• Rachele (5/5): Sporcizia ovunque, condizioni igeniche da rivedere. Nonostante questo la posizione è centrale. - La posizione era centrale, nel pieno centro storico La struttura era sporchissima, abbiamo trovato peli e capelli da per tutto, strati di polvere su ogni mobile e sanitario. Il bagno non corrispondeva alle foto caricate sulla pagina, la doccia era completamente piena di muffa, la maniglia del bidet staccata,a tavoletta del water usurata. Per non parlare del lavandino che al primo utilizzo si è intasato subito (abbiamo chiamato la proprietaria che la mattina dopo è venuta a stasarlo). I soffitti pieni di crepe e un odore di muffa in tutta la casa terribile perché non c era nemmeno una finestra per far prendere aria, solo una specie di balcone al piano di sopra. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano completamente macchiati. Se siete persone che non riescono ad adattarsi non vi consiglio questo appartamento perché sembrava non fosse nemmeno stato pulito.
• Blessy (8/5): Great stay, spacious room, clean and well-maintained. - Great location, many places to eat and shop close by. Property was spacious, beautiful and great for a group of friends. Host speaks only Italian and via text. Grocery shopping is quite easy too. Kitchen could be better equipped. We had some trouble lighting the stove top, but it was promptly resolved by the host. The bathroom needs to have a bathmat or something to absorb the water otherwise it's a mess. Also, need to have some handwash in the kitchen and bathrooms. We ran out of tissues after day 3 and there were no extra supplies. Host needs to give exact location and how to get there. We climbed a steep slope with heavy suitcases when we arrived. Only to realise later we could have got off at a train station (Dante) much closer to the property and walked a shorter distance to reach the property.

Purtroppo la casa ha un grosso problema di umidità, tanto da veder sgretolare parte delle mura

• Caterina (1/5): Terribile - Niente Tutto struttura sporca piena di umidità puzza di fogna lenzuola e asciugamani usurati e poco puliti mancava la maniglia nella porta non c’era un tappetino bagno non c’era nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua …..tutto pessimo !!!e ho pagato a parte le lenzuola e asciugamani che puzzavano …tutto pieno di calcare i rubinetti e le foto su Booking non corrispondono alla realtà !!!!mi sono vergognata di aver portato le mie amiche a soggiornare in questa struttura per il mio compleanno a Napoli ho fatto una brutta figura casa terribile bagni 2 entrambi senza finestre e uno addirittura senza doccia eravamo in 6 !!!terribile tutto !!!!consiglierei alla proprietaria di rivedere tutta la casa e di capire cosa vuol dire accoglienza!!!!buona fortuna

• Mariona (9/5): Bon lloc per visitar Napols - Molt cèntric i espaios. Hi havia 2 lavabos el que era ideal per 5 que erems. Que el dia d’entrar a la casa ens envia l’anfitriona un missatge que si necessitem llençols i tovalloles que això serien 100€ més afegits al que ja haviem pagat. L’estora de la dutxa estava ben negra per sota

• Andrea (7/5): The location is amazing, apartment is very spacious but very outdated and needs better cleaning. - The place is very spacious and the location was just simply amazing. There was a lot of mildew in the shower. Both sheets and towels had lots of stains, the towels actually had holes on them. No hand soap in the bathrooms, which we believe is a must in any place. There were no instructions on how to use the appliances (3 different coffee makers), the power outlets were connected to a master switch, which, as much as we tried to figure it out, could not find or make work until the day we left.
