• Michela (8/5): Vacanza accogliente - Appartamento grande e ben curato servito di tutto il necessario, posizione comoda a tutti i servizi e mezzi di trasporto, zona ricca di locali , supermercati, shopping, garage e deposito bagagli in un contesto sicuro Bisognerebbe mettere i Topper sui materassi per le varie esigenze di durezza o morbidezza. Cuscini un po' rigidi.
• Zofia (10/5): zdecydowanie polecamy!!! - Przepiękne, stylowe, włoskie mieszkanie. Duża przestrzeń, wygodny balkon, na drugim balkonie typowa włoska pralnia z suszarką. Wjazd windą, która nie jest płatna - przy kluczach odpowiedni "klucz" do windy. Codziennie wita Nas uprzejmy portier - pozdrawiamy i mamy nadzieję, że czekolada Wedel smakowała:) Przy budynku dobrze zaopatrzony market, za rogiem stacja metra Toledo, w pobliżu przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Przystanek Alibusa (trasa lotnisko-miasto) także niedaleko. Blisko do neapolitańskich atrakcji. Dla większej liczby osób w kuchni jest mało miejsca na spożycie posiłków, ale do dyspozycji jest ogromny salon z dużym stołem, krzesłami i wygodną przestrzenią. Byliśmy tylko we dwoje - Nam kuchenny blat i hokery zupełnie wystarczyły. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielką. Czuliśmy się w tym apartamencie wspaniale! Dziękujemy :) Dla Polaków materac i poduszki do poprawy :)) ale to rzecz potrzeby indywidualnej... Doświadczyliśmy tego we wszystkich Naszych kolejnych apartamentach w regionie Kampania.
• ARISTEIDIS (10/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Διπλα ακριβώς στο ιστορικό κέντρο με πολλά μαγαζιά δίπλα για οτιδήποτε μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστεί..Έγινε Check in χωρίς τη παρουσία του ιδιοκτήτη με καλές οδηγίες χρήσης . Το διαμέρισμα αρκετά ευρύχωρο καθαρό και με πολλούς χώρους εκτός των δωματίων . Ευρύχωρο σαλόνι γενικά. Ησυχία γενικά το βράδυ παρόλο που είναι δίπλα στο κέντρο. Σε επόμενη επίσκεψη στην όμορφη Νάπολη θα είναι το πρώτο στις προτιμήσεις μου. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε τον οικοδεσπότη που απαντούσε σε whatsapp σχετικά γρήγορα σε οτιδήποτε μας απασχολούσε !! Περάσαμε υπέροχα !
• CHIHIRO (7/5): - Metroにも中心街にも近かった 規律がとても細かく、わかりにくい。 エレベーターに乗るのに毎回20セント必要というメッセージをもらいびっくりした。とても面倒なので専用キーが欲しいことを伝えたら、すぐにもらえたが、なぜ最初からついていないかが不思議だった。ベッドリネンが最小限で古め。ちょっと痒くなった。 アパートや別荘などを借り慣れている人にはいいかもしれないが、そうでない人には難しい。

