• Laura (8/5): Acogedor y céntrico - Lorenzo es muy amable y atento, nos atendió con mucho cariño. La ubicación es buenísima, muy céntrico pero en una calle tranquila. Hay fotos de otro apartamento en este anuncio por lo que parece que tiene más de una habitación y no es así. Es un bajo, nada de luz natural y humedad.

Lorenzo es un amor, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar La información es confusa, creí reservar un apto con cocina debido a las fotos y finalmente me "tocó" una habitación en un local bajo. The best pizza in the city, maybe in all of Italy, is on the corner nearby The unit was bit smaller than expected based on the pictures but overall functional. The host has two suites and mine was the smaller of the two.

The location of the apartment is perfect — it is situated in the historic center of the city, between the two main streets of the old town. This creates a very special atmosphere and at the same time is extremely convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and all necessary facilities nearby. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance, which makes the stay even more comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean, cozy, and tastefully designed. Everything was well thought out and organized to ensure maximum comfort for guests. During our stay, we did not experience any significant inconvenience. Lorenzo, the host, deserves special mention. He personally welcomed us and accompanied us to the apartment, which was a very kind and thoughtful gesture. From the very first moment, we felt at home — similar to the feeling of being in the Old City (Icherisheher) in Baku. Lorenzo is extremely friendly, responsible, and attentive. He stayed in touch with us every day to make sure everything was going well and was always ready to help immediately if needed. This level of care and hospitality made our stay even more pleasant and unforgettable. There is some humidity in the apartment, which is noticeable. Some household items were initially missing, but they were promptly provided upon request. The bathroom is a bit small, but it is clean and well-maintained. Certain areas could benefit from some modernization. Breakfast is served at a nearby café and is quite simple, consisting of a cup of tea or coffee and a croissant.

Per quanto riguarda pulizia ed organizzazione tutto impeccabile, non abbiamo trovato nulla che non andava e il proprietario è stato disponibile fino all'ultimo giorno.

• Chris (10/5): Perfect property in a perfect location in a perfect city - Property was located just off a very busy street with loads of restaurants, bars and cafes so we were concerned the property would be noisy. However it wasn't at all. The location is perfect for exploring Naples and close to everything you will need. Property felt very secure, was clean, comfy - we could not fault. The host, Lorenzo, was also perfect and available by phone if any questions or advice were needed
• Magdalena (10/5): Best choice to stay in the heart of historic Napoli - The place is located in the heart of historic Naples, just a few minutes from the entrance to Naples Underground (Napoli Sotterranea). It’s between the two main historic streets where you can find everything you need and feel the vibe. Lorenzo was extremely kind and suggested many great places to eat and visit during our stay. Everything was perfect — he regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going well. A truly excellent host. It’s close enough to walk to the Central Station or down to the seafront, but if you prefer, there are plenty of public transport options available, as well as information on how to call a taxi. Everything was as expected. I was concerned that staying in the heart of historic Naples might be noisy, but the street is very small and quiet at night. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access from the street, which didn’t bother us at all. Mobile network coverage is limited, but Lorenzo had already taken that into account — the Wi-Fi is very strong and reliable.

La stanza è un po' umida ma questo non incide molto rispetto alla splendida esperienza tutta da vivere.

The ceiling was very musty, damp maybe even moldy on some places. Probably it was because of the humid weather and the architecture of the building, regardless it is very bad for your health to stay in a place like this. On the second night there was no hot water, because there was some issue with the gas bolier.

He checked in on us regularly and made sure we enjoyed everything and didn't need anything additional. We have allergies. I don't think anyone had stayed there for a while so it was a little stuffy. It's probably just time of the year and us, personally. We did open the windows which helped! Otherwise, great place!

Come già fatto presente al gestore, il bagno necessita di semplici manutenzioni non trascurabili, e ritengo che non dovrebbe essere un ospite ad evidenziarlo (allego foto, ma auguro ai prossimi ospiti che nel frattempo sia stato sistemato). La colazione prevedeva una brioche scadente e un cappuccino presso un bar vicino con valutazione 2 su 5 su Google Maps, tant'è che il secondo giorno abbiamo deciso di non usufruirne. Il lato negativo della posizione è la rumorosità, in quanto è presente un bar appena sotto. Scrivo questo commento perché in fase di prenotazione avrei trovato utili queste informazioni. Un alloggio con un simile punteggio non dovrebbe presentare queste carenze rispetto al bagno e alla colazione!

• ClaireCCR (10/5): - L'appartamentino è davvero carino, la camera è molto grande e spaziosa. La cucina e il bagno sono basici, ma hanno tutto ciò che occorre. In generale la casa era pulita e in ordine. La posizione è eccellente, nel cuore della città. La colazione al bar vicino all'appartamento era varia e buona. Lorenzo è stato molto disponibile e molto gentile! Consiglio di soggiornare da lui. In generale il soggiorno ci ha soddisfatto, forse, come unico neo, direi che ci ha un po' infastidito il rumore notturno dei locali vicini e il fatto che non ci fosse uno scuro o tapparella a oscurare la finestra della camera, ma d'altronde, in pieno centro, abbiamo trovato più di quanto ci aspettassimo.

