can talk to you. Also, sending messages during our stay accusing one person in our group (stating what room they are staying in) of turning on the sauna and not getting in it, when they turned it on as they were back before us so we could get straight in it. This made us feel very uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay as we assumed they were watching us on cameras that were not detectable. On our last day, we were obviously making the most of this by spending our day skiing. When I came to check my phone in the evening, I had multiple missed calls and text messages from the owner as they wanted to know what time our transfer was the following day. One message would have been sufficient enough and I would have responded when I saw the message. We are a group of 29+ year olds (3 couples) and felt like we were being treated as children. It’s a lovely place but unfortunately ruined by being checked on daily.

The owner is a truly special woman, the hospitality with which she received us was something unprecedented, she helped us with absolutely everything we needed, the breakfast prepared by her every morning was delicious. We will definitely come back if we come back to bansko! -

The host is very responsive and always available. We will visit again!

We had two huge fully equippe kitchens and a large place for all of us to eat. Highly recommend the lodge. I wish there was toiletry in the showers and a few more shelves to store things.

The location is exceptional and you are just steps away from everything. The private spa center with sauna and jacuzzi offered to the guests was a great addition to everything else. The lodge is designed with style and taste and every little detail was right on spot! Lovely place to relax and enjoy! Highly recommended!
