- CRUYPENNINCK (3/5): Non conforme à un logement de 14 personnes - En réalité seulement 9 adultes peuvent y dormir et seulement 5 chambres sont habitables ou accessibles( une pièce doit faire 4m2 minimum à plus de 2m de hauteur , une échelle n'est pas un escalier )
Le grenier n'est ni habitable ni accessible (seul des enfants très jeunes peuvent accéder aux lits mais l'échelle y menant par une trappe très difficile à soulever est incompatible pour eux en sécurité )
L'annexe (située en extérieur sans sanitaire ) n'offre qu'1 lit 1 personne en RDC, les 2 autres lits ne sont pas accessibles (échelle de meunier pour y accéder et hauteur non conforme )
L'organisation des pièces entre elles nécessiterait un plan : le descriptif annonce que les pièces sont en enfilade mais accessibles indépendamment sans préciser qu'il faut sortir de la maison si on ne veut pas traverser la chambre voisine.
La pièce de vie est grande et agréable mais cela n'a pas pu compenser notre déception, un couple a dû loger ailleurs et de ce fait pour 9 personnes le prix devient élevé pour une telle location.
En conclusion l'intitulé de l'annonce devrait être modifiée, un plan devrait être joint et le prix modifié

- Amirmohammad (3/5): lack of privacy, cleanliness concerns, uncomfortable room arrangements, unexpected instructions - Only location We booked a two-night stay at this property accommodating nine people. While there were a few positive aspects, it is important to mention some concerns:
Privacy Concerns: The layout of the rooms was inconvenient as accessing one room required passing through at least one other room. This lack of privacy was discomforting and not apparent from the property's photos on the booking website.
Cleanliness Issues: Upon arrival, we noticed spiderwebs in the corners and stains on the beds. The overall cleanliness did not meet our expectations.
Uncomfortable Room: One of the rooms on the top floor had a low ceiling, making it uncomfortable even for sleeping. Consequently, one of our group members opted to sleep on the sofa, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, access to this room was only possible through two other rooms and via two dangerous stairs.
Unexpected Check-in Requirements: The owner requested a 500 Euro deposit. Additionally, we received an extensive list of instructions along with penalties for potential violations. This approach lacked a sense of friendliness and hospitality.
Lack of Basic Amenities: Surprisingly, we had to bring our own bed sheets, toilet paper, and so on. Considering the price level of this property, we had expected these essential amenities to be provided.
