- Mahta (1/5): - If I had to sum it up in one word, it was a disaster.
The place was dirty, and there were constant issues with water and electricity. For example, if we turned on the gas, we couldn’t use a hairdryer at the same time because the electrical load would trip the fuse. This happened repeatedly, and we had to reset it every single time.
The bedsheets were not clean, the neighbors were extremely noisy, and there was constant dog barking.
There was also a persistent hot water problem throughout our entire 13-day stay, and the host made no effort to resolve it. We reported the issue multiple times, but each time they came up with excuses instead of fixing anything—both for the water and electricity problems.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even for a single night.
- Diana (3/5): Run down, miserable facility - - location
- responsive host
- gated facility, safe - unclean, miserable
- random stuff packed away
- water boiler, not enough warm water for 2 showers
- damp, no air, no windows, smell of mold
- moldy chair in shower
- spiderwebs, overall feeling of not clean
- stained mattress
- no phone signal in facility
- Kyrylo (7/5): Good - We recently stayed at the apartment and had a mixed experience. The hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The internet connection was reliable and fast, a definite plus for anyone needing to stay connected.
The location of the apartment was unbeatable, situated right in the heart of Napoli. This made it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant local culture.
However, the apartment had a significant drawback: there were no windows. This lack of natural ventilation made the space feel stuffy and claustrophobic, which was a major issue for us. Despite the great location and hospitable hostess, the absence of fresh air in the apartment detracted from the overall comfort of our stay.
- Tijana (7/5): Good - Location is more than I expected, perfect to reach all of the planed locations for my visit. Metro station is not that close, but it was expectad in the centra walking area :) Comfortable bed and good organization of the facilities. I didn't like that there weren't windows in the apartment. Just door to see the weather outside. Also, not equipped with stuff like handsoap, liquid for washing dishes and not enough toilet paper for my 4 night stay. But anything else still ok and generally liked my stay here. :)
- Kathleen (6/5): Good location. - Love the location. Accessible and safe. Hidden from the hustle and bustle but is centrally located. Can walk from the accommodation to most points of interest. The queue for taxi is nearby for when you want to ride one. The floor appears dirty. There's only 1 bath towel per person for an entire 5 days stay. They asked to wash the plates and cutleries used but there's no dishwashing liquid so I had to source my own. The water in the shower gets cold easily. There's no window so the room is stuffy. There's a washing machine but nowhere to dry your clothes on and no dryer setting on the machine. They scheduled technicians to come and fix stuff during our stay so we had to stay out of the place from 3pm to 7pm as it was the estimated time given.
- Thibault (7/5): Good - The location was excellent. The flat has a lot of potential. The kitchen and the white goods are well taken care of. The fact there is a washing machine is very nice. The AC works well without being too noisy and has a "dry" mode which is helpful since the place is very humid. Not the cleanest but nothing like the previous comments describe. I think the host could do a few things that would go long way without being too costly.
For example they should buy a (hypoallergenic) mattress protector, that they could wash if need be because, as is, the mattress is stained which is a bit gross.
They should also get rid of the moldy wooden chair in the shower room. Not only does it look bad, but it can also be unhealthy, especially for people like me with allergies... I understand that wood a priori looks nicer than plastic, but if it is going to mold because of the high humidity, might as well go for a plastic chair (or none).
Finally they could maybe clean the floor and remove some of the marks on the walls, but it is not too bad.
- Vukasin (9/5): In the heart of Naples - just in city center, perfect location for visiting Naples. Antonio (host) is realy nice and great. He offer us to pick up us from airport for totaly fair money. he is great to explain everuthing in the city and to recommend different places to visit and restaurant to stay. totaly recommend!!
- Simona (7/5): Value for the money was good. - Nice and clean apartment. There wasn't enough hot water to take a decent shower though. Noisy surrounding as it is right in the middle of the pedestrian streets. Had to walk a long way with suitcases to get to it form where it was possible to park the car.
- Otilia (7/5): Great location - The location was great. The couch was not comfortable.
