- Aida (10/5): A gem in Dublin - This is a fabulous property, which made our little weekend trip very memorable. It sits within the beautiful grounds of a manor house, not too far from the beach and within walking distance of a great little pizzeria, a good pub, and small shops. There was plenty of space and all amenities for 5 adults to socialise and to sleep in comfort. The house was warm and inviting. The owner was a delightful gentleman; he helped us with the fire and gave some great tips. Returning to the house after a day of sightseeing was pure joy! We will definitely return to Coach House next time we are in Dublin. We could not find fault with this property, its location and amenities, or the reception we received. For our little group, Coach House was a gem that everyone enjoyed immensely.
- Oonagh (10/5): Outstanding location, great hosts and without hesitation I would recommend staying here. -
- Peter (10/5): When Can We Go Back Again! LOVE - Lovely well-presented home with amazing space for travelers to relax in. Great communal living/dining/kitchen space, all new and well maintained. Fantastic host, Seamus was wonderful. Three spaces bedrooms, comfortable beds, additional tv room which we used to set the baby up in, pack and play provided by the host. Underfloor heating and all the bells and whistles. RECOMMENDED to all, super location, walk to shops, bars, barbers, Chinese, brick oven pizza and the DART for access to Howth, Dublin, Dalkey and Greystones. Close to the M50 for guests that want to do road trips and sightseeing. There was nothing to not like, absolutely amazing experience and my family loved the home, and the exterior cottage feel. For Americans this home has the space and openness expected, not tight or cramped!
- Jana (10/5): As always, such a lovely place to stay for our work trips from South Africa to Ireland. -
- Adrian (9/5): Very relaxed, accommodating host, good value for money, walking distance from beach, 10mins to Dalkey and Dun Laoighre, - Spacious, very well equipped, great location, comfortable, lovely atmosphere Nothing

- george (9/5): - Ligging en rust Een douch was moeilijk te regelen in temperatuur
- Abbey (10/5): Stunning clean property in a beautiful location. - Absolutely stunning house. It had everything we needed for our stay. Ideal with it being on all one level for my mother in law who had mobility issues.
Stunning location and views. We all had an amazing stay.

- Niamh (10/5): Fabulous house, highly recommended - As many reviewers have said, the photos don’t do justice to the space. It’s a fabulous property with loads of space, set in the grounds of a beautiful estate-close to the beach, in easy reach of Dublin to the north and the Wicklow mountains to the south. We had a packed agenda which meant we didn’t spend as much time in the house as we’d have liked. For future guests I’d recommend allowing at least a day to just potter around the local area or drive to Powerscourt/Bray
- brian (10/5): - Photos don't do it justice
Amazing experience from start to finish
Thank you all so much
- Don (10/5): Excellence in all aspects is how incredible and memorable our family stay at The Coach House!!!! - Everything! With over 40 years of worldwide first class travel, The Coach House is the #1 place in my life. Location amongst the “Manors”, first class furnishings, friendly Irish people, white glove clean……..all the boxes are checked! Do not hesitate, this is the country home you want! We absolutely loved it ALL and did not want to leave!
- Ben (10/5): -
- Jana (10/5): - Always a pleasure - our second stay for yearly business trips!!! The place is spacious, clean, and so welcoming. We'll definitely book again next year.
- Saskia (9/5): Fantastisch - Prachtig locatie, dichtbij treinen naar Dublin centrum. Mooi ruim huis Niets te benoemen
- Sascha (10/5): Mega Aufenthalt.
- Stephanie (10/5): Fantastic house and fantastic hosts ! - Clodagh and Seamus are the most fantastic hosts. Their property is magnificent, and yet they make you feel like home instantly. The Coach House is like an outhouse, so part of the property but with the appropriate independence and quietness. The house is very very big, with 3 big bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a very cosy livingroom and an extra small room with sofa and TV in case of calm needed. All necessary equipment is provided but shall you need anything, Clodagh would kindly assist you. There are booklets with all the things to see/do in the region, maps and even a very precise document that compiles all you need to know about the house.
Honestly, the pictures and comments from other customers do not give justice to this amazing place. You should see it by yourself.
I would just add that it was my son's birthday during our stay, and the whole family, including the kids, drew a birthday card and wrote a few words, and they left a bag of candies on the front door. This thoughtfulness warmed our hearts. Thank you so very much again. If we come back to Dublin, we definitely know where to stay. Absolutely everything was perfect.