• Frank (2/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat eine gute Lage. Leider war jeglicher Kontakt nur über WhatsApp und auch sehr fordernd und streng von der Dame. Alle Daten mussten im Vorfeld an eine völlig unbekannte Person, die noch nicht mal ihren Namen bekannt gegeben hat, übermittelt werden, unter anderem auch Fotos von beiden Seiten der Personalausweise. Ebenso musst du auch die Touristtax vorher überwiesen werden. Ich kenne es in Italien so, dass man es auf dem Tisch liegen lässt. Aber wir brauchten ja den Code, um ins Zimmer zu kommen…also haben wir alles brav im Vorfeld erledigt. Als wir dann alles erledigt hatten und vor Ort waren, hatten wir leider immer noch keinen TürCode, obwohl wir mehrfach vorher übermittelt hatten, wann wir da sind. Trotzdem hat sie es immer weiter hinausgezögert, uns den Code mitzuteilen, um in das Zimmer zu gelangen. Wir haben dann vor der Tür gewartet, um den Code zu bekommen. Ich habe versucht sie anzurufen, leider ist sie aber nicht rangegangen. Warum sie sich so verhalten hat, bleibt ihr Geheimnis. Bei der Abreise hat sie uns schon einen Tag vorher mitgeteilt, wie wir uns bei der Abreise verhalten sollen und dann am Abreisetag noch mal , obwohl ich darum bat, mir keine Befehle mehr per WhatsApp mitzuteilen. Der Kontakt mit der Dame war sehr unangenehm. Scheinbar hatten aber andere Gäste mehr Glück oder eine andere Kontaktperson. In der Wohnung oben drüber war es auch nachts sehr laut.

• Peggy (10/5): Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit in einer wuseligen Stadt. - Die typische Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und trotzdem war es wirklich zauberhaft. Es war alles sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation läuft ausschließlich über WhatsApp. Sie war sehr genau und Antworten auf Fragen kamen sofort. Aber es war an keiner Stelle ein persönlicher Kontakt. Das ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig.

• Helen (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment. Lots of space and great decor. Had everything we needed. Location was very central. Supermarket just over the road was really convenient. Only 1 shower, but we knew that when we booked, so just had to pre-agree shower times.
• Nicola (10/5): We had such a great couple of days in Naples and the apartment was perfect. - The apartment is a beautiful traditionally furnished apartment that really made us feel we were in Naples. It was really well located for the port and great local food.
• Sandra (8/5): Experience Napoli as the locals do - This feels like a traditional apartment in a local residential area. Close to the sites, but quiet at night. A unique place to stay. Kitchen is well equipped. Supermarket directly opposite. Some people might argue the decor needs updating and the neighbourhood comes to life quite early, so not a place to lie in! But to us this was part of the charm and why it was one of our favourite stays.

• Joanna (8/5): Very good - Lovely spacious apartment centrally located just a short walk from Toledo Metro station. It had everything which we needed and was tastefully decorated. The loud banging and drilling noises from the building work in the flats above and next to us from 8am - 5pm weekdays. This meant a sleep-in was impossible. I know the owner can’t do anything about this though and hopefully the work won’t take too long to complete. We would’ve liked two sets of keys so different members of our group could return to the flat at different times.

• Habiba (10/5): Exceptional - Good location. Metro station, port, restaurants is situated nearby. Staff was good. We got contact easily by WhatsApp. although having 3 air conditioning, the air circulation and room cooling wasn’t enough

The furniture is old and broken, the sofa is so old you can feel lumps, the mattresses are old and not comfortable, one of the bads makes noise every time you move. Even the chairs are not good. There was an unpleasant smell from the fridge, the shower had no water pressure at all. The tv is small and has only Italian cable, no Netflix and no streemer to connect your own accounts. There is a blue ray player (?) There is only one key. There was not enough toilet paper. During our stay there was construction in the apartment above. The landlord didn't let us know in advance (We might have been able to find different accomidations if we knew. it was impossible to be at the apartment during the mornings) also, the landlord didn't seem to care when we asked about it.

The local supermarket was very close by, as were restaurants.The owner and the person who met us were very pleasant and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the air-conditioning was excellent. I would definitely recommend the apartment Sometimes it was noisy in the night time. Teenagers gathered in the street outside the apartment Only a little criticism but there were no wine glasses.

• Juan (3/5): AC didn’t work - The property was super clean, tidy and so spacious! Old fashion but nice! Nice and responsive host. We had a terrible experience because Rome was almost at 40 degrees celsius and we booked this place for the AC and we found it “broken” just 1 of the 3 AC worked, so we moved all 7 people to one bedroom! Our host did show up and try her best, even she bought two extra fans to help the situation.
