• Dmytro (10/5): - Унікальне історичне помешкання зі своєю родзинкою. 4 поверхи і кожен складається тільки з однієї кімнати. Вже заради тільки цього варто тут зупинитись. Прекрасний дизайн інтер'єрів, чистота, наявність всіх зручностей, які тільки можливі, безкоштовна парковка поряд (хоч і місце не завжди знайдеш). Власник помешкання надає виключні коментарі та завжди на зв'язку. 0.

• Martine (10/5): Leuk verblijf in een smaakvol ingericht en net huisje - Het huis is smaakvol ingericht en heeft alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Het ligt in een rustige wijk niet zo ver van het centrum van Luik. Het was er heel proper. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot. De erg steile trappen waren een uitdaging voor ons maar je raakt er wel aan gewend. De badkamer met toilet bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping en de slaapkamers op de tweede en derde verdieping. Als je 's nachts naar het toilet moet, zijn de steile trappen oncomfortabel om te doen.

• Peter (7/5): Smal rijhuis met steile trappen. - Nabij de citadel, op wandelafstand van het centrum. De locatie geboekt op de terugweg van een wandelvakantie met mijn border collie (bergwandelingen met stevige alpine stukken) om een vriendin te bezoeken. De slaapkamer ligt op de 2e verdieping. De trap naar de eerste verdieping is steil, waarbij de hond zich niet durfde draaien op de trap. Echter, de trap naar de 2e verdieping met de slaapkamer is nog steiler (en glad) en durfde ik haar niet te laten nemen. Er is geen mogelijkheid om de toegang tot de trap af te sluiten. De info m.b.t. de steile trap krijg je na boeking in een mailtje te lezen.

• Vanessa (9/5): Für einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in der Stadt aus der die belgischen Waffeln kommen - Dass das Haus so schmal ist und man 4 Stockwerke bewohnt. Die Räume sind geschmack- und liebevoll gestaltet. Man kann nicht draußen sitzen. Aber wir waren nur eine Nacht da und waren ohnehin unterwegs.

• Philip (10/5): - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, schmalen Haus in Lüttich sehr genossen. Die besondere Architektur – ein Zimmer pro Etage – verleiht der Unterkunft einen ganz eigenen Charme. Alles war sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit freundlich, unkompliziert und schnell. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Es war alles tiptop.
• Laurent (9/5): Très jolie maison de ville toute en hauteur (4 etages) - Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous avons pu garer la voiture dans le garage du propriétaire car il n’y avait plus de places dans la rue à cause d’un festival de musique dans le quartier.

There is a park nearby to walk to the city center. Very steep stairs to acces the room under the rooftop. Two Smoke detectors / cameras inside the house. And 1 camera outside the house.

It wouldn’t suit everyone due to the steep stairs but I loved the character of the house. It’s in a very quiet neighbourhood away from the centre but with good restaurants nearby and free parking. Exceptional value for money. We came and stayed again! Absolutely nothing

• Lisaki (8/5): Very good - This property has a lot of charm and a convenient location close to downtown, making it a great base for exploring the area. Pros: The decoration is lovely and gives the space a warm and welcoming feel. The location is fantastic—very close to downtown and other key attractions. Cons: The stairs are quite steep, as the host kindly warned us in advance. While they do add character to the house, they were a bit challenging for our dog. Guests with pets or mobility concerns should keep this in mind.

• Dorothy (9/5): Superb - The house was really nice and clean. It is on four levels so there are lots of stairs (some of which are quite steep) but my son loved going up and down to the different levels! The air conditioning wasn't working initially but when I contacted the host he came over straight away to help fix this issue. Stairs may be too steep for some, but were fine for us.
