- Claudia (10/5): Our stay was delightful. - The location is gorgeous and perfectly located for our visit to the Hot springs. The Cottage is lovely, charmingly decorated, cosy and was surprisingly warm (without turning on the heating) when the evening got cool. The extra touches provided by our host were thoughtful and much appreciated e.g : breakfast supplies including fresh bread, butter and spreads, orange juice, real milk and plenty of it so you have enough for the cereal (or like me , for several cups of good coffee) Our stay was peaceful, quiet and calming. I only wish we had stayed longer. We are defiantly planning on coming again and next time we will stay longer. We really loved the place, but Mum did point out that watching the TV would be awkward but we were too busy with puzzles and games to watch the TV ourselves. The other thing that could be awkward, although there are two sleeping areas (bedrooms), you have to go through one of the bedrooms to access the toilet. If you need to access the toilet in the night this might be off-putting depending on who is staying. Again, this was not a problem for us but it just might be good to have a heads up about this.

- Ian (8/5): Good - Warm welcome, well equipped, good value Advertised as 2 bedrooms when it wasnt
- Lisa (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyable experience from communication with the hosts to the end of our stay! - This little cottage is on a lovely, private property in Fingal - not far from the hot springs that we were visiting early the next morning. The overnight stay was for my daughter and I and we absolutely loved it. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We'd picked up some essentials from the supermarket for dinner so the kitchenette was perfect for what we needed - a microwave, kettle and fridge. Such a bonus to find milk, orange juice, a fresh loaf of bakery bread (sooo yummy!) and all the condiments we needed, including quality breakfast cereals and conserves. The decor was tasteful, homely and I will definitely return with the hubby/friends in the future as we pop down here overnight a couple of times a year. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience - I only wish we'd stayed longer. Nothing - everything was great.

- Robassa (10/5): -
- Hsin Jung (8/5): -
- Joanna (10/5): Beautiful location and thoughtfully appointed. Breakfast was generous and fresh. - Breakfast was very plentiful and fresh - very impressive.
- Gareth (10/5): - Grate for value
- Jolene (9/5): Quiet and peaceful - This is our third or fourth stay at The Fingal Farm. We really enjoy the quiet peaceful nature of the place. The little kitchenette is handy, nice selection of breakfast provisions, bathroom facilities good, comfortable beds and short drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs. Perfect.
- Shelley (10/5): Great property with beautiful views - Property was beautifully presented and comfortable Unfortunately the TV was not working. Small issue but we do enjoy the football and unable to get the TV to work. Netflix was great though.

- Paul (10/5): - A perfect location to explore the Mornington Peninsula and such a beautiful property.
Nothing but the sounds of nature of a night The Fingal Farm is a short distance to some of the areas amazing golf courses and around the corner from St Andrews Beach Brewery where you find a great assortment of meals and local brews. Gunamatta surf beach is also close.
The property is well appointed and could accommodate up to 4 with two x double/queen beds in two separate rooms.
It has a basic kitchenette and our host Melanie provided some fresh bread, spreads, cereals, juice, milk and coffee/tea.
We were two friends just doing an overnight while playing golf but I have already told my wife that we need to go stay longer and explore more of what the area has to offer..
Thank You Melanie.. Liked it all
- Josh (10/5): Beautiful location, very homely and absolutely wonderful hosts! - The property was beautifully kept and the views were stunning. Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy and well looked after. It had everything we could have asked for and more!
The hosts were amazing and went the extra mile. I asked for a short note, just to welcome my mum on her first trip to Australia and they left us a lovey bottle of champagne on ice to go with it! It was so greatly appreciated! Nothing

- Danielle (9/5): - Very cosy cottage with a great outlook. One bed is in the living area and one bed is in a separate bedroom with the bathroom but this didn’t worry us. Great location. We had a lovely stay. We didn’t realise that we were directly next to the main house but there was a private entrance and outlook to the golf course.

