• Sandro (5/5): Gemischtes Glück - Die Kommunikation mit der sehr resoluten Vermieterin war von Anfang an etwas harzig. Sie beschränkte sich darauf, ohne Anrede, mir zu fragen, wann ich ankomme und zu sagen was ich an Geld mitbringen soll: Es sei deswegen hier explizit erwähnt, dass man eine Kaution von 150 Euro verlangt. (steht im Kleingedruckten bei Booking.com). Eine Bestätigung dafür hat sie mir nur mit Widerwillen ausgestellt. (sowas habe ich noch nie gemacht!). Das Appartement verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer. Will man beide benutzen, so verlangt die Vermieterin täglich 10 Euro für ein einfaches Bettlaken (70 Euro also die Woche, für sieben Nächte im Sofabett). Da dies jedoch auf Booking.com nicht explizit erwähnt ist, erliess sie mir ohne Entschuldigung diese Summe. Der auf Booking.com versprochene Kaffee für den nächsten Morgen hätte die Putzfrau vergessen zu kaufen. Die Küche ist OK ausgesattet. Es gibt jedoch kein einziges Weinglas. Nur Zahnputzgläser und Wassergläser. Und Tassen gibt es rund 10 verschiedene. Sieht aus wie Resterampe. Auf die Frage, wieso nicht mal ein Weinglas zur Verfügung steht, gab es die pampige Antwort, ich solle doch selber welche kaufen. Der Vormieter hätte sie kapputt gemacht. Ich könne die gekauften ja dann mit nach Hause nehmen. Dafür gab es ein einziges Sektglas mit dem ich dann alleine hätte anstossen können. ;-) Die Aircondition-Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht. Wie auch die Aircondition (ohne Bedienungsaleitung) nicht sehr einfach zu verstehen ist. (so viele Tasten und Funktionen....). So war das Einstellen immer Glücksache. Frierte man dann nachts, gab es bis auf das nur eine Bettlaken (!) keine Wolldecke. Nur ein unbezogenes Federbett für den Winter in der Schublade. Ich konnte keine Nacht hier durchschlafen und mein Freund im Nebenzimmer auf dem Ikea-Sofa-Bett mit dünner Matratze ging es genau so. Im Schrank waren etwa 20 verschiedene Kleiderbügel. Die meisten aus Draht wie von der chemischen Reinigung. Lust zum Koffer auspacken kriegt man da wenig. Fortsetzung von oben: Die Wohnung ist funktionell und neu, mit ein paar Retouchen, wäre es hier bestimmt sehr angenehm. Aber die Resolutheit und Uneinsichtigkeit der Vermieterin waren für mich, der mit ihr auch italienisch sprechen konnte, schon etwas gewühnungsbedürftig. Check-out Termin ist übrigens morgens von 9.00 bis 10.00. Ich bin dankbar, dass die Vermieterin nach langem Mailverkehr willens war, den Check-out um 7.00 zu machen, weil ich einen Flug um diese Zeit hatte. Schliesslich will man ja auch seine Kaution zurück haben. Also mit Schlüssel hinlegen und weggehen, ist da nichts. Die erste Frage beim Check-out war übrigens: Habt ihr etwas kapputt gemacht?
• Wtn200 (10/5): Great stay - The apartment was clean and had many facilities, and the host was friendly. The apartment is located in a (relatively) quite street, close to supermarkets and the metro. Everything is within walking distance. It was great to stay here.
• Dmitrii (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful apartments within walking distance from the city's attractions! The owner was incredibly polite, greeted us very warmly, showed us everything, told us and gave some tips on exploring the city, shopping and eating. The walls of the apartment are decorated with photographs and paintings by famous contemporary masters, which adds to the mood of this great place!
• Andrea (10/5): One of best places in Napoli for friends or families to stay for a week and enjoy the town. - Well-equipped two-bedroom flat in a quiet street and nice building with elevator, close to the port, metro line 1, bus stops, shops, restaurants and sightseeing. The host is kind, helpful, and easy to contact. couldn't find such a thing, we had a great time there.

• Petra (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is beautiful and clean with spacious rooms. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owner, Giulia, is very friendly and helpful. She responded to all of our questions immediately. We had a very nice stay. The website states that private parking available. Therefore I assumed parking would be free, but we had to use a parking garage for €30 a day. Luckily we just had to pay for one day, so it didn't matter much.
