Tony (3/5): Dirty, untidy, TV not working, no wifi, front door lock not latching. Fridge, kitchen drawers and utensils were filthy. - The layout of the property was good The property was dirty and a lot of clutter, clothes and mess was left in drawers and wardrobes. We asked the property manager to arrange a cleaner and we need to assist in cleaning the property for 4 hours on arrival. The most unwelcoming experience I have ever encountered

There was no information easily available regarding Wifi connection/accessibility. Check in instructions were not specific enough regarding location of key.