- Victoria (10/5): Lovely break for my dad's 83rd birthday - The photos didn't do it justice. We were blown away with the size of the place. Everything was clean and we slept well. Great location to the train station which takes you straight to Dublin, and a short walk to the local pub. Would highly recommend. Nothing not to like
- Giada (10/5): Wonderful scenic stay - Wonderful grounds, beautiful and comfortable house, hosts really nice ! Nothing bad to say!

- Karen (10/5): Stunning location - The location of the property is wonderful. The local village and surrounding villages are quaint within an easy walk with exceptional views if you choose to walk rather than by car. Easy to access the property and instructions were sent beforehand with location. Its about a 5 minute walk to the beach and train station. Stunning property and the photos don't really do it justice. Nothing, everything was wonderful.
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chrissy (10/5): Amazing property and perfect for a relaxing or walks. - Location amazing. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The fire made it so cosy. There was nothing you couldn’t like

- Stacey (10/5): Exceptional - This place is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it enough justice. The open plan kitchen and living room make its very spacious with spectacular views of wicklow Mountain. The grounds are amazing. The owner gave us tips on were to go and we had a lovely chat about the property. Any things we requested was happily provided. Bathrooms are just wow!. I could go on forever.

- Jane (10/5): Exceptional vacation home! - Beautiful property and guest house. Comfy and clean. Wonderful hosts. A 7 minute walk to the Train unning to Dublin (DART) so we didn't need to use our car Not a thing! Loved it all!
- Keith (10/5): Lovely stay in a beautiful community south of the city. Easy access to central Dublin via the train. - Lots of space. Well stocked for our 4-night stay. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Easy access to the village for groceries and supplies. Nice pub with good food. Access to the DART train was convenient, although as 70-somethings we just took our time, especially on the slight uphill climb back to the Coach House. The modernization of the house about a decade ago was very well done.
- Mandar (10/5): Fantastic place for a family and friends to rest, relax and enjoy Dublin - This is an awesome place to stay. Very nice, comfortable, modern house with all amenities.
The hosts are super helpful and nice people. Location : 10 min from the beach and station is great. We could go to Dublin easily by train every day.
All the appliances, amenities are new and kept in very good shape.
When we visit Dublin again, we will definitely prefer to stay here. Nothing … everything worked very well.
- Rutger (10/5): Dream location - The beautiful spacious house and the ideal location very close to a supermarket, the beach and the trainstation. We can't think of anything.
- Cheryl (10/5): Had an amazing stay with friends in a perfect location and a perfect property! - The property was beautiful, in gorgeous surroundings. The views were stunning, the amenities were spot on! Location was perfect! Very peaceful, very clean and serene Loved it all!
- Cheryl (10/5): A must place to stay - would love to visit and stay there again. - This home is absolutely amazing! We used the lock box to get in and the host Carmi then met us and gave us a tour. The pictures do no justice - the home is more beautiful in person! Every amenity your could possibly need and the bonus 1/2 bath with tv/den room is a nice nook for relaxing just down the hall from the main kitchen/living area. I would rate this home 100 stars if I could! The grounds are breath taking and the walk to the dart train is quick and easy as well as walking to the town where there is a nice restaurant, gas station and grocery store. The beach is a short walk as well. Nothing could have been better!
- Rosemary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (10/5): Absolutely perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. - The property is in an excellent location and on absolutely beautiful grounds. Although we got the keys from the lock box, Carmi greeted us when we got there and showed us around the property. She was so lovely and we loved our stay there. We genuinely couldn’t fault the property, it was perfect!
- Pamela (10/5): We absolutely loved the accommodation. One of the best in our 6 weeks trip. - Location was wonderful. Just some small tables alongside the lovely lounges. There's nowhere to put a coffee cup etc when sitting on the lounges.
- Robert (10/5): Had a very nice stay. - I’ve stayed at the Coach House on two occasions. It is a terrific place! It is comfortable, relaxing and convenient to everything Ireland has to offer. No dislikes.
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (10/5): Idyllic, beautiful venue and location, wonderful chilled break! - The location is just wonderful, the house itself is beautiful and located on idyllic ground, very private and quiet. The local village has a great pub and a shop. Wonderful for a restful and relaxing getaway Nothing, everything was fantastic

