Sandra (3/5): Foi decepcionante, as regras não funcionam - A casa é boa, equipada com o necessário. A regra de som alto não funcionou, tem placa para todos os lados, mas não foi respeitada e quando reclamamos nada mudou, o som alto começava as 9 hrs da manhã e passava das 22hrs.

My syster wasn't felling well and Jessica kindly offered to take her to the Halth Centre. My family and I had a wonderful time in Casas Capulana, we really recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Vivien (8/5): Schöne, preiswerte Unterkunft - Die Anlage und die Zimmwr sind wirklich sehr schön und die Lage der Pousada zentral, so dass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Der Pool war sauber und wir haben ihn daher gerne genutzt. Die Managerin meldete sich immer zügig per WhatsApp zurück, sofern ich Fragen oder Wünsche hatte. Leider wurde nach 3 Nächten keine unaufgeforderte Reinigung der Zimmer vorgenommen. Dies wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Ich vermute, dass sich dies mit einer Nachricht an die Managerin schnell hätte klären lassen - hier haben wir aber versäumt nachzufragen. Dennoch hätte ich eine unaufgeforderte Reinigung (zumindest der Badezimmer + Mülleimer) nach 3 Tagen erwartet.

La casa q me tocó muy linda..muy completa. Estuvimos solo 2 noches. Creo q es ideal para una flia q quiera pasar una semana en icaraizinho. Parrilla , galería , lavadero ,tendal , lavarropas.estacionamiento. Todo. No hay quejas.

Poderia também ter tapete de borracha nos banheiros para evitar possíveis escorregões.

Tudo limpo e cheiroso, fomos muito bem recebidos, nos deram todas as explicações necessárias. Ambiente familiar, funcionários muito bem educados e cordiais. Na primeoira noite o ar condicionado de um quarto não funcionou mas foi prontamente resolvido na manhã seguinte.

Souza (10/5): Estadia excelente, que deixou um gostinho de “quero mais”. - Acomodação excelente. Casa com um ótimo espaço, quartos e banheiros grandes, uma sala de estar com um sofá cama bastante confortável. A limpeza, impecável. Casa com muitos utensílios, você realmente não precisa se preocupar com nada, desde o kit de churrasco, ao jogo de panelas. Tudo na casa muito bem conservado. Cada casa com a sua churrasqueira própria é um diferencial, sem dúvidas. Outro ponto positivo é que conseguem controlar a altura das caixas de som, ou seja, você pode curtir um som, mas que não atrapalhe o sossego dos demais hóspedes das outras casas, pra quem vai pra descansar isso é ótimo. Área externa com uma piscina grande e água quentinha, muito boa. A quadra de área, uma ótima opção para as crianças. E outro fator que destaco nessa acomodação é a localização privilegiada, ficando muito próximo à praia e ao centrinho de Icaraizinho, permitindo o deslocamento a pé, que foi o nosso caso. A casa possui ainda vigilante durante toda a noite, oferecendo uma segurança maior as hóspedes. Estou me esforçando pra pensar em algo, mas não consigo apontar algo que não tenha gostado. Realmente foi tudo perfeito. Talvez no futuro ter disponível uma opção com café da manhã inclusivo, seja um diferencial ainda maior.

Since they are big houses, at night there’s a lot of noise coming from the other groups. There’s a sign asking for silence but not very respected
Pierre (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and the freedom of your own home. We cooked both nights as its such a lovely place to sit while cooking on the grill with a foldaway window to the kitchen. The watercooler with free water is really appreciated, as is the charcoal for the grill and the fruits the staff left at our gate. Our daughter loved the pool. Had a fantastic time here. Nothing. It was exactly what we wanted.

Mario (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. The staff, the location, the tranquility of the place. Everything was excellent. Between the tiles you can see the black mud that has formed in the pool. You can feel it when your foot touches it. Both, on the bottom and on the sides there is mud between the tiles which makes the pool not as pretty as it could be. It is also quite interesting for safety reasons that an electrician check one of the underwater lights in the pool because it is loose with exposed electrical wires.
