• Erika (10/5): - Molto pulita e ordinata, in una zona strategica e vicina a tutto, non abbiamo mai dovuto prendere i mezzi! Fulvio molto disponibile e cordiale, per qualunque cosa ci ha sempre risposto subito ed è stato gentilissimo
• Sergio (7/5): Qualche dettaglio per salire di rango - Stanze pulite, armadio presente con grucce, aria condizionata, wi-fi efficiente, cortesia dell'host e prontezza nelle risposte. Posizione centrale. Letto comodo. Ingresso dello stabile fatiscente, la collega si è rovinata la valigia poco dopo l'ingresso dalla porta esterna (sempre aperta). Un solo mazzo di chiavi. Mancanza di un bollitore. E qualche tisana (non solo tè nero) ... piccoli dettagli (mi fermo qui) che non fanno dare il massimo punteggio. Ma sono sicuro che l'host (in gamba) porrà rimedio a questi piccoli dettagli.

Gli ambienti erano puliti, confortevoli e perfettamente rispondenti alle nostre aspettative. Un ringraziamento speciale va all’host, una persona di una disponibilità davvero eccellente: sempre gentile, pronta a rispondere a ogni nostra esigenza e a fornirci consigli utilissimi per vivere al meglio la città. L’ospitalità ricevuta ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole, facendoci sentire come a casa. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia visitare Napoli con serenità e comfort. • Pierre (8/5): Séjour très chouette dans le quartier espagnol, très vivant ! - L’appartement bénéficie de 2 grandes chambres avec salle de bain. Nous étions 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) et c’était parfait pour nous. Nous étions en plein cœur du quartier espagnol, très pittoresque, ce que nous souhaitions. Le plus gênant était le bruit de la rue. Beaucoup de passage de scooters, mais le quartier espagnol est comme ça.

• Martin (9/5): Perfect!! - The apartment is located right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, full of restaurants, little shops, minimarkets, greengrocers, bakeries, and fish and meat stores. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the metro, and about 10 minutes from a large supermarket, the port, or the airport bus stop. It has two spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. The flat was clean, situated on the first floor, with a keypad entry system. The owner was exceptionally attentive and kind, and communication with him was practically instant. He was very accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage until the evening even though the check-out was at 10 a.m. Unfortunately, I have to take off one star because, although the apartment is apparently meant to accommodate up to 8 people, the common area felt quite cramped for the four of us. We even had to move the folding table into the hallway so we could all sit around it. That wouldn’t have been such a big issue, but the real downside was the lack of kitchen equipment. Basic items like a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, or even a simple cutting board were missing — and what surprised me most in Naples, there were no wine glasses. So, the apartment isn’t really suited for serious cooking — more for quickly scrambling some eggs in the morning, or even better, going out for breakfast. Personally, that didn’t bother me, but we were traveling with friends who enjoy preparing more elaborate breakfasts at home. For someone who plans to spend most of the day out and about, though, it’s not a major flaw.

• Deyanira (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole a due passi da Toledo. - Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per 3 giorni e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La posizione, vicinissima a via Toledo, è comodissima per visitare la città: tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Il bagno è davvero bellissimo, moderno e con luci LED che lo rendono molto curato e piacevole. Il servizio è stato eccellente: Il proprietario ci ha scritto ogni giorno per sapere se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa, sempre presente e gentile. Anche se il segnale del telefono era scarso, il B&B è fornito di internet, quindi comunque si può navigare tranquillamente. La pecca è stata sicuramente il rumore esterno: il punto è ottimo , ma comunque è molto rumoroso, quindi si sentivano persone che gridavano e urlavano, soprattutto la sera. Inoltre, il segnale del telefono era debole nella zona.

The height of the ceilings is 100 meters (just a joke, but they are extremely high) The location even thought it is in the center of the city, it is in really strange area, I was afraid of walking there! Never some on a big car, the streets there are 10 cm( just a joke) but I swear it is extremely small Also, it is kind of loud on the street, so we were able to fall asleep only at 12, even thought that we had a flight at 4 am

Huge rooms, extremely spacious and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, central location and easily accessible by public transportation, the host was kind and welcoming, a bathroom and shower in each room. Wish we could have stayed longer :)
• Javier (10/5): Magic in the night, terror for the cars ;-) - The location is very nice, right in the middle of the bar/restaurants region, so you will be at walking distance to many different options. Napoli streets are quite caotic but that is just part of the Napoli experience :-) be ready. The apartment has a very nice decoration, unique style and quite comfortable. Super recommended. Do not try to reach the place by car, maybe give it a shot if you are driving a very small car, but I would not recommend it. Definitely park outside the region and walk, there are a lot of options to park (not cheap but that's Napoli). Reaching the place with a car can be very challenging and stressful.
