• Espinosa (10/5): - Muy ordenado y limpio, el anfitrión pendiente de mi llegada y muy amable. la burocracia para entrar al barrio, parecía que entraba un delincuente, me pidieron hasta explicaciones de por qué iba
• Jorge & Irene (9/5): - O condomínio é muito seguro, organizado, limpo, a casa de 3 quartos é confortável com televisores em cada um dos quartos, o senhorio foi atencioso e prestativo. Se por um lado o condomínio é seguro e numa região com tudo que se precisa, fica longe da zona hoteleira. Na cozinha os ítens eram poucos, pedi e foi comprada mais uma panela e compramos algumas coisas que deixamos para casa (potes, pratos de louça, saladeira, tapete de banheiro e cabides) que foram baratos. Se forem 6 pessoas (éramos 4) faltam 2 cadeiras.
• EDGAR OSVALDO (10/5): Comedor - Tenía buena ubicación, cómodas instalaciones Solo el comedor con pocas sillas para la cantidad de habitantes y poco abastecimiento de agua caliente.
• Paola Viviana (9/5): Comodidad, tranquilidad y atención. - El sitio era tranquilo, cómodo y el barrio seguro. El anfitrión fue muy atento. Una situación con el agua, pero el anfitrión pudo solucionar muy amablemente.

• Rodrigo (10/5): ¡Mi nueva opción favorita calidad-precio! - Buena ubicación, cerca del centro, habitaciones con aire condicionado, fácil acceso, es un condominio/residencial con guarda de seguridad y acceso controlado, muy seguro. El anfitrión es increíble, nos brindó un trato excepcional. Volvería a hospedarme aquí definitivamente. Mi estadía no presentó ningún inconveniente. Todo estuvo super bien.

• Henrich (7/5): Good - Safe location. Worst quality towels of all 6 accommodations we had during our 18 days in Mexico. There were no garbage bags and the owner asked us to provide them.

• Zainab (10/5): A most comfortable stay! - Exceptional host that was very helpful and friendly. The unit was very clean and comfortable which was very important as I travelled with a 10month old baby and a three year old. I never once felt like I had to question the cleanliness of the apartment. Everything was just sooo clean!! There are convenience stores and a few fast food outlets within walking distance. My family and I felt very safe as the apartment is in a gated complex. All in all, a very comfortable stay. I know this wasn't the host's issue but I want to mention it anyway. Because of our religion we don't wear conventional bathe suits. We weren't allowed to use the pool because of the fact that our suits weren't conventional.

• Jasa (10/5): Very good - Very nice house, clean, has a kitchen and a swimming. Pool 50 meters away with a place to hang out. You need a car to go to the beach
• Frostvr4 (10/5): GREAT place to stay, esp if you are looking for 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms. Would def stay again! - Everything was super clean. 3 Bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and everything else needed, all the A/Cs working perfectly and the host was super nice and helpful! We even ended up renting a car from him since most car rentals in Cancun are a scam and we wanted to avoid that headache. These are just suggestions, not things we didn't necessarily like: Water pressure could be better so showers are faster. A TV inside the rooms would be nice haha :)
