• Ewa (4/5): - Duża powierzchnia apartamentu i super kontakt z właścicielem, który był chętny i pomocny. Zgodził się też na wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, na końcu uliczki, więc cicho i spokojnie, na czym nam zależało, ale stosunkowo blisko do licznych atrakcji i vaporetto. Mieszkanie wymaga generalnego remontu i ogólnie nie bylo czysto. Talerze aż się lepiły, łazienka też słabo posprzątana.

L'appartamento mi è stato dato alle 16 con laccordo del proprietario che il check in alle 12-13.ancora con la signora delle pulizie ( bravissima persona) ancora non tutto pulito.Appartamento terrificante, sporchiamo tutto rotto senza spazzare,polvere ovunque finestre che non si chiudono , porta d'ingresso rotta si apre senza chiave. Prese con fili fuori.Puzza che non si riusciva a dormire siamo stati costretti a dormire con le finestre aperte.I miei bambini tertorizzati .In cucina 1 bicchiere lavatrice con panni sporchi dentro.posate arrugginite mobili che non si potevano aprire altrimenti cadevano. Ho contattato 5 strutture ma non siamo riusciti a trovare niente e siamo stati costretti a rimanere in quel orribile e terrificante appartamento. Contatterò booking perché un appuntamento così non può stare in affitto è da denuncia
• Kakya (1/5): Sehr schlecht - Gar nichts! Das Wohnung war SEHR SEHR schmutzig. Absolut nicht bewohnbar. Die Küche war nicht aufgeräumt und es hat gestunken. Die Schlafzimmer waren nicht besser, denn wir müssten MITTEN IM NACHT aufstehen, weil es so gejuckt hat im Bett zu schlafen. Wir müssten unsere eigenen Klamotten anstatt die Bettwäsche auf der Bett legen, weil die Bettwäsche nicht mal gewaschen wurden ( es gab BLUTSPUREN auf ihre Bettwäsche und sogar am WAND). Die Toilette funktionierte ordentlich. Sie stinken wie nach Scheiße und es ist nicht zu ertragen. Und ich glaub die Heizung war nur für Dekoration dort, da es überhaupt NICHT funktioniert. Also Zusammen gefasst, war nichts daran gut.

• Angela (1/5): Horroroso - Nada Todo. Desde que entras el olor a humedad es insoportable. La limpieza de este lugar habla por sí sola (no se ha limpiado en meses). El primer baño huele a meados si dejas la tapa levantada. La primera habitación de la izquierda no funciona la luz. El segundo baño huele a putrefacción. Hay pelusas que poco más y tienen vida propia, cristales rotos detrás de la cama, almohadas con manchas de sangre y olor desagradable. El lavavajillas roto, enchufes descolgados de la pared… Experiencia horrible y solo con ganas de que booking tome medidas y cierre ese apartamento

• Polo (1/5): No lo alquilen!!!!!! - Nada, para entrar la puerta no abría, la persona me respondió el teléfono de muy mala gana, cuando logramos entrar era suciedad por todos lados, las sábanas estaban usadas, olían y tenían pelos! Las ollas estaban usadas, el baño tenía moho y estaba sucio. Al llamarlo al propietario me dijo que la mujer que limpia estuvo 3 hs limpiando en teoria y me corto la llamada... las fotos hablan por si solas Reclame a booking, sobretodo porque estaba con chicos, si bien la chica de atención al cliente fue super amable, booking se puso de parte del propietario y solo me dio 30€en crédito. Me parece una falta de respeto al cliente y a quienes puedan volver a alquilar creyendo que el lugar es clmo las fotos de la publicación

• Jan (3/5): - Dobrá lokalita v centru Benátek, Nízká cena. V ubytování toho nebylo moc ,co by se nám líbilo.Kdo chce zažít bydlení v levném Benátském domě ,může být spokojený. Vybavení kuchyně bylo nedostatečné. Příbory v příborníku byly špinavé. Při zapnutí konvice ,vylpnuly pojistky,museli jsme najít zásuvku kde bude fungovat.Příšerný smrad z jednoho záchodu.Radši jsme ho nepoužívali a nechali zavřený.
• Marta (1/5): CONDICIONES INSALUBRES - La ubicación. Nefasta limpieza. Estaba TODO sucio, las sábanas, las colchas y las toallas…. tenían manchas, estaban arrugadas y húmedas. Como si eso no fuera suficiente, había un olor asqueroso a tuberías de uno de los baños que se extendía a las habitaciones. La cocina también tenía un dolor muy desagradable. Aparecían telas de arañas por todas partes, bichos tanto muertos como vivos por suelo, techo y paredes… en definitiva: CONDICIONES INSALUBRES. Claramente este alojamiento debería estar prohibido… La peor experiencia y el peor alojamiento en el que he estado en mi vida.

