Era tutto come descritto.

- Bigman (9/5): Superb - location just round the corner of the main road (via Garibaldi) losts of mosquitos :-(
- Maja (9/5): Superb -
- Stephanie (8/5): A well located and presented small stay in Giardini. - Great location - well presented and helpful host. It was very small despite 4 rooms and quite dark being in a narrow Calle.
- Miriam (10/5): A fabulous location in a compact and well equipped beautiful apartment. - Location was perfect
- Brian (9/5): Overall a superbly located & equipped self catering apartment, ideally for a couple plus one. - Excellent location for Giardini & Garibaldi areas, easy to find. Fridge had milk, also beverage bags. Needs met swiftly by owner. Milk was off, no coffee ( just premix sweet coffee/powder mix no tea bags just fruit tea bags. Sofa-bed next to bathroom uncomfortable - needs an extra mattress if used. Needed extra blankets. Only one door key, key safe code not offered.
- Bryan (9/5): Great for price, cute & homey - I liked the decorations of the home, I like the pricing and ability to fit three people. I like that there is a kitchen and dining table to sit with friends. The sofa pull-out beds weren't the best for sleeping, but the actual bed was fine. The shower didn't contain the water well, so the floor would get wet.
- Dhorjela (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean, cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. The hostes was amazing. She made our travel easier with her suggestions, and she came and gave us the key in five minutes even we arrived before the scheduled time. The sofa bed wasnt very comfortable but anyways we enjoyed the time spent in the apartment.
- Susan (8/5): Close to all amenities. shops restaurants. Quiet area - Location was fine. No breakfast supplied as self contained
- Natalia (9/5): Superb - Convenient location in a quiet area, very clean and well equipped. Very little space in bathroom
- Lloyd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lena (10/5): Perfect apartment in Venice - The host is so nice and friendly. The apartment is so lovely and beautifully decorated!
- Anonymous (6/5): Clean, nice streets for food close by but not the best value for money as it wasn’t super comfortable - Location No aircon, fans make a really loud noise and cannot sleep without the fans or windows open. Struggled to sleep due to the fan noise, without the fan on it was too hot
People and animals making noise all night and early morning
Single bed was so uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep on it I
- Sharyn (8/5): Really enjoyable - Was lovely and well equipped Nothing
- Lok (4/5): Disappointing - The facilities were complete, with all the cooking utensil and plates. Generally very good location in Venice. The price is also rather fair, given that there were 3 beds and a balcony. Despite all the goods this hostel has, our experience is ruined by the mites in 2 out of 3 of the beds… We tried to contact the host to change the bed sheet, yet did not get a response. Moreover, there was an ant infestation during our stay, and foods kept on the table we’re ruined.
- Fabian (9/5): Superb - the friendly owner, the ability to adapt to our wishes there were ants in the Kitchen non stop, plus the apartment was very humid, no air condition
- Lusine (7/5): Very good apartment, but negative check in experience - The house is located in quite neighbourhood. There are supermarket and good takeout pizza near.
The apartment itself was very clean and the wifi was excellent 👌
There was small sweets for us.
Ideal if you need two separate bedrooms. But not that you can enter the bathroom only from the second bedroom. Receiving the long message with 21 rules instead of warm welcome was frustrating. It is not Airbnb with bizarre hosts and rules.
Check in was complicated- confirm at least 2 days in advance about arrival (not that the full price was paid in advance), inform about exact time that you will arrive, call (no sms no email) before coming to house. I mean, Im millennial, I hate calling people. So while the house was perfect, I would not stay there second time, considering all these hustles.
- Di (10/5): Exceptional - The place is not big but very nice. The little patio is great for morning coffee. The location is very good. The hostess had left coffee, milk, croissants, water.
I highly recommend and would happily come back again.
- Michelle (9/5): Superb -
- Nandi (10/5): Absolutely perfect!! - Everything was just perfect! Haydee (the owner) was incredibly nice and helpful, the house was super clean and cozy in a nice location just far enough away from everything to be very calm but still close enough to be at the Piazza San Marco in 20mins! And a few grocery shops were within 5mins of walking! Absolutely amazing! Some food and drinks were also provided, which we did not expect at all. All in all, an amazing property and we will definitely be back soon!!
- Chiara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adrian (8/5): Very good -
- Manuel (8/5): Very good -
- Liam (9/5): Really nice place to stay in a peaceful corner of Venice - This was a really nice little holiday home in a quiet and peaceful part of Venice where there are still people living, away from the chaos of the centre. Haydee was an amazing host and it was a great place to stay. Great restaurants on the nearby Via Garibaldi. The windows need to be able to close because this gave us some concern about our safety, however Haydee told us they will be repairing that in September. The sofa bed in the living room was really uncomfortable and does need to be replaced. However the main bed and the second bed that was before the bathroom were both very comfortable!
