- Guest (10/5): Unbelievably cozy and comfortable. We feel very lucky. - We didn't expect the place to be *that* nice. The photos looked great but we had no idea things would be so beautiful. The dinner area on the ground floor was incredibly spacious with a huge table and quite a lot of chairs and bar seats to sit at, and the kitchen was *fully* stocked with anything you'd need to cook a full meal - including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, utensils, wine glasses (quite a few varieties) and a small fridge under the counter.
The beds are so incredible that we had literally the best nights of sleep we'd had in years. Wish we could have figured out the brand or something, that's how good they were. The decor in the rooms was so comfortable and cozy that everything felt quite luxury. The top room even had a balcony that was nice to step out onto to cool off at night if needed.
The back patio was a nice retreat, especially in the evenings, as it had chairs and a table as well. It even had a grill, and while we didn't end up using it it was really nice that we had the option.
They even had a nice bluetooth speaker for some music during dinners. It feels like they thought of everything.
Far and away the nicest place out of the three we stayed in during our trip. We'll remember it for next time. I mean we're *really* nitpicking here as these are hardly negatives, but if I had to mention a few things:
We didn't realize from the pictures there were three levels. Ground floor is the dining area you see, first floor is the first bedroom and the blue bathroom (this bedroom has the standalone bath you see pictured in one of the photos, next to the window - yes, it has curtains), and the second floor is the second bedroom. Whoever has that top bedroom, be prepared to stairstep for your life.
The top bedroom doesn't have a door; keep that in mind. The noise was *not* a problem with the first bedroom door closed as the place is pretty well soundproofed, but still something to consider.
Checking in was a little iffy; the actual owner of the house must be called upon arrival and they will remotely unlock the door for you, after which you find keys on the table. That, plus the giant floor-to-ceiling glass window next to the front door, made us a *bit* uncomfortable, especially given some rowdy kids getting drunk on the weekends at the bar down the street. None of this was ever an actual issue, however.
The blue bathroom shower has no border around it, so the water tended to spill into the hallway, and if you put a towel down it'll just soak it. Take short showers in there, or use the tub shower in the first bedroom I suppose.
House cleaning came on the last day a bit early and we felt a tad rushed despite being before checkout time, but not really an issue. The posted phone number for checkout is disconnected, but I sent an email and I've yet to receive a response after checkout. That part seemed a bit weird, but again - whatever, was overall exceedingly nice.

- Johanna (10/5): - Fantastiskt boende i fantastiskt läge.
- Marcial (10/5): Welcoming & friendly host. Perfect stay in a lovely furnished house. Top location to explore city. - Welcoming and friendly host with uncomplicated check-in. We had a perfect stay in a lovely furnished and very clean house. It's a top location to explore all areas of the city.

- Jón (10/5): Over all experience was amazing. - Short summary....
It is in the downtown.
Parking garage is right behind the apartment(you do need to pay but we did not mind).
Wifi is blistering good.
All appliances are there.
Host was amazing.
Shower and toilets where good.
Restaurants and grocery store are in walking distance.
The TV is on the top floor but we did not mind that because we where here to explore the city not to watch TV.
Over all very very satisfied. There is nothing negative that we could find.
But this is more of a suggestion rather then a negative : People where complaining about the big window on the ground floor that they have to use the curtains so people would not look inside, I would suggest that the host would put a one way mirror film from amazon or something in the window so it would be possible to not use the curtains over the daytime.

- Janet (9/5): Property is at great location and facilities are modern and clean. - Very modern property and comfortable facility. Location was excellent in old town of Lubeck
- Andy (10/5): Fascinating house in a superb location. - Fans for tge night as it was very hot
- Daniela (10/5): Modern Apartment with Interesting Design - Interesting art deco type of place. Not my style, but very high quality. It was convenient to have two toilets over three floors. Nice host, Safe, covered parking for our bicycles. Close access to all the sights in Lubeck. Long kitchen table with seating for at least twelve people and hard to sit around if you want a cozy dinner for three. Also, there was a floor-to-ceiling window in the front of the apartment and all the people walking by on the busy street could see in unless you had the drapes pulled, which made it darker inside.
- Paterson (10/5): Exceptional -
