• Carolin (7/5): Lage perfekt - Komfort naja - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet! Die Betten sind eine Zumutung! Die Matratze hängt komplett durch - unbedingt wechseln! Leider war die Heizung bei unserer Ankunft komplett ausgeschaltet, sodass wir erst mal mit Jacken in der kalten Wohnung saßen.
• Noemi (8/5): rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero top - Posizione top, appartamento grande il giusto per 4 persone, divano letto comodissimo e molto grande. Cucina dotata di ogni comodità. Peccato per l’ascensore fuori uso (ed eravamo al 4 piano con mia nonna tra gli ospiti…) e per gli asciugamani mai cambiati durante i 3 gg a Londra (li abbiamo però lavati con la lavatrice e capsule gentilmente lasciate a disposizione)

• Telma (9/5): Voltaria a repetir. Ótimo apartamento em relação qualidade-preço! - A localização era ótima e o apartamento estava equipado com tudo o que era necessário! :)
• Clara (6/5): - Appartement bien placé proche du métro et au calme. La literie de la chambre n’est pas très confortable. Les stores étaient cassés donc impossible de les fermer.
• Christof (7/5): Gute Lage für Familientrip, wenn man nicht viel erwartet. - Tolle Lage. Lastenaufzug war hilfreich. Fenster und Jalousien kaputt, wir mussten eine Notreparatur durchführen, um überhaupt lüften zu können. Einer der Ventilatoren war echter Schrott. Safe nicht vertrauenswürdig. Vermietungsfirma leistet minimalsten Aufwand, um die Finanzen zu optimieren.
• Odile (8/5): - L'appartement était bien équipé, bien agencé pour une famille de quatre avec commerces et transports à proximité. Il faudrait juste faire quelques réparations pour les stores et fenêtres, mais pour avoir souvent sejournés à Londres, ce logement est bien au-dessus de ce que l'on trouve habituellement à ce tarif.
• Elisavet (7/5): Parfait pour un séjour court - L'appartement est spacieux, propre et joli. Très bien situé, il est parfait pour visiter Londres quelques jours et ne pas passer trop longtemps dans les transports. Le système des codes est très pratique, donc pas besoin de penser aux clés. C'est dommage que les lits ne soient pas comfortables, le matelas du lit est très très mou, pareil pour le canapé, il n'est pas vraiment confort pour dormir. Les deux sont petits, donc il faut pas être trop grand pour pouvoir y dormir. Ça peut passer pour 3-4 nuits max. Aussi, le store de la fenêtre était cassé donc tout les matins le soleil nous réveillait un peu trop tôt.

• Ricard (5/5): - Que haguessin arreglat l'alarma antiincendis de l'habitació. Vam reclamar només arribar i no hi va haver manera que ho arreglessin. Tots quatre dies aguantant l'alarma. De fet, a la nit, agafàvem el matalàs i el portàvem a la sala d'estar perquè no podíem dormir a l'habitació. Orientació oest i tota la tarda amb molt sol, també feia molta calor.

• Pesch (8/5): Very good - The location was very convenient, the stay was basic but had everything we needed. Good value for money. Some utensils or basic cooking ingredients like oil would be convenient. Also the shower was really basic but it worked fine!

It was cheap enough and in the area I wanted to be. - The location is fantastic- close to the tube, convenience stores, and attractions and the neighborhood felt safe to us. The price fit our budget and the flat was large enough to be able to be able to spread out. Having a functioning kitchen helped with food costs. Two beds were available- one harder, one softer and the bathroom was both updated and clean. The maintenance and cleanliness was severely lacking in the main room and the pub band could be heard until 3am. There were missing ceiling light fixtures, broken blinds, sticky stuff under the tables, and dirty dishes in the cabinets. We also had a problem with the elevator that wasn’t fixed until the last day of our stay.
• K (7/5): Generally happy with this accomodation - Amazing location, clean, spacious and good kitchen facilities, great public transport all around Noise at night from close by venue playing loud music until 3am, very very disappointing Shower pressure poor Couch uncomfortable
• Yaocheng (9/5): Superb - Good facility for all requirement and easy to access. Clean and response in time. Will be my choice once arrived in London next time. Need to carry luggage up to the 4th floor, little bit tired. But it worth the price in London.
• Hue (9/5): Very pleasant stay! - The location is great, near bus stops, tube station and lots of necessity stores around. The bathroom was clean and spacious as well. Fully equiped with utensils for meals at the property The elevator worked but it’s an old one so you should be very mindful while closing the doors or else it can not operate
• Mary (8/5): Very good - Convenient location. Tube was less than 10 mins walk and well connected to other lines. Easy transfer to King's Cross and St. Pancras stations. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. Keyless entrance. Welcome tea, coffee, and cookies. Lift, though old style and small, but fully functioning. Bed too soft, felt like water bed. Since we are not fans of too soft beds, thus, it wasn't the most comfortable 4-night sleep for us. Wifi connection instructions did not match the guide provided, thus, took us a while to connect. It would have been a plus if there were electric socket converter/s for guest use. Also, few home accessories had issues, i.e. bathroom door knob, window blinds. But overall, it was still a good stay as London first timers.

• Laura (4/5): Great location but wouldn’t recommend if you like having running hot water or showers or really anything with electricit - The location is convenient to trains On our last day a fuse blew which left us with no showers since the shower is an electric shower, no fridge, no washer, no dishwasher. All of our food was spoiled. We tried reaching out to the owner just to find out the phone number goes to a voicemail box that doesn’t get checked. We emailed them and no response until 10 am the next day. We called booking.com and they couldn’t do anything either other than leave a voicemail as well. There is no ac which isn’t a problem but only 2 out of 3 windows were able to be opened. The blinds were stuck and some were broken so there was no way to close them to try to sleep in a little. The door knobs are falling off the bathroom. For how much we paid it was disappointing

• Dominik (8/5): Excellent place ! Superior if you would fix the shower ! - Everything was as described ! The staff is exceptionally friendly. The only downside about the property was the shower. The pressure was so low that you could hardy take a shower.
• Thomas (7/5): No frills. - Clean, comfortable, and close to Farringdon Station. Working elevator. Minor issues which need to be addressed: light bulbs not working, very dodgy televisions that didn't work, and a very weak shower.

• Helena (7/5): Good location and management answers question timely! - close to tube, Elizabeth line and train to outside London. lots of restaurants around the area. Management answered questions very timely! The mattress in the bedroom is way too soft and sacking in the middle. very uncomfortable to sleep on. It needs to be replaced! Cooking utensils not enough. Only have 4 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 11 nights stay. Managment said limited supplies were just a welcome package and we need to buy after they ran out. would appreciate to know this is the case ahead of our stay!
• Diana (8/5): Ckean, bright apartment in the best part of London. - The property was clean and in a great location. The keyless entry was very convenient for each of us to come and go as we liked. The locks on the doors required slamming resulting in lots of noise. That should be improved.

Felt like stayin at home. - It was a modern apartment close to the metro, 30 minutes walk from Shakespeare's Globe, clean, and comfortable. We feel like staying at home. Great price. There were no keys, just codes. So it was easy, with no worries of losing a key.
