• Rafał (7/5): Calm and spacious - A bit of mixed experience for my group with this one, although the property as such has a really good potential - especially for a larger group of friends. The location is definitely great and it's a very spacious villa, in a closed area, lots of space in and outside, well kept swimming pool, with pretty extensive amenities inside, though the villa is a bit dated - it could use some renovation or refurbishment. Still, generally, that's a really good choice for both short and longer stays in this part of Cancun. In the beginning, there was a problem with some 'hidden beds' and dirty sheets on those. The issue was resolved later. However, the contact or communication with the management of the property is not always straightforward, but I can't say impossible - it was probably mainly the linguistic issues or maybe just somewhat different expectations on my part.
• Ana Paula (5/5): A casa em si é ótima não tem o que reclamar. Mais o desconforto pra entrar e pra sair deixou tudo sem graça. - Gostei por ser perto da praia. Fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos. Não gostei pelo fato. De ter que pagar um caução além da estadia pra poder entrar na acomodação. Algo que não estava aqui na politica do booking. Isso só foi informado quando chegamos no aeroporto e entramos em contato pra poder pegar a chave. Disse que ainda não havíamos feito o pagamento de caução o qual agente nunca tinha falado. Tivemos que pagar. Ou ficávamos na rua. Com o hotel já pago. E depois pra poder pegar esse caução de volta, eles não queriam devolver. Tivemos que denunciar no booking para que o estorno fosse feito. São totalmente desonestos.

• Max (7/5): Nettes Haus - Gute Lage nah am Strand. Leckeres mexikanisches Restaurant direkt nebenan. Haben dort auch unseren Ausflug nach Chichen Itza gebucht. Kleine Terrasse und Gemeinschaftspool mit schönem Sitzplatz. Check In und Kontakt zum Gastgeber angenehm gut. Das Haus ist hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste an einigen Stellen etwas aufgefrischt werden. Dies tut dem Ganzen zu diesem Preis aber keinen Abbruch.
• verity (9/5): Lovely family holiday home - Gerado was brilliant and answered any queries straight away & gave clear instructions on how to get to the house, etc. Pool was fab, we enjoyed staying there. House is very spacious and perfect for 3 couples. Private parking space is very handy if you are hiring a car. Short walk to bus stop, easy to get into town. Bigger supermarket is a 20 min walk away The house is a little tired in places, there is mould in one of the bedrooms, which was a bit unpleasant, and the addition of a dishwasher would have been very welcome. Few local restaurants/bars you are very much surrounded by all-inclusive hotels

• Guillermo (9/5): Bonita casa - La casa es preciosa, buena ubicación. Es como un Airbnb, deber dejar acomodadas las toallas, sacar la basura, dejar un depósito en garantía, jamás ví a personal alguno, en 5 días no se hizo la limpieza ningún día.

• Maria (9/5): Superb - The beach is very close by and the house is big and spacious. With everything you pretty much need for cooking. I didn't not like that the AC was not giving cold air, it was stuffy at night in the master bedroom. That was the only problem. Other than that everything was good. The house is near the pool.
• Maggie (10/5): Exceptional - We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible place located in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. The location was perfect—quiet, yet within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and all the essentials. The home itself was exceptionally spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, making for a truly comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the shared pool, available to the small gated community of 8 to 10 villas, providing a relaxing and private atmosphere. The host was fantastic—highly responsive and easy to communicate with, always available to answer any questions. Initially, I was a bit hesitant about the $200 security deposit via PayPal, but it was promptly reimbursed a few days after our stay, which added to the overall positive experience. If you’re looking for a well-located, stylish, and comfortable place to stay in Cancun, this is an excellent choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

• Andrew (9/5): Overall, an outstanding property in a great location with a fantastic swimming pool. - This was a perfect venue for our needs as a family whilst staying in Cancun. There were eight of us who stayed in the house for three days with five of us remaining for eight days in total. The house was easily large enough so that we were all comfortable. There are three large bedrooms, each equipped with several beds. One room has two single beds with two additional pull out beds - this is ideal for kids. The master bedroom has a king size bed plus a sofa bed. And a further bedroom has a double bed plus another sofa bed. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a large TV, air conditioning, and a fan (useful to keep the room cool as the air con can be loud at night). The living area is very comfortable with several spaces, plenty of sofas, and a dining table. There is a breakfast room as well. The kitchen is absolutely fine and we were provided with three large water containers on arrival which lasted for the duration of the trip. The house is one of around eight in a private, secure block that has a controlled entrance gate. This particular house is at the end of the block and is located right next to the swimming pool. The pool is outstanding and was one of the highlights of the trips. The main pool is 1.4 m deep and a smaller, adjacent pool is shallower and ideal for smaller children. The house is located close to the main road through the hotel zone and so accessing pretty much anywhere in Cancun is easy, either by taxi or by rental care (there is a dedicated parking space at the house). There is a public beach within walking distance (Playa Ballenas) although it is worth going further to the north end of the hotel zone to the other beaches there (e.g. Playa Caracol and Playa Forum). We stayed in this house as, in addition to being on holiday, we were attending a conference at the JM Marriott which is within walking distance. There is a large supermarket close by as well as the La Isla shopping mall/entertainment centre.