Relatively close to Ospendale dock (close to Murano & Airport). Spacey. Pittoresque neighborhood. 12 minutes walk from St Marco. Equipped kitchen. Fair price. Very cooperative owner. The bathroom is decent. Beds are comfortable. Very dirty under the beds, at the kitchen furniture, around the rest of the furniture with a dozen spider webs at least. Window & door frames and locks broken, furniture falling apart, plumbing almost blocked, rather smelly. Many staircases and very low ceilings.

The house is also equipped with washing and dryer and other various facilities The smell of this property is horrid. It lacks proper cleaning, and makes it difficult to enjoy your stay. The bedding smells like it hasn’t been washed in weeks and the bathroom connected to the main bedroom had such a putrid smell that it made it completely un-useable. Electricity often went out too, have to keep switching it back on from the main powerboards. Property has much potential to be good, if only it was cleaned and looked after properly

He utilizado Booking mas de 100 veces y sin duda q este es el peor establecimiento en el q he estado.Lleno de mierda por todas las partes y olor soporifero. The front door could use proper closing instead of a chain that wraps around the door knob and with a manual lock. pungent odour in prime bedroom coming from washroom...also kitchen area had foul odour not mention the flood that occurred during a torrential rain fall. furniture in living room area looked a little tired. wifi password was a puzzle to read. Lastly the remotes for the TV needed batteries, nowhere to be found. ....

La verdad que muy triste experiencia. Llegar fue fácil. Al entrar aún estaba la señora que hacía el aseo. No estaba listo. Pero que es lo de menos. Porque yo dejaba las maletas y me iba feliz- pasear. “Era lo que yo pensaba”. Resulta que cuando preguntó cómo cerrar la puerta había que dar y tirón. Hice una prueba porque tuve miedo de no poder entrar en la noche. Ya que la puerta tropieza con el piso. Pues se ha quedado mi hija de 14 y la señora de la limpieza encerradas. Porque se dañó la cerradura. De intentar e intentar logré abrir. Y saqué a mi hija. Se quedó la señora de la limpieza. Esperando un obrero que acomodaría. Pero no fue así. Me dejaron la puerta entre abierta con mis pertenencias dentro. A merced del mundo. Me arruinó este señor mis vacaciones. En la noche tampoco podríamos cerrar la puerta, ya adentro para dormir. Solo colocábamos la cadena que muy bien podían abrir. Al siguiente día dejamos otra vez la puerta abierta. A ver teníamos que aprovechar el tiempo. Solo confiando en Dios. Que no nos defraudó. Luego en la tarde fue el obrero con la señora de limpieza. Quien según no consiguió una cerradura para colocar por lo que colocaron una penosa cadena. Que decía a cualquier persona. Soy una puerta vulnerable. Puedes pasar. Así fue mi mala experiencia. Este señor me descontó 50€ pero que debió devolver el dinero en totalidad y darnos otro alojamiento. Pedía un dinero en efectivo, el cual no le dejamos. Era el colmo darle más dinero: mucho cuidado. Si no quieres vivir una mala experiencia. No alquiles aquí. El señor fue amable. Pero no fue suficiente. Esto sin mencionar la cocina. La cual olía muy mal. No tocamos ni un plato. De verdad que muy negativo pero lo más impactante fue tener que salir dejando la puerta abierta.

