• Ebru (8/5): Très bon séjour rien à signaler de grave - Les équipements ainsi que l’emplacement J’ai pas aimer la température de l’appartement, j’ai essayer de régler avec le boiter mais ça ne fonctionnait pas il fesait super chaud, y’avait pas assez d’air.
• Ivana (10/5): - ​Great location and very comfortable stay! The accommodation is in an excellent location, only about a 12-minute walk from the Duomo. ​There are restaurants and grocery stores right downstairs. ​The apartment is beautiful and everything was fully functional. ​A huge plus were the electric blackout shutters – they provided total darkness for a great night's sleep. Cleaning: The apartment was generally tidy, but there were some minor flaws. It could use a more thorough, deep cleaning to be perfect. ​Noise: There was a bit of street noise coming through the windows, but it wasn't anything terrible. ​Overall: Despite these small details, I would still recommend staying here!

• Nicole (2/5): Für Familien oder Gäste, die Ruhe erwarten, ist diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlenswert. - Die Lage war für unsere Vorhaben perfekt. Das Appartment war schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für uns ausreichend. Wir waren im August 2025 für fünf Nächte in der Unterkunft und sind sehr enttäuscht. Obwohl für drei Personen gebucht, fehlten Bettwäsche, Decke und Handtücher für die dritte Person. Dies wurde nicht nachgereicht. Zusätzlich gab es täglich massiven Baulärm im Haus ab 8 Uhr morgens (Bohren, Hämmern). Die Unterkunft bestreitet dies, obwohl Fotos, Tonaufnahmen und die Aussagen anderer Gäste eindeutig das Gegenteil beweisen. Eine Baustelle war über uns und eine im Erdgeschoss. Schon Monate zuvor hatten andere Reisende dieselben Probleme mit fehlender Ausstattung und Baulärm dokumentiert – die Unterkunft informiert jedoch bis heute nicht darüber. Tonaufnahmen können hier leider nicht veröffentlicht werden, liegen jedoch booking vor. Leider ist der Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt, er ist nicht richtig fest installiert und locker. Es lag eine verunreinigt Zahnbürste unter dem Bett. Wir fühlten uns getäuscht und im Stich gelassen.

• yulin (9/5): 除了钥匙盒问题引起的入住不愉快，其他都很好，不过，下次来还会选择住这里住。 - 干净卫生，周围环境很好，公寓管理的也不错。楼下的披萨和便利店都很方便。关键是，很安全。 钥匙盒不容易打开，因为钥匙盒的问题，我们经历了20多个小时的奔波，很疲惫的等待钥匙的回复。回复的特别不及时，只是让看邮件，邮件我看懂了，问题是钥匙盒。

• Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - i was staying at this apartment while my solo traveling to Italy in May. What can I say - it was incredible. First, the apartment is located in modern luxury house in 5-7 mins walk from Duomo (as a girl who was traveling alone - its was a '+') and in the same house are the supermarket Pam and delicious Italian restaurant. Flat is really modern, everything is new and I was really glad to find a washing machine.. you will have everything what do you need daily. I will recommend this place on 100% and will love to stay JUST in this apartment next time, nowhere else. PS: in this house where apartments are - there is a really cute garden where you can seat safe and in silence.

It’s in a perfect location just a few minutes walk from the center, which made it super convenient to explore the city. Communication was easy and smooth. Highly recommended! Only downside was having to pick up the keys from a different place a bit far away a bit of a hassle. But overall, a very nice stay!
• Moran (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean, comfortable, and situated in a quiet yet central area of Milan. the key collection process was less than ideal. We were instructed to pick up the keys from a hostel approximately a 12-minute walk from the apartment. The host described this distance as “very close,” but in reality, walking that far with luggage—especially at night and in the rain, as we experienced—was quite challenging. This detail was not transparently communicated beforehand, leading to unexpected inconvenience. On our departure day, we faced the same issue in reverse, making the overall experience less comfortable. In hindsight, I would have preferred accommodations with a more straightforward and transparent check-in and check-out process.

Room was okay/ Toilet okay and clean The minimum is to have a bottle of water and tissues. None was available. The service to get the keys to enter the apartment was so bad. I had to go to a freaking dirty motel, to give them the code which I never received, so they can give me the keys. I called the responsible of the apartment, no reply. And the taxi had to wait for me for more than 15 min just to get the keys.

• Alper (8/5): Would recommend. - 1-Location was nice, near touristic attractions and markets, bakeries etc. Entrance and communication with host was easy. 2- Room was clean, hygiene products was present and quantity was enough. 3- Hot water was available. 4- Kitchen utensils were available. 5- Everything else was comfortable and as they should be. Nothing particular was below expectations.

The apartment was very convenient, and at a great location (less than 10 minutes walk to the Duomo) and with anything you might need, right around the corner (supermarket, cafe, pizza etc). It was very clean, with all the amenities (kitchen, plates, towels, coffee maker, smart tv). The staff was very easily reachable by phone and the check in directions were clear. No complaints at all, it is definitely worth staying here!

• Anushka (6/5): Alright, a little pricy for what we got. - The location was amazing! Very central and close to Duomo. The property had everything you needed as the kitchenette was fully stocked and it even had a washing machine - we didn’t use any of these as we ate out and weren’t in town long but it’s good for other guests! The bathroom had all the products you’d need! We had specifically requested early check in and the host agreed but when we arrived after a tiring flight, our keys weren’t available so we had to wait around for about 15-20 mins for them to give us the keys. The person meant to assist us, instead of apologizing instantly for their mess up, made it seem like it was a fact clearly stated that check in was at 3 despite me sending a screenshot that said they agreed to early check in. The room didn’t have a functioning AC so it was quite warm at night. Also the sheets and towels had an odd odour - not extremely strong but definitely noticeable.

I recommend this apartment to everyone!:) - According to the photos, the apartment is beautiful inside and out, comfortable, fully equipped and very clean!! The host speaks perfect English and he is so kind (we were able to occupy the accommodation much earlier)! Next to the apartment there is a good pizzeria and a grocery store. The location is perfect, the Duomo is in 10 minutes on foot!

The space had a perfectly equipped kitchen and the mattress and pillows were new and comfortable. The host was a great communicator and punctual! The location was convenient and central yet the space was very quiet and tucked away from the bustle of the city.

There is also a supermarket downstairs and pharmacy close by if you need anything. - Great value - Apartment was high standard design/finish, especially the bathroom. - Air-conditioning was excellent which was really important as Milan was really hot (we live in Dubai and still found it hot!).
