• Maria (1/5): Horror. - Horror all around. The worst experience I have ever been through. I want all my money back. The owner was horrible. Offence. The condo was damaged. Nothing worked. Dirty.

• Shari (9/5): The beauty of the mountains with modern conveniences of home. - Excellent location. Beautiful views from the windows and balcony. Good size and lovely appliances and well-equipped kitchen. Good quality ground coffee and filters and a variety of teas were provided. Easy check-in process that was explained exceptionally well. underground heated parking was appreciated. Showers had great water pressure and were good all-round. Blow dryers provided in both bathrooms and two bathrobes were available as well as pool towels. Rooms were beautifully decorated along the lines of the rustic mountain theme with modern touches. Some of the pillows were lumpy and small. This is a pretty inexpensive fix and is a minimum expectation for higher end accommodations. The fireplaces were electric and I didn't really see what utility they provided since they didn't seem to circulate hot air,(to be fair it could have been user error on my part, though we did try to figure it out with the remote controls and a phone call).

• Anonymous (2/5): not good - room was ok they charged a 139.00 cleaning fee that was not clearly stated when booking on the site. The room was billed as a discount based on other places in the area.The cleaning is how they make their money.
• Carol (9/5): Loved the property and very well Walking distance to center of town and all amenities. - Host (or property manager - wasn’t quite sure) was excellent with continuous communication. We had one small issue and it was resolved quickly and they went above and beyond to rectify it. Really appreciated being hosted here. The pool and hot tub area are quite dark with no windows. That would be the one drawback to enjoying that part of the experience in a mountain setting.

• Amin (9/5): Overall GOOD!!! - Everything was excellent. We enjoyed the stay. Parking was bit hassle but we got the parking place all the time. The pillows were too thick. It may be OK for few but we are used to with thinner Pillow and was hard to fall sleep with thick pillows. May be couple thin or medium pillow can be available for option. That will be great.

• Mark (10/5): worth the stay, kids loved it. - location was great, pool was enjoyable, beds were comfortable, slept great. check in/out was effortless. just one night ended up costing 400 dollars cause of a 140$ cleaning fee which i didn't see when making the reservation. i don't know if that was my bad, or a surprise charge. i don't oppose the fee i might have reconsidered just taking one day had i known about the fee. But i have nothing bad to say about the unit or the resort i would love to go back.

Spacious and comfortable The living room blinds were broken and couldn’t be closed as were one set of blinds in the bedroom. Several cups and mugs had chips in them.