Ми не готували нічого, але якщо плануєте готувати - краще пошукати інше житло.
• parini (4/5): - Lunica cosa positiva e' la posizione eccezionale in Venezia . Casa in stato di decomposizione e vecchia, la porta non si chiudeva con la chiave, ma tutto in generale era vetusto e rotto ( vetri rotti finestre rotte etc..). Mi spiace ma e' stato cosi.
• Barbora (2/5): Dobrá komunikace s personálem, hovor ve 22 hod neměl problém zvednout a poradit. - Dobrá lokalita, obchod poblíž, poblíž také zastávka vodní dopravy, blízko centrum a památky. Neoznačené dveře, takže jsme chodili a bloudili. Dveře byly v hrozném stavu, nešly otevírat, byly vylomené ze spodního pantu a tím se celé otevírání a zavírání komplikovalo. Navíc jsme dostali špatný PIN od klíčů v boxu a nešlo se tudíž jak dostat pro klíče ke vstupu. V pokojích špína - nános prachu na hodně viditelných místech, rozbité staré skříně, nefunkční myčka, po deštích vytopená kuchyň - tomu by šlo rozumět, ale mohlo být nějaké upozornění. Když jsme chtěli otevřít okno, klika nám zůstala v rukách.

• Jason (5/5): Slightly ran down authentic venitian home - Good location close to a shop and local restaurant also only a short walk to the main attractions. Marizio helpful when asked upon struggled with working the front door at first and called and he was willing to come straight down to open it for us. I figured out I was turning left but you just need to turn right and pull it to yourself slightly. It is a long walk from the train station especially with luggage, however you are able to get the water bus to Ospedale or Celestia stop to make this a lot easier. The on suite bathroom did have many ants in it which made it off limits for us. We didn’t really use the facilities in terms of cooking but the kitchen did have a bit of a smell but wasn’t as strong as made out on here but not sure if this is stronger during the warmer months. Some parts of the cleaning were neglected by the cleaner and the house was abit ran down, but all in all the main living spaces were mostly clean and the house was more than adequate to live in for a few days. Despite the slightly ran down nature i feel this give us a authentic feel to living in a Venitian home.

It wasn't clean, it smelled weird and some of the closet doors were missing.
• Mihaana (4/5): This property was far from the standard expected and advertised - The only positive was that the house was warm. I had an extremely disappointing stay at this property. The house was filthy, with dust everywhere, dirty floors, and bed sheets that were clearly unwashed. The toilets hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest, which was absolutely unacceptable, smelly ensuite. Maintenance was another major issue – the wardrobe doors were either broken or missing,, broken windows and unsafe sockets The kitchen didn’t match the pictures provided, and to make matters worse, several appliances didn’t work.
• Anonymous (1/5): Terrible stay - The location The house was really very dirty, the linen had seen better days years ago, the towels and bedding were very stained, the kitchen had bad smells coming from everywhere. The cabinets were full of junk, could not think of using any of the kitchen including the crockery and all looked terrible. The wardrobe in one of the rooms had doors missing and looked as if it could collapse any minute. None of the doors closed properly. The wifi password was handwritten and illegible but luckily there was a printed sticker at the bottom of the router. A proper disaster of a crumbling uncleaned and uncared for house, but so very cheap hence the catch, you get what you pay for. Never again from me and my party. We only slept and showered as the damp smell was pervasive.

Bed sheets and blanket smelt very bad. No air conditioning, not enough fans for each room. The damp gave the rooms a very bad smell. There were centipedes and slugs in various rooms. Absolutely cannot recommend to anyone
• Anita (7/5): Good - The host was very nice and very helpful. There is a washing machine and a dryer for clothes in the apartment which is very convenient if you get caught in the rain. The apartment is very spaceous and in a quiet neighbourhood. There are 2 bathrooms which is a bonus. The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. You get enough toalete paper for the whole stay. The shower is very spaceous. The grocery store is 50 m away from the house. The wi-fi and Amazon pride on TV are included. Self check-in and check-out is possible. You get 2 keys which is convenient. The apartment is moldy and you can smell the dampness. The plaster falls off the wals. It needs to be renovated and refreshed. Especially the kitchen and the floor in the bedrooms. It has a big potential if the owner decides to renovate. The wi-fi and mobile network does not work well in the basement where the kitchen is situated. The dishwasher is broken and the fridge was full of ice in the upper apartment. The ceiling is very low in the bathroom, so if you are very tall, you will bump your head or arms if you stretch them while changing clothes. All the windows can not be fully opened. There is very little number of cooking pots and all are scratched and the kitchen has very little of cooking utilities, only 1 big knife that doesn't cut, there is no cutting board, no wooden spoon for mixing,..... The cutlery is old, with outdated plastic handles that don't look clean. The tablecloth was very dirty and the towels were still wet and smelly like they were not washed, so we rewashed them before using. The owner needs to get a new cleaning lady, because the one he has now, does not do her work properly. The kitchen and it's cabinets were not clean. It's quite a labyrinth walk from public transport to the apartment which could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage. .
• Meri (1/5): schrecklich, horrible, my children couldn't sleep, I changed my booking in the night - nichts! nothing!!! we checked out one day early I had to contact booking.com and find anther place to stay... Everything was terrible. The pictures in the booking do not show the apartment accurately. All the wardrobes have broken doors. The kitchen, which is in the basement, was dirty, and everything seemed very unclean, so much so that my children couldn't eat there. There was a leaking point from the ceiling of the kitchen, and they put a plate to catch the water. The host was responsive but rude and unhelpful. He even told me that he doesn't care about bad reviews as he is booked for the next several months. I had to change my place in the middle of the night, and we checked out early. The toilet was also dirty. I am attaching photos. There were spider webs all over the sleeping rooms, and the windows were so dirty that no words can describe them. The bedclothes smelled and were not fresh. I even witnessed the lady who was cleaning, as we wanted to take the keys, spraying something on the pillows and trying to explain that it was for disinfection. For a person with allergies, this might be very dangerous.