- Melanie (10/5): - A beautiful little cottage, very quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast provided was delicious and exactly what we needed.
- Alison (8/5): - We love Fingal Farm. The cottage is cosy and every morning a freshly baked loaf appears with condiments etc. It's relaxing and the kids love running around the backyard.
- Rodney (8/5): -
- Ann-Marree (5/5): It was fine for what we needed - We took our own cleanliness
I did think it was 2 bedrooms but on arrival found that one of the beds was in the living area
- Leigh (9/5): A wonderful cottage to stay in - warm, comfortable & cosy - The cottage was really lovely, comfortable & warm. The continental breakfast was fabulous, especially the beautiful fresh bread. Would have liked a top sheet, as one of us is a hot sleeper. Although we weren't there a lot due to attending a wedding it would have been good if the TV had worked.
- Mae rose (10/5): - Very warm and cozy! Lovely view. The beds were warm and comfortable. 1 night was not enough. Such a lovely place
- Edita (7/5): -

Maintained with all the amenities to make the stay comfortable with small kids. Very kind hosts.
- Paul (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at the cottage, with thanks. - The cottage was warm and cosy and had its own charm, great place for a night. Had a bbq dinner, from the one provided outside to enjoy the outdoor area. Breakfast provided was a nice touch and appreciated. No real complaints, apart from no top sheet on main bed which we weren't real big on.
- Jiaying (10/5): -
- Joel (9/5): Great location, well equipped.. peaceful setting - The cottage was well equipped and well presented with everything you could need for a getaway. The brekkie provisions were a nice touch.
Plenty of space outdoors with the bbq, outdoor seating area and festoon lights.. great for the warmer months.
Communication from the owners was clear and easy. Would def recommend.
- Oliver (10/5): Perfect country retreat - Very peaceful and well kept, the breakfast was outstanding and the hosts were very friendly
- Katrina (9/5): End of term reset - The welcome, the location, the wildlife, the decor, the facilities, the expertise, the ...... just about everything. But especially the bread. The changing weather, I only managed a 600 step walk before I needed to turn around, half soaked.
- Joanne (9/5): - Excellent location for golf courses. Quiet and comfortable. Continental breakfast supplied with fresh bread daily.
- Made (8/5): -
- Qian Qian (10/5): - Breakfast provided. Nice view. Very quiet surrounding. Recommend to stay if you travel by a car. Wifi was unstable. Heater took a long time to heat up the place.

The setting was peaceful and scenic, and the cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the continental breakfast provided was absolutely amazing—fresh, generous, and thoughtful. A perfect countryside escape with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend! Nothing
- Kuan Ting (10/5): -
- Possum7 (9/5): Great beds and lots of Bunnies! - The bed was amazing, I always have issues with beds in hotels, but this was fantastic, we both slept very well. Loved the breakfast provided and the cute location was very peaceful. We loved the bunnies running around also. A slight drive to the nearby towns, but that wasn't a big deal for us.

- Charla (10/5): Beautiful, cozy cottage perfectly placed to explore the Mornington Peninsula - My girls and I loved how homey and cozy the cottage was. The property was beautiful with little play sets and cubby houses for children to explore throughout.
We loved how welcome we felt, breakfast provided with a fresh bread each day was amazing. As well as general house keeping.
We even had our towels brought in one day when we were out and it started raining.
- Elisha (10/5): Everything we needed and more - The most lovely and responsive hosts! Not only was the home incredible, but the bread and jam also tasted homemade and delicious. The hosts also let us stay one hour after normal check-out time which we really appreciated, would recommend to anyone! <3 Nothing!
- Zhengjia (8/5): -
- McEvaddy (10/5): Really enjoyable stay in a cosy cottage - It was very cute and cosy.
The place was very clean.
Melanie was an excellent host and provided breakfast food: bread, butter, cereal, condiments, fresh orange juice and milk. There is a BBQ outside if you want to cook.
She also cleaned the house while we were out and turned on the heat so we arrived back to a warm house. She went above and beyond.

- Kelsey (10/5): - Perfect stay, only wish we had longer! Nothing
- Danlie (8/5): Fantastic farm stay. - Playground in the field, great selection of breakfast, beautiful environment, and excellent location. Wish there were free stream service Logins provided, and shampoo. I brought my own so it wasn't a big issue.
Would be perfect if there was a firepit in the backyard.

- Mark (8/5): Very good - Position was good, lovely and quiet, but no functioning cold tap in the bathroom wasn’t great, and the bed in the main room wasn’t great.
- Nada (9/5): Perfect location for our stay. - Yummy breakfast, well appointed kitchen facilities. Comfy beds, quiet location. Perfect !
- Liana (10/5): Beautiful stay at Fingal Farm - Beautiful accommodation! The hosts were really lovely too! We stayed here for a wedding and found that the ubers were happy to come up the whole driveway which was excellent!
Would stay here again :) The property had an interesting layout. The second bed is in the "lounge" area and there is only one bathroom which is an ensuite off the first bedroom
For us it wasn't a problem, but it was a bit awkward for the couple in the lounge.
