- Abdulaziz (10/5): كل شي كان رائع - سكنت بالفيلا الكبيرة ، 3 غرف نوم الصراحة التقييم السلبي في التعليقات كان موترني شوي ! بس انصدمت من الواقع واشوف انهم ظلمو المكان!! كل شي كان رائع السكن نظيف و مريح اغراض الطبخ متوفرة ، والشطاف كذلك، حتى الاستقبال رائع ولطيفين ، احتجت كم شغله شخصية و ماقصرو. ملاحظة: لايوجد تكييف (المنطقة باردة اصلا) اذا فيه ملاحظة راح تكون على مفرش السرير صغير شوي ، وشكرا.

- Ameen (6/5): The house is not suitable for a family. - The combination of other families together The house services was out of standards, windows aren’t closing, floor very dirty, furniture very old, mattress was broken, water leaking in bathroom, no net for windows, kids yard is not safe and not suitable, stray dogs around the house.

- Deef (8/5): الإقامه في أحضان الطبيعه - الموقع والطبيعة المحيطه المشابهه لطبيعة سويسرا أو النمسا برودة الجو مقارنة بمدن البوسنة الآخرى وجود العاب للاطفال وتأجير دبابات واحصنه دخول الكلاب للمجمع نظراً لعدم وجود سور أوبوابة أمنيه ونباحها خلال الليل بجوار الفلل بشكل مرعب مما يتسبب في إخافة الأطفال والعوائل ارتفاع سعر خدمة غسيل وكي الملابس

- الحصيني (10/5): اقمنا في ڤيلا رائعة تكفي 8 اشخاص - فيلا رائعة جدا بحديقة جميلة وموقف سيارة خاص يوجد مرافق شواء ومحطة قريبة فيها بقالة يوجد شطافات ماء في دورات المياه مطبخ متكامل المالك كويتي الاستاذ حامد الشمري وكل الشكر له وعلى تعاونه معنا بخصوص مطل الفيلا كنت أريد إطلالة على الجبل ولكن اظن ان جميع من يحجز عن طريق البوكينج تكون لهم فلل غير مطلة وذلك لعدم توفر خاصية اختيار مطل الفيلا لم نستخدم غلاية الماء كانت متسخة جدا من الداخل وفي الواقع لم نتواصل معهم ولم نطلب منهم تغييرها غلينا الماء على الموقد

- mohammed (7/5): فقط للي بيستحمل من اجل المنظر والجو البارد يسكن فيه - الموقع والاطلالة والطقس فقط الفيلا سيئه جداً من نواحي عده لا يوجد خصوصية بينك وبين الفلل الي جنبك اصوات جيرانك ينسمع وعدم النظافة غبار في الاغطية والاثاث مستهلك جداُ والمطبخ مستهلك ولا يوجد ادوات كثيرة للطبخ وايضاً المطعم الذي بجانب المنتجع موظفينه اخلاقهم جدا سيئه واستغلالين للسايح الخليجي لذلك انصحكم بالابتعاد عنه والذهاب للاكل في المطاعم التي فوق اعلى الجبل وايضاً التبضع افضل الذهاب لسوبر ماركت الي فوق الجبل افضل والاسعار مذكوره
