• MARTA MARIA (9/5): - O apartamento é ótimo, espaçoso e confortável. O banho era frio, não conseguimos ligar o boile. A localização não é boa, ficamos isolados, foi difícil encontrar o condomínio, contamos com a boa vontade do motorista do uber.

• Elar (9/5): Perfect pool areas to cool down with hot Cancun weather. Even it is located in downtown, you can easily access to everyw - Property pool area is nice and offers various pools for adults and children. The common area is maintained daily and the area is always immaculately clean. Apartment itself is through three floors and has lot of space. Internet is fast and you can work remotely without problems. Security gate personal is friendly and helpful, I don’t know what have been issues with previous tenants in here. Apartment location is away from Hotel Zone but you can easily order cheap Uber ride. Also Uber Eats works in here. Walmart is 1km away. Nearest bus stop, where you can go directly to Hotel Zone, is 1,5km away (line R-2, 0,60 USD). So, you really don’t have to rent a car. Apartment shows signs of deformation. It needs some basic update renovation. It is not a new house and I had some issues with hot water etc. But management agency sorted it out always.
• Marine (1/5): It was hell - Because they did many bad things they allow us to leave at 13:00 Fungus on wall/ in the shower and sink. Bed very uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep the all week. The house hasn’t been cleaned. Washing machin doesn’t work and no hot water when we arrived. To enter the residency you always need to show your bracelet or they don’t let you in. The neighbour is not safe . Unbelievable
• Shaikh (8/5): Very good place - but poor mangement - This place is excellent. highly recommended Had difficulty to enter - The security guards were not updated about our arrival. And no one was picking our calls The place is excellent but maybe I was unlucky - the days I stayed there on AC wasn't working and there was no gas and no hot water - and they don't pick up the calls

• Sarah (1/5): Very tired apartment everythings needs replacing, don’t pay attention to the photos because they are misleading , the pi - It was spacious The sheets and towels were old and stained. Sofa not suitable for sleeping on. Bunk and top were not safe and mattresses needed replaced. Toilets didn’t flush. Air conditioning didn’t work . It’s located on 1st floor which meant you had to carry heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. No lights in the main bedroom. Stale smell that lingered for days. Couldn’t light oven. Freezer not working. French doors didn’t lock properly. 3rd floor not suitable for a outdoor space as table was rooted and no chairs. Internet and tv stopped working. The customer service was rubbish they did nothing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. No check in details were sent out untill we were in the country. Good job I had WiFi and international sim , or I wouldn’t have been able to locate the accommodation.
• Viktor (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious. Ideal for 5 to 6 people. The pool in the yard is great and always clean. The complex is safe. The security staff is very friendly. The mattresses in the room with the bunk bed are very uncomfortable, worn and deformed. Check-in to the apartment was a little bit slow, since the security staff at the gate entrance to the complex wasn't yet informed about our arrival.