- Robert (10/5): An incredible home. Amazing hosts - We arrived late and the Carbi greeted us personally and explained everytging
- Dan (10/5): Awesome location and rental. Spectacular views! - Everything
- Fran (9/5): A really beautiful and private space with loads of room. - It’s a great location and beautiful property with high ceilings, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Great decor and gardens plus private courtyard. There was plenty of crockery and the kitchen was well equipped but really needs more cooking utensils such as fish slice, tongs, etc plus one or two larger pans.
- Yishai (10/5): Wonderful, highly recommended - Center of Dublin is easily accessible via a nearby tram station

- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Tamara (10/5): I Can't wait to return to the Coach house!! One of the nicest stays I have had. - It would be hard to improve on this location. A little tricky to find it as it is behind a gate but we managed and the owners were there to help. Their dogs trotted up with their ball which reminded me of my own four legged member we left at home so that was a wonderful bonus welcome.
- Anonymous (10/5): Loved the house and the grounds. Seamus, Clodagh, and Carmi are wonderful hosts. They introduced themselves to us (first - Loved the house, the grounds, and the location. Beautiful place with ease of access. Walking distance to beach, town and the train that takes you to the various cities including Dublin. Great place. Beds are a bit hard, however the house and grounds make up for it.
- Albert (10/5): Worth another visit. - Spacious, quiet, clean, safe, beautiful. N/a
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is above all expectations. This property is amongst the most beautiful houses as well as being on the property of what feels like something out of a movie! The home itself is beautiful and everything is high quality inside it. I am amazed with the value for money!!!! Perfect in so many ways! There are no negatives
- Steven (10/5): The Coach House is well worth a visit - just fantastic accommodation, very convenient to where we were working. It would be a great base for a holiday in that region
- Franco (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (10/5): Just superb, one of the best places I've ever stayed - The location was amazing, the views incredible and it is a superbly well equipped place. Bathrooms are great, full kitchen and amazing lounge. Really comfortable place all in and a great little courtyard to boot!
Easy to get to, train station just round the corner, great local pub and shops.
We'll be going back next year! My only problem was the bed really, I'm quite tall and heavy and I found the mattress a touch hard / springy, but it absolutely wouldn't stop me returning, a very minor issue.
- Rachy (10/5): Fabulous property in a fabulous location - An exceptionally beautiful property, set in a beautiful location with a view of the Mountains and a short walk to Killiney Beach (and Dart station)
The property has a 3 large bedrooms, and a wonderful open space including kitchen and living area. There are laundry facilities and an additional lounge.
Seamus and Clodagh were very helpful and the property was wonderfully clean and comfortable. There is a small shop for essentials and a few take aways nearby (5 minute walk)
Dublin is just half an hour away by Dart, Dalkey has more restaurants and bars and is a short distance away.
Bray is accessible by Dart and has a great beach for swimming. There are no negatives as this property is delightful
- Valerie (10/5): Exceptional -