This rental is definitely not for the summer time unless the owners upgrade to add air conditioner. The musty smell in the kitchen area which travels around the house and I think the apartment can be cleaner.

• Ispánki (10/5): Exceptional - Given the prices of other places in Venice it was perfect. Everything was withing a 10-15 min walk. The place is old, but given the price and Venice itself we didn't expect anything else. It is perfect for a bigger family that wants to stay in Venice on a budget.
• Edyta (5/5): Authentic apartment for a short visit - The apartment is spacious and divided into three levels: one with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Few steps down are leading into the living area, and the kitchen is located at the third level - at the bottom of property. You can access a small patio from the kitchen and there is also a tiny balcony at bedroom level. Great area in proximity of San Marco, but you will be able to witness local life of the neighborhood. There are two grocery shops nearby, café-bar, and a great bakery. The bed was very comfy, sheets were clean, so were towels. There were also mosquito repellents. The cleanliness - it looks like only the areas that are being used by visitors are being cleaned. The property needs proper deep clean, and kitchen really should be focused on.

However, the apartment was not cleaned. Dirty bathroom and floors in the whole apartment. Dust everywhere, broken sockets. It should be noted that one bathroom cannot be used, it smells awful.

• Cheyenne (5/5): Passable - Sheets, towels and bathrooms were mostly clean. In a great quiet location. Checking in was very easy. cheap! This apartment had a very concerning odor coming from the basement it was a wet moldy smell that permeated the rest of the apartment. The refrigerator was dirty and had mold in it, the shower curtain in the large bathroom was covered in mold, and the small bathroom off the main bedroom also had a terrible mold smell. If you have asthma or mold allergy DO NOT GO HERE! I have a little asthma and by the third day I developed and cough and a terrible sore throat that went away like 5-7 hours after leaving the apartment.

• Amanda (7/5): You get what you pay for. - It was in a very good location and mainly quiet. There was plenty of space, and you couldn’t fault the price. A great bar around the corner which did a good breakfast and the spritz was only €3.50 It seemed like the floors had been cleaned, but the surfaces were dusty. we didn’t feel that we could sit on the sofa and the wardrobe in the main bedroom was falling apart as was other furniture. The sheets though washed were more grey than white and very creased. Due to earlier reviews we took our own pillowcases, and we’re glad we did. The Wi-Fi only worked well in the living room.

• Yda (10/5): Good value for money and great location! - The appartment was on a very central location for visiting the Venice Art Biennale, and very quiet. All was nice and proper even though it looked a bit outdated but the beds were very comfortable, good shower, two bathrooms is a luxury. There was even a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen, so very good value for your money and the neighbourhood is very nice and lot's of osteria's, bars, bakery and supermarket nearby. Would recommend it very much if you are looking for a nice and simple and affordable stay in Venice for the Biennale Nothing!

• Babiker (8/5): Very good - Netflix Privacy for having own door No doors for cupboard Difficult to locate the house so we have to go back to the car until the host responded to us in the morning. The journey was more than half an hour to the car using WATERBUS.
