• Gabrielle (8/5): Everything you need and only 5 mins walk to Umina beach - pefect for small family or couple - The property is small, but self-contained with everything provided eg. good supply of kitchen utensils and plates/bowls etc., good washing machine and drier, linen, towels, pillows, iron, umbrellas, games, books. It is clean and neat with everything working. It only has a front entrance with a rolladoor with a fob key to open so no back entry or entry or gate. Only 5 minutes walk to Umina beach. No views as amongst other townhouses on flat land. It would have been great if it had a view but then it would cost more.
• Luke (9/5): Great little house - The house was beautiful and a decent size. Had plenty of stuff in the cupboards for our family to use. Not much to dislike. Was a pleasure to stay there.
• Ned (5/5): Not sure what to say - Cozy little cabin. Neighbours, consistency of swearing arguing and dogs barking.
• Leanne (9/5): A fantastic little holiday house. This was my second time staying here and I will be back. - The location is superb - an easy short walk to the beach and surf club. Easy walking distance to Umina shops and cafes. You don’t really need a car to stay here. The house is well equipped and very clean. Lots of natural light in every room and modern ceiling fans and aircon make it comfortable even on very hot days. The shower head doesn’t work very well needs replacing. The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn’t seem to work at all. I’d suggest the dryer, which is mounted very high on the wall and only accessible by a ladder, be inverted or moved lower. Climbing a ladder to use the dryer is a safety issue. All easy fixes hopefully.

• Leanne (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and have booked again for the Christmas holidays. - The proximity to the beach is excellent. The house is well equipped and well maintained. It was very clean and fresh. The kitchen has an excellent ranged of utensils and cooking implements. The kitchen appliances all worked very well. There is ample storage in the home. The couch is comfortable. A few minor things: There is no access to streaming on the single TV - only free to air channels. The double bed was very springy and dipped in the middle a bit. The clothes dryer is up very high on the wall and the controls can only be reached using a stepladder.
