• Funda (10/5): Çok Keyifli! - Öncelikle evin konumu mükemmel. Şehir içinde sessiz sakin bir yer. Neredeyse tüm plajlara yürüme mesafesinde. Şehir içinde olduğu için tüm mekanlar yine yürüme ile 3-5 dakika. Evin içi gayet büyük, 2 yatak odası, 2 banyo, salon ve mutfak var. Her sabah kahvaltı malzemelerini ev sahibi. bırakıyor. En güzeli ise dairenin etrafını çeviren ve sadece size ait olan terası. Evet ev biraz eski ama bizim beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Ev sahibi Ardian ise her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca dilerseniz makul fiyata havaalanı transferi de yapıyor. Teşekkür ederiz Ardian!

• ZAFFALONE (7/5): - Le lit était correcte un autre oreiller aurait été sympa Pas de rideaux performant pour atténuer le soleil du matin donc réveillé trés tôt. Trop de bibelots on a l'impression de dormir chez une grand-mère Petit déjeuner compris fut du pain de la veille déjà dans la cuisine à notre arrivée de la pastèque des tomates des concombres des œufs une plaquette de beurre dans le frigo !!! On nous dit ok pour une arrivée à 12h et sur place on nous dit c' est pas bon.faut attendre 1h de plus . De toute manière ksamil n a rien d extra c est sale et cher avec des plages surchargée et bruyantes.

• Raducana (10/5): Amazing sea family summer trip - Everything was outstanding at Arti's Villa. We had a very warm welcome from him and were greeted with a delicious casserole of the famous fig marmalade. We felt almost like home having all the house to us and the yard, unfortunately we traveled in the middle of a heatwave and we mostly stayed inside but we felt comfortable. Breakfast is very good, you tell Arti what you would prefer and he buys from the grocery store so you can prepare it yourself: fresh bread, vegetables, eggs, milk, etc. The villa is in a quiet place surrounded by a lot of trees, but 5-10 min of walking from several beaches and grocery stores. We didn't feel we had to walk a lot to get to the beach and so we visited most of them. You can ask Arti to help with anything or getting around and he will gladly help you. He can even take you to nearby places and can pick you up for free from Sarande port. He can even pick you up from Tirana aiport but we came with the ferry so we didn't need it. We stayed for 9 nights and on the last evening he gave us a couple of fresh fish and a bottle of white wine. We just grilled the fish on the stove and he said it's no problem as he will clean everything. He can speak English but he can speak German even better. It's not a big deal but sometimes when we talked in English we didn't know for sure if he understands us or not, but that's not an issue. Otherwise we can't complain about something related to him or the villa.

• Claire (8/5): Welcoming host with spacious apartment, close to beach and restaurants! - Spacious, nice outdoor terrace for evenings before dinner. Less than 10 mins walk to beach, restaurants etc. AC in bedrooms and living room. Fresh food (bread, homemade jam etc) delivered daily from the owner downstairs. Pick up service from ferry in Sarande was a huge bonus! It can be quite noisy from local bars/beach clubs at night (until after midnight). Walk to the beach has a bit of a hill (not ideal for accessibility issues or strollers)

Clean and super breakfast, especially the home made jam made by Arti's mother It felt like experiencing a real part of Albania as Ksamil is quickly becoming full of hotels and sun loungers.
