La zona centrale dove è ubicato l’appartamento permette di essere davvero in pochi minuti in Via dei tribunali o la famosissima Spaccanapoli entrambe ricche di posti dove mangiare le prelibatezze tipiche o per perdersi nel fascino storico e pittoresco della BELLA NAPOLI. Vicino praticamente a tutto sia per la colazione, pranzo/cena, servizi quali metro, piccoli market di quartiere. Le persone del posto davvero gentili e pronte ad aiutarti o a consigliarti. L’host (Gennaro) è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità impeccabile. Asciugamani e biancheria da letto sono compresi e già in struttura al momento dell’arrivo. Dal momento della prenotazione Gennaro ci ha subito dato qualche consiglio su cosa fare una volta arrivati e come arrivare in appartamento dalla stazione centrale. Ci ha anche “seguito” durante il nostro soggiorno rendendosi disponibile ad ogni nostra domanda o ad ogni richiesta di consiglio su dove pranzare, cenare o fare colazione. La fermata della metro collegata alla stazione centrale dista circa 5 minuti a piedi quindi anche questo è un punto a favore. Essendo in centro , di notte potrebbe essere difficile prendere sonno. Ma l’host vi farà trovare dei tappi per le orecchie utili per aiutarvi a dormire in modo tranquillo. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci e soprattutto consigliato per chi cerca la comodità e il comfort di essere vicino al centro storico a pochi passi da tutto quello che di bello Napoli ha da offrire. • KatarinaWu (6/5): - Great location， You can cook, especially after getting tired of eating pizza every day. The noise is really too loud, especially from the motorcycles. The air quality in the old town is also very bad, especially for those living on the first floor where there's no ventilation.

Gennaro was very helpful with everything, even calling us a taxi to the airport at night. You can contact him with any questions, and he is always ready to help. It's noisy at night, but I think it's like that everywhere in Naples, or because the apartment was on the first floor, but you didn't have to climb the stairs 😉

• Christine (10/5): Une super adresse à Naples , un super rapport qualité prix avec un hôte aux petits soins - L’emplacement à 5 min du métro Cavour et du Duomo est idéal ; l’espace du duplex top ! : Le salon à l’étage est super, très agréable, bien agencé avec de belles poutres , l’équipement est parfait . Notre hôte Gennaro s’est soucié vraiment de notre bien être et nous a donné plein d’adresses et d’endroits à visiter, en amont de notre séjour et il était également en contact avec nous pendant le séjour : Gennaro est vraiment un hôte très sympa ! A noter que , étant dans le centre , la rue est un peu bruyante : Gennaro a prévu les bouchons à oreille. Nous avions nos boules quies avec nous et c’était très bien. Rien ! 1 recommandation : avoir un petit chauffage dans la salle de bain pour l’hiver ( étant venus en janvier )

• Sara (10/5): Great stay in Naples! - Gennaro was very helpful and checked in on us multiple times throughout the stay. The apartment was clean and in a great location. It was definitely loud, but there were earplugs provided which helped :)

I will be staying again - The property was spotlessly clean upon arrival and has speak and modern furnishing and finishes. I was able to do some laundry and dry it on the balcony. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp. When I left I mistakenly left my laptop charger. I was able to get in touch with the host and he was so helpful and responsive he helped to ship the items back to me. I appreciate his care and time he put into retuning the items to me.

• Maria (8/5): Naples has its own rhythm! :) - Right in the caotic centre of Naples! Great to feel the rhythm of the city! You can walk everywhere and get lost in the narrow streets. Close to all the atractions and restaurants. Gennaro was very kind and always checking if everything was ok. We even got earplugs because of the city noise at night. It is a good place to rest after a day exploring Naples and its sorroundings. Grazie Gennaro!

• vincent (10/5): perfect ! - We stayed for three days and it was perfect! The apartment is very pleasant for a family of four. It’s both practical and beautiful. We were only a 5–10 minute walk from the center, which was great. I decided to leave my car parked for the three days in the street. I downloaded the app and was able to pay remotely. I had no problem finding a spot. As for noise, I found the apartment quiet. It’s a city apartment, but I didn’t need the earplugs the owner leaves just in case. The owner was very kind and always available to answer our questions. It was perfect! nothing
• Abdullah (7/5): Ein sehr schöner und im Gedächtnis bleibender Neapel Trip - Super Lage. Im antiken Viertel. Man fühlt sich sicher. Und vieles in der Nähe. Geräuschpegel in der Nacht durch vorbeifahrende Roller sehr hoch. Im Erdgeschoss ist es ziemlich laut. Im Obergeschoss etwas weniger. Gastgeber stellt Gehörschutz zur Verfügung. Leider hilft dieser nicht sehr. Das ist aber auch das einzige was man als negativ betiteln kann.

My family and I loved this place, kids were sad to leave when we have to return home. Owner of the property was extremely helpful, some many advices provided from what and where to eat to sightseeing advice. Value added service also for assist to handling the suitcase, snacks and waters and minibar filled upon arrival. They even prepared ear plugs in case you are a light sleeper, so sweet. • Ruth (10/5): A true Neapolitan experience with an excellent host. - This is a lovely little house, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We loved the location because it felt like a local old neighbourhood in the heart of Naples, but was a very short walk from the busy streets of the historic centre full of restaurants and bars. Gennaro was an extremely attentive host, he was very available for any questions and gave us lots of information about placed to visit and some great restaurant recommendations. There is no doubt it can be pretty noisy. Motorbikes flying right past the door is the main source of noise, but also neighbours talking (and shouting!) loudly on the street and from their balconies. The ear plugs provided help a bit but it also acts as a good alarm to get you up early to visit the city! And it is simply part of life in Napoli - it is not a quiet place!!

The host is very attentive, super nice and resourceful, and available. The kitchen has all utensils, wifi is great, hot water is good. The apartment is close to grocery shops, rwstaurants and the metro, perfect to visit all corners of the city. We highly recommend this apartment! The main bedroom has little sounds insulation from the street, but the host left ear plugs for us! 😀 thank you

There is no daylight/windows on the ground floor (where the bedroom is). Also, next to no sound insulation, so you will need the provided earplugs. There was a bit of a cigarrete and musty smell in the apartment.

He was constantly in communication with us and was very helpful with tips. - Great location, easily accessible bus and metro station. Markets and restaurants are nearby - House have all necessary facilities. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. - Parking is a little bit problematic. There are private parking and price is about 35-45 euro a day. - We stayed here 5 nights and we were very happy with everything. - Very noisy in the street, but host provides earplugs. So it is not problematic.

The apartment is quite big, situated on two floors and the design is very nice. Gennaro is an amazing host and he has the best recommandations, don’t hesitate to ask him.
