• Yorkston (1/5): Unhappy .we had to book a hotrl for all of us as we were not eilling to stay . - Accomadation was good size. The property was dirty .smells of dampwas not clran .lots if things broken we didnt stay in it as had to book a hotel.not dafe for the kids.

• Matthew (1/5): Do not stay here, bed bugs! Broken bed frames! - Not a lot really, very basic facilities. Bed bugs in the beds, one of the bed frames was broken so the mattress had a huge dip and wasn't sleepable. We mentioned this but nothing was done to rectify the situation. A paltry £50 offer of Goodwill. How about you refund the quarter that my friend paid for the lack of usable bed. Sleeping on sofa when you're working hard 10 hours plus a day is not acceptable. Uncomfortable beds, broken bed frames, dirty property, sketchy area. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
• Eniola (7/5): - It was nice, and the owner too was responsive , lovely place The bathroom could do more work, it wasn’t the best and the shower head needs to be replaced . The second bathroom was a half bathroom and it wasn’t functional
• Mark (3/5): Great location but needs work to bring it up to standard - Ideally situated for London excel and all things in that area Everything in kitchen including glass table had to be cleaned before use. Bannister unsecured. First floor toilet insecure and floor felt unsafe. Extractor fan very noisy No locks on either toilet or bathroom Downstairs bed broke. Genuinely could do with a good refurb.

• Alexandru Valentin (9/5): - The host was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The property is nice, welcoming and overall decent. The wifi was not the best and the 5G in the area is not the best either. Obviously the 5G is not the host's fault.
• a (1/5): Worst experience - Location and parking House was really dusty. House management keeps coming knocking on door to show other people the property. Whole House smells of cigarettes. Toilet really small size kitchen was really dirty and weird smell
• Jarek (7/5): Avoid this pleace!!! - Nothing No response from the owner to the report of irregularities. Dirty bedding and towels. Terrace unfit for use. Fewer than the paid number of plates, towels, cups. Lack of cosmetics (description in the offer - a set of cosmetics) Damaged flush in the second toilet, which means that only one could be used. Very dirty!
• Nav (9/5): Comfortable Place, Good Value - The whole house was very spacious, the bedrooms were big and the beds were comfy!! Lots of storage also! The toilets didn't have locks

• Jason (5/5): Passable - Location was excellent for the Excel and Regent Prince tube station. First day until 9pm the smoke alarm was beeping, this kept my young child awake past his bed time. We were told someone would be out to fix it, but nobody came until I complained again. Eventually some one came out and removed the faulty smoke alarm. Decoration needs serious attention as does the electrics, did not feel safe using many if the sockets as fittings were not fitted to walls properly and coming away
• Danveer (5/5): Its fine if your not spending time in the house and using it for sleeping exclusively. - Good location. Smoke detector was out of batteries and beeped every 30 seconds. I phoned about this and nothing was done to resolve it. Front door was finnicky and did not close without being pushed a bit when on the frame. Bathroom water pressure and heat control was either too hot or too cold. The bath panel on the outside was broken and falling off.

The house is big and spacious you cant even talk as neighbors keep on knocking at my door saying to be quiet and very rude not ideal with family or kids no locks in the toilet then toilet seat was completely damaged was moving and the pipes were leaking. The tub was damaged inside no cleanliness no tissue was provided and no extra blankets
• The (2/5): Gross and broken - Quick solution after getting scammed Broken bed frames and used up and stiff mattresses, broken toilet and everything was filthy and gross other things where also broken and old like the chairs in the living room also the table was falling apart and the bathtub was also falling apart

• Hannah (7/5): Great space for a few nights! - We liked the space we had, and it has a nice sized living room and garden. Good cooking facilities. Decent sized rooms with space for the whole group, overall a very nice and relaxing place! No extra bedding for couples that steal bedding. Bath drain was a bit clogged, and there are no locks on the bathroom doors - the toilet light is out too. Curtains were a bit dodgy to use. It took prompting and calling to get the check in instructions and key code - but they were prompt once realising their mistake!
• Jeswin (1/5): Never again not worth it - It was close to central London The house was very very poorly maintained everything was hanging by a thread it had none of the doors had locks even the toilet or shower . No blinds in the bathroom curtains hanging off the rails. Floors were so creaky couldn’t even walk. We booked for 6 adults no proper plates cups . The house was no well lit living room had a light but all bulbs were taken out just one was so dark. Wardrobes were so dusty I put my clothes without looking and I couldn’t wear them as they were covered in dust it was so dirty . Never again

• Anne (4/5): Adequate for London stay despite shortages - Can walk to the bus and had a washer and dryer. Not enough towels six towels for eight people. No tea towels or dishwasher and cupboard door hanging off cabinet. Bathroom on third level which was a lot of stairs for older people. Only four dining chairs for 8 people.

• Jenny (2/5): very unsatisfactory. - Door of toilet did not lock. Toilet itself did not flush so it was unusable. The bathroom/toilet door did not close fully or lock either. No toilet paper or toiletries provided. The back door to the property would not lock.
• Ally (10/5): Ideal base and links to centre of London - Location was fab, all we needed, budget trip, good location, WiFi spot on, heating great, hot water, all we needed for sleep and a base. Host was great with communication. It was what we paid for, budget price, all we needed, 2 adults and 2 teens
• Givette (7/5): If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place for a larger family or group it’s not bad. previous reviews were accurate. - It was cozy and had room for our family of 5. the wifi and tv worked well. It was cold during our visit but the water and heaters worked very well to make it more comfortable. The location seemed sketchy at first and there was a lot of garbage around the area. The back door was also unlocked when arrived. There were a lot of cleaning supplies left out on shelves/counters making it seem like they cleaned and left in a hurry.

• Sarah (6/5): Clean and roomy - Large rooms, towels provided, clean. Needs basic maintenance. Draws falling off, curtain rails falling off the wall, windows not opening or locking closed. 1st floor toilet not attached to the wall or floor, seat also falling off. I would stay again as a group adults but definitely not safe for children!
