• Ana (9/5): Tudo ótimo, com momentos inesquecíveis na casa - Quartos ótimos, equipe educada e prestativa, paisagismo lindo, tudo muito bem cuidado. Ponto alto foi também a piscina aquecida e a receptividade quanto aos pets. No momento da reserva constava a informação de que havia duas suítes. Todavia, uma delas é destinada para a equipe quando não há ocupação máxima pelos hóspedes, de modo que não foi possível utilizá-la. Nada que impactou negativamente na estadia, mas poderia estar mais bem explicado.
• Consuelo (10/5): Excelente experiencia, atención y comodidad para disfrutar en familia - Nos gustó mucho que la casa fuera amplia y cómoda para un grupo grande. El patio fue uno de los puntos fuertes, especialmente la piscina y el quincho, que tenían mucha sombra y nos permitieron pasar la mayor parte del tiempo allí Como aspecto a mejorar, si bien el costo total de los consumos estuvo dentro de lo presupuestado, no tuvimos mucha visibilidad ni control durante la estadía sobre lo que se iba gastando. Como sugerencia constructiva, sería útil llevar un cuaderno o registro con los recibos y gastos para que los huéspedes tengan mayor claridad.

• MARCELO (10/5): Excelente todo y Eraldo un 10 - La casa es hermosa, funcional y amplia. Lo mejor sun embargo es el servicio del desayino y la posibilidad de contar con un chef que te resuelve las necesidades de la familia para la cena. En nuestro caso huzo 2 tipos de comida por noche, un tipo para los grandes y uno para los niños. Todo al mismo tiempo y todo rico. La comodidad y calidad de este servicio es invalorable. Nada. Solo no vi bien el maill donde me aclaraban la forma de pago y llevé dólares que parece que en Brasil valen menos que en el resto del mundo. Y no hablo de cara chica. Los cara grande también valen menos que los nuevos con franja azul. En las cadas de cambio de Buzios parece que hay 3 valores según sean los tipos de billetes.
• HICHAM (10/5): Buzios House ou Buzios Eden ?? :) - Tout, tout était nickel. La maison est parfaite, chaleureuse, confortable, spacieuse, calme, très bien équipée, très bien située. Luis Felipe, Eraldo et toute l’équipe ont été aux petits soins. Attention, si vous décidez comme nous de dîner sur place en demandant à Eraldo tout ce que vous voulez, vous n’irez plus au restaurant après. Nous avons profité tous les soirs demandant très bons repas faits maison et à la maison. Deux dames sont là tous les jours pour s’occuper de la propreté et du confort. Après quelques jours très intenses à Rio, ce lieu est une magnifique retraite en famille ou entre amis. Ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps 😂😂😂

The chef and the property owner knows how to make you feel really like it’s your home , from communication to any kind of extra that you would need . nothing to complain
