Guest Reviews
- Sallyanne (8/5): A rustic place to stay in a great rural location - Beautiful location. We loved having sheep and lambs visit. It was fun living tiny for a couple of nights. Power to the fridge was lost when the solar battery ran out.

- Hill (10/5): Lovely and relaxing to get away, sit in peace and quiet and enjoy the outdoor fireplace - The serene nature of the property is exceptional. Mark and Wendy are wonderful hosts, very attentive when needed, and not intrusive at all. It was a very cold in the house in the mornings if the diesel heater wasn't used. But all in all, nothing really negative at all.
- Bianca (9/5): Superb - Beautiful tiny home situated by a small water course and away from the main residence. Comfortable bed and the place heated up really quickly with the fire place. Hosts were quick to respond and accommodating.
- Glenn (5/5): Passable - The location was beautiful and set well away from anybody or anything!
The actual tiny house was interesting and relatively comfortable. The whole feeling is that of being a little tired and run down. We had communicated that we would like to check -in and find the place before we were actually staying for the night (Festival in Bendigo) and luckily we did as you would never find this is the dark!
It is advertised a little like a farm stay but not sure I would want to hang around and feed any of the animals. the meetup spot at the house looks a little like a bad movie set! Not exactly a warm welcome when we arrived and had to wait while the hosts checked the house??
While im sure its needed, there is a lot of 'stuff' lying around outside the house (generators, and other equipment) but the overall effect was tired messiness. The inside of the tiny house is compact but comfortable but the fittings looked like the extras from mum's crockery and cutlery sets and grandmas leftovers (not sure anything matched and stuff was just left in weird spots)!
The little stick stove took a little to get going but eventually did its job but would not last all night!
Overall, interesting but would do something else in the future
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olivier (7/5): Nice, clean and relaxing. Good for a night or two. - Very relaxing stay as the Tiny House is in a field near and a kilometer from the farm.
The place is simple, clean and comfortable. Good you can cook a little and they have a fridge.
Please note there is no AC so I would not recommend staying on hot days (<30 degrees C)
I'd love to stay in winter and use the wood burner. Would be good to see this place when the grass is greener.
It is very close to Axedale where you can get good food at the local pub. The outdoor Furnitures (tables and chairs) are a bit worn down and could be upgraded to be more comfortable.
- Cheri (9/5): Beautiful cosy place to spend with my partner for a night away. - Loved its location away from everywhere -
