• Alex (10/5): Favolosa - Bellissimo viaggio con la mia famiglia condita da questa favolosa struttura. Molto molto bella e pulitissima. La casa ha tutto il necessario. Lavatrice, cucina, pentole, posate, ferro da stiro ecc ecc. Posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Metro Fanningdon che collega benissimo tutte le zone principali di Londra. Praticamente tutto perfetto.
• Marcos Garcia (8/5): En términos generales, muy buena opción para grupos de 4-6 personas - Apartamento muy bien comunicado por metro y autobús, barrio muy tranquilo, al lado de la zona de Exmouth Market (pubs, restaurantes, bakery Gail's, Supermercado Waitrose...etc). El apartamento (4ª planta, North Penthouse) está bien equipado en general y el acceso mediante clave es cómodo y sencillo. Las camas son blandas (no fue un problema en nuestro caso). Las instrucciones recibidas para el check-in son sencillas y útiles. Como puntos mas flojos: la cama de la habitación de abajo, bien de tamaño pero muy vencida en los extremos, el tubo de la ducha de esa habitación estaba roto cerca de la alcachofa (era funcional, pero incomodo) y que no hay aire acondicionado, sino dos ventiladores (la habitación de la planta de arriba acumula mucho calor)

• Jennifer (5/5): Hot summer visit - no air conditioning as stated in description - Excellent location. Clean facilities. We visited during summer hot temperatures. The description on booking.com stated the apartment was air conditioned. It is NOT and was extremely hot, especially the second floor loft bedroom that does not have a window. The location and facilities were excellent and would have been great if visited during cooler temperatures. We don't expect air conditioning in most places in London but the apartment description first sentence states there is air conditioning in the apartment and is inaccurate. This detail should be revised so it is not misleading to those looking to book.

• Said (9/5): Very pleasant ! - My family and I really enjoyed the flat with its duplex bedroom. The flat is very bright, pleasant and functional. The location is ideal for all our planned outings. The entry code didn't work as soon as we arrived. The children were very tired and wanted to rest. However, the team was very responsive and we were able to enter the flat after a 20-minute wait.

• Maurice (7/5): Good - A lot of pubs and restaurants in the surroundings. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Spacy living room with everything you might need. Bed Matrass on the ground floor was horrible, spring mattress that is long past due its lifetime. Same situation on the first floor. Floor was a little uneven in the living room, but that was ok.

Carpets a bit dirty, rail loose on the floor and shower in the en-suite poor. Quite loud with lift noise at night. Mattress downstairs is awful, really lumpy and saggy, changing asap.

• Nicoleta (10/5): Excellent location,clean nice appartament and easy communication with owner.Meet our expectations. - Excellent location.Easy to access train ,tube and buses.Apartament well equipped and spacious.Qe had the fans going all day and night and was a little warm inside appartament.Only downside is that there is no A/C.Summer must be very hot inside the apartment since is located at penthouse.The bed in master bedroom is a nice size but if the mattress will be upgraded,there won’t be any complaint. Overall we had a great vacation and we enjoyed the stay.Definitely I will use the apartment again if equipped with A/C and the mattress from master bedroom will be changed.The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and also around are nice little restaurants ,easy to walk to . Missing A/C and the mattress from master bedroom.

• Yu (1/5): Worst experience ever - The hotel was supposed to organise the cleaning crew to clean the flat and reset the flat access code to the same one which was emailed to us. None of that happened. Instead, what happened was: 1. The flat access code we were emailed did not work at all. We tried to contact the hotel and booking.com numerous times via phone, SMS, and emails throughout the night and all failed. We ended up staying outside the flat and sleeping in the corridor with all our luggage for the entire first night! 2. We were only able to enter the flat after hotel staff called the next morning around 8:30am and provided an emergency code to access the flat. Then we realised the flat had not been cleaned at all. There were towels heaped on the bathroom floor, unmade beds, bins full of rubbish and grimy table and benchtops. See the photos attached. The hotel staff then sent two cleaning staff to start the cleaning. 3. Once the cleaning was done, we then had to cancel all the scheduled activities on the day and spent the day resting and recovering from the previous night's terrible experience. We planned to spend seven days in London and our first day had been completely ruined. 4. We chose this hotel based on its fantastic reviews. And we are very disappointed by our experience and the reviews feel completely misleading. We feel obligated to provide a review to share our experience.

• Roosa (7/5): Good - the location was super good, and the public transport was really close. The bathroom in this place were a little dirty, especially the bathroom without the bath tub. The shower and bathroom sink drainage were horrible and dirty, and the water would not go down fast enough. The water pressure was really really low as well. You could also hear the subway/trains going by really well.