• Annie (7/5): Ο Λορεντζο πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης, το σπίτι δεν είναι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο αλλά αξίζει η θέση. - Ήταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και ο Lorenzo πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Το ότι προσφέρει πρωινό σε γειτονικό καφέ είναι μια πολύ ωραία κίνηση. Το ότι δεν είχε ούτε ένα παράθυρο και το ότι ήταν ακριβώς πάνω στο δρόμο. Μας φάνηκε κάπως επικίνδυνο, αλλά τελικά ήταν οκ. Το πρώτο βράδυ είχε πολύ φασαρία από μηχανάκια και παρέες μεθυσμένων. Τα υπόλοιπα δεν είχε τόση φασαρία.

• jacqueline (6/5): Lorenzo est un hôte très agréable à l'écoute de ses clients mais le 2 pièces manquent de fenêtres . - L'accueil de notre hôte, Lorenzo, qui nous a attendu très tard le soir suite au retard de notre avion. L'attention de notre hôte qui, tous les jours a demandé des nouvelles. La grande chambre à l'étage avec placards et la clim + un petit balcon donnant sur la rue typique de Naples avec double vitrage. La cuisine équipée. Le petit déjeuner compris (café ou capuccino et 1 viennoiserie) pris dans un établissement à 2 pas de l'appartement. L'emplacement près de tous les petits restaurants typiques. L'odeur de renfermé de la pièce au rez-de-chaussée où se trouve une petite salle de bain, odeur due à l'humidité. le manque de fenêtres. Le bruit le soir très tard (la musique du petit restaurant à proximité, les voix ...) mais c'est Naples !

• Sarah (10/5): Perfect place right in the heart of old town Naples. - Lorenzo is the most amazing host. The location was perfect. Everything at your doorstep, metro 10 minutes away on foot. Food and bars a few metres away. It's a simple place, with everything you need, and lots of space. Lovely breakfast included. Perfect! Will stay again! Slight damp smell, but that's part and parcel of old town.

There were motorcycles until late at night passing by, so it was a bit noisy for us to sleep well. The cleaning of the room could be improved.

Lorenzo was very helpful and flexible in making arrangements. Could do with better ventilation, but that was a minor issue…
• Roberto (1/5): This is a scam - just don't come - The host is really nice and cares. also, it's centric Where to start. Just look at the pictures. It says two rooms in a separate room plus a living room with a bed-couch. It's not. It's rightfully a scam. You have a shitty room divider and they call it a room. Plus, I wonder where they plan to put the third bed, since it has to be in the living room. Do they plan to block the room to the bathroom or to the outside? This is a joke. And the fact that they charge over 100€ per night is insulting. I will complain to booking because this apartment shouldn't be like this on the website. Then, the second big thing, the noise. In my first night, I couldn't sleep until 4am because the walls to the outside are so thin that you can hear the steps of people walking on the streets. Just imagine then conversations, airplane (the airport is close to the city), and motorbikes. Plus, people store the motorbike in the street where the apartment is located, so all the noise was there. I went crazy the first night. The second night, I grabbed earplugs from the pharmacy. Still could hear everything. So I decided to put my noise-cancelling headphones on top of the earplugs. That way, I could sleep. Third, the smell. It stinks inside because it's really humid there. There is just small window that does not help, so my pijama were wet when we were arriving at the apartment in the night. We were leaving the window open, if anyone wonders. The breakfast was good, but you can only get one coffee and one croissant per person. To me, not enough. Just don't come here. There are probably many other places in Naples for the same price with way better conditions.

• Sroga (10/5): Exceptional - The place has exceptional climate to it. It's in the middle of the city, yet it was quiet at night inside. The host that met us was very nice and helped us find nearby locations. We had a nice stay there.
• Fabiano (10/5): Superb location - The location is amazing! If i’d go back to Naples i wouldn’t want to stay in any other different areas. This was very central and much nicer than other areas in fact. Lorenzo and Marco tried their best, very friendly and always available! Being so central it might get loud sometime. Shower is not suitable for large people
• Peter (9/5): Superb - Lorenzo the owner is very nice guy and very carefull and supportive . Location in the middle of the old town of Naples
• Gergely (10/5): Colourful lovely reatreat in the old city centre - A heartwarming location in the centre of the old city with its vibe during day time and its lights at night. Maybe the shower cabin need some renovation. Also the TV was hazy (we didn’t went there to watch TV so not a big bother)

• Katherine (10/5): Exceptional - Lorenzo was incredibly friendly and helpful. We forgot a laptop and Lorenzo gave everything so we get it back. The house is in the middle of the beautiful historic center which is perfect. It's very clean. We liked it a lot. Perfect place to stay in Naples! When we come back we gonna stay there again. 10/10

• Maiju (9/5): Super location. - Lorenzo was an amazing host. He was waiting us with pastries and he checked with whatsupp that everything was fine and booked taxi for us when we left. Apartment had superb location in Naples. And is was much bigger than we thought. Would come to stay Maison Zaza the next time in Naples definetely. Shower was a bit small. And because it is old house it was a bit cold. But it did't bother our stay.

• Adamos (8/5): Very good - The host Lorenzo is very hospitable and helpful. The location is perfect. It is exactly in the heart of the historic center. As the property is in the historic center, there is just one small window above the door, so the ventilation of the room is not very good.