- Peter (10/5): perfect for families looking to stay close to Dublin but enjoy wonderful nature - this property is stunning in a truly special location. The owners are very friendly and helpful. the level of finish across the entire property is of the highest standard. Loads of space, underfloor heating, real fire, massive bathrooms and 300m
walk to a beautiful beach.
- Monique (10/5): Comfortable, spacious accommodation in a beautiful setting. Great hosts. - Comfortable, spacious accommodation in a beautiful setting. Great hosts.
- Cm (7/5): Lovely property but has some shortcomings. In a nice area, close to beach and train - The property was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Lots of space for our entire family. Kitchen had enough pots/pans and dishware etc. for all our meals. The breakfast food provided was delicious and much appreciated. We enjoyed the wood burning stove in the evenings, and the proximity to the rail station made trips into surrounding areas very easy (we did not have a car during our stay). There is mold and mildew in the primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Our family members who used that room were quite put off by the smell in both rooms, making it less enjoyable for them. Also, the showers did not drain quickly enough to prevent the shower basin from filling up with water and overflowing onto the floor. We had to turn the water off in the middle of showering to let the water drain to prevent from standing in a pool of dirty water. This happened in both showers. Additionally, there was a strong pet odor in the back hallway and reception room off of the kitchen. Lastly, had we known the owner's dogs would be roaming about we would not have booked the accommodation. The listing said nothing about this and we were a little surprised to read about it on the guest instructions upon our arrival. The dogs' barking woke us up early in the morning on a couple of occasions and late at night on other occasions. This impacted everyone in our family and should have been disclosed on the listing. The listing said that there were no pets allowed in the rental property, but clearly this has been permitted as I say, the back room smelled of dogs and there was a pet bell on the floor so the dogs could ask to be let out. We would not have booked this property if we knew dogs had been allowed inside the premises.
- Mick (10/5): Stunning Wicklow Getaway - Everything about The Coach House exceeded expectation. From the outstanding and very personal service that Seamus and Clodagh offered (nothing was too much trouble); the large, well appointed and immaculate accommodation (lots of personal touches) and the stunning location - all went to contribute to a wonderful family weekend. WiFi a little sketchy.
- Catherine (10/5): Maginificent place to stay! - The location was absolutely beautiful. Our hosts were amazing. The house ("cottage") is big, well furnished, comfortable and has amazing views of the lawn and area. Just step outside to the beautiful homes and walk a short distance to the sea and the train station. Stunning in every way! We have absolutely nothing to say here. We loved it all. You have to be able to walk to the train station and back, but it isn't far.
- David (10/5): Excepional , modern property , in own grounds . Very enjoyable property . - it’s position, close to shops and DART station , plenty of room for 5 adults , separate TV room for kids , 3 bathrooms , pleasant grounds and very private . Can be slightly difficult to find the first time if arriving in the dark . Other than this , no issues whatsoever .
- Sauzedde (9/5): recommend - Well repurposed barn
modern facilities
excellent location
very extensive breakfast
And above all lovey hosts NA
- Ilan (10/5): A great place to stay - A beautiful house, very nice hosts. All in great condition
- Fred (10/5): excrlkent, hosts were fabulous very attentive and helpful - loved the isolation but also so close to public transport making Dublin, Dalkey Bray etc so easily accessible walking distance to beach, bars chemist takeaway and Centra property was in the grounds of a larger house entry was via electronic controlled gates which didn’t always work

- Rainer (9/5): Superb - The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Very nice interior. The location is excellent for exploring Dublin and surrounding.
- Susan (9/5): Had a great time - N/A.
- Phil (8/5): Very good - Large and very quiet property. Great communication prior to arrival and at arrival. A lack of WiFi in the main master bedroom. Could do with more sharp knives, cutlery and utensils. Not an issue for us as we were a small group but could become an issue for larger groups.
- Roshini (10/5): 5 star plus accommodation and hospitality - 5 star plus facility.Exceeded our expectations. The beautiful hostess went the extra mile to provide food due to flight delays. This was highly appreciated. None
- Fernando (10/5): Excellent!! - Size, space, cozy
