• Berody (9/5): Magnifique séjour à Naples ! - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Casa Ornella ! Emplacement idéal, logement tout confort et au calme bien qu en plein centre historique de Naples ! C est fabuleux de pouvoir tout faire à pied depuis le logement. Roberto a pris soin de prendre de nos nouvelles pendant le séjour et nous a facilité notre arrivée avec nos 3 enfants. C est très appréciable. Je recommande chaudement ce logement à Naples.

Gli ambienti sono puliti e confortevoli. Ringrazio il proprietario Roberto per la sua gentilezza e collaborazione.
• Fran (7/5): - Very clean. Great security. Terrific location. The stairs to the mezzanine floor bedroom were steep and very difficult to carry up a bag. Also, extremely small shower space - a telephone box would have been larger! (Get rid of the bidet and increase the shower size.)

L'unica nota che mi viene da sottolineare è il wi-fi non performante in quel momento.
• Nancy (10/5): We absolutely loved it. - The location was perfect and comunication with Alberto was very fluide. There was everything we need, even cofee and sugar. Hairdryer too. The big bed was very confortable. The small bed are good for someone small, not like for a big person but average sized adult is fine. It was quite calm considering you are in the very heart of the city. I liked it all. The staircase going up could be a bit hazardous if you have reduced or dificult mobility

Too small, should be rented for 2 people or at least mention that the 2 people will be sleeping in the opening sofa. Also there is intense smell of mold and the ceiling upstairs looks like it.

On a apprécié le café mis à disposition, de l’eau dans le frigo. Hôte reactive, pas de souci pour se loger, merci! Quartier tres bruyant, en fait c’est le centre historique de Naples qui n’est pas à notre gout. Mais il a un certain charme.

• Konstantinos (9/5): Spring stay in Naples historical center - Great location, within just a few meters from everything! Nice bed and mattress, the upper level was spacious with high ceiling. Also, bed linen and towels were very clean and smell very nice. Finally, the host, Roberto, was very helpful and responded immediately to all messages. Stuffy smell in the apartment. Not the fault of the property though, since all buildings in the historical center of Naples are old and face the same issue. After a while you get used to it and it doesn't bother you that much.

• Valeria (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartmant in an excellent location just a few steps away from Cappella Sansevero. It faces to the courtyard not to the noisy street with a huge window. Kitchen corner and armchairs are downstairs, bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The host was very attentive and cared about the details. There is aircon both down- and upstairs which was useful because nights were chilly in January, but very quickly could heat up the app. There was no such things.

• Penelope (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is beautiful, in a wonderful central location, yet quiet and felt very safe. Roberto's instructions on how to get in were clear and easy to follow. We got a taxi to the entrance at 1am (our flight was late!) and all was well. The apartment is equipped with just about everything you could want, including oil and Balsamic, water in the fridge and welcome sweets. We loved the balcony overlooking the courtyard and some authentic Italian life. Roberto is so kind and helpful, and replies very quickly to enquiries. Great place to stay ! Difficult to think of anything. There are no power points near the second sofa bed, but easily solved by charging my phone downstairs. Plenty by the main double bed.
• Hong (10/5): Exceptional - I feel safe and comfortable to stay the night in this lovely apartment. It is based in the very old downtown. Around 25-30 mins walking to the train station or bust station to the airport. But you can easily find a taxi nearby.

• Inka (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect and the apartment was beautiful and clean. It was comfortable to stay in even for 5 people. We had a little bit of difficulty finding the correct door to access the apartment but were able to find it after re-reading the instructions.
• Claudia (10/5): Exceptional - Casa Ornella is located in a very convenient location of Naples. From there easy to move around the city. The flat is big and furnished with everything you need including toiletries, iron, hairdryer ecc ecc The bed after a long day of walking around is a dream and the duvet keeps you super warm in the night. Mr Roberto was always available and super helpful. You know he will reply in few minutes to any request. Everything was absolutely fine, perhaps just a bit more cleaning for the floor and some part of the toilet.
• Nelia (10/5): Naples Gem in the Heart of the Action - The property was beautiful inside, decorated for Christmas - adding to the festive cheer. Roberto really makes sure that the accommodation caters for your every need. It was so clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the area - very busy, right in the heart of the action with plenty of shops, restaurants in the streets below and just a short walk to the nearest HopOn-HopOff bus stop.

• Paul (9/5): An excellent apartment that is in a perfect location for exploring Naples - The property is in the best location for exploring central Naples. Step out the door straight into the buzz of cafes, tourist spots and beautiful streets. Though seemingly small it didn’t feel small and the 5 of us were very comfortable for the three days. Roberto was an excellent communicator and had thought through everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. It is a lovely apartment and very quiet with excellent air conditioning - perfect for the heatwave we experienced. I couldn’t more highly recommend this place and my only regret is that we only stayed three days.

• Tian (8/5): Clean place, hard to find - Room is clean, plenty of cookware Place is quite hard to find, due to the cursive font at the intercom, also you have to climb to '1.5 floor' instead of the 1st floor otherwise you wouldn't see the wooden door with the intercom again. This is the puzzle we used 2 hours to figure out, ouch.

Shops and restaurants are few steps away. Loved the location. Roberto is a great host, he informed us about everything in time and he is very responsive as well! We arrived a bit earlier but there was no issue with check in. There is a possibility to park your car in a garage close to the ap. This was also arranged by Roberto. All in all we had a great time in Naples!
• Steve (10/5): A quiet oasis in the heart of Spaccanappli - If you want to stay in the Historic Centre of Naples you probably couldn't find a better location than Casa Ornella. Just a few steps off the Spaccanapoli and yet somehow the apartment is peaceful and quiet. It was modern, immaculately presented, had all the necessities I could have wished for and a lot of extra little thoughtful touches. Roberto was very friendly and helpful and an excellent host. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others. Not a negative, but just be aware that there is a narrow spiral staircase leading from the living area up to the bedroom and bathroom, which may be a little tricky to navigate if you have mobility issues. But if you're okay on your feet, the spiral staircase is quite a novelty.

• Fzmatias (10/5): Lovely apaprtment - So cozy and comfortable! Excellent location surrounded by restaurants, markets, Coffee. Amazing atention to the details, free water, soda and coffee which saved us on our first night. Umbrellas, local guide, everything you need! And they were kind enough to let us leave our luggage until afternoon after our checkout. Would love to book again there! There isnt a bus or train stop near. And keep in mind to have battery on your cellphone to enter the building and house.

• Anna (10/5): Central & modern - perfect stay - What a great place, it went above and beyond our expectations. Such great value for money. We were sad to only spend two nights here. It's two floors, the first floor has a big door/window that extends far up into the loft so it lets in lots of light (even though you're looking into a courtyard). The kitchen is small but well organized, we appreciated the coffee maker with a whole bunch of coffee pods. The wifi was great. The upper loft with the bedroom felt big and spacious and super comfortable, also a really good, modern bathroom. There is AC on each of the floors to keep it cool. The host was super responsive and so helpful with all of our questions. And lastly the location is perfect, so central and still quiet. We'd love to come back and stay way longer! Nothing, it was great.
