• Ashley (7/5): Over all for the amount of money it’s a great stay. Easy to get to and lots of options around the house. Felt safe. Down - It was a nice space and a nice neighborhood The pool wasn’t very clean, inside and out . I don’t know if it’s because of the Florida water but the water smelled like BO
• Marcelo (6/5): Great home, but termostat lock and credit card screenshot made it unsafe to us,. - Code to get in, easy acess to the whole property. Great pool, spacious master bathroom. Most appliaces available at the kitchen and a very good living room. It was required to send a picture of my credit card, wich is really unsafe. Also, whole house is set to 77F and you can only go to 71F as a set temperature, resulting on some bad nights. House is in Davenport, so you have to account around 40 to 50 min traffic on everyday (i4 is very problematic)

• Adam (10/5): Honestly, zero complaints. I’ve stayed in a lot of rental properties for both work and personal trip - I stayed here while in town for a family funeral, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a difficult time. The house itself was very nice and exactly what we needed, but the communication from the hosts is what really set this stay apart. I booked through Booking.com, and shortly after, the hosts reached out directly via email to request a copy of my ID and credit card for verification. Since this happened outside of the Booking.com app, I was initially a bit concerned about the legitimacy of the request. However, after looking into it and communicating with them, I found the process to be completely professional and secure. They were extremely friendly and answered all of my 'random' questions almost immediately. If you're looking for a stress-free stay with hosts who are incredibly responsive and professional, this is the place. Zero complaints—5 stars all around! Honestly zero complaints I'm sure if you went threw the home like any place u could nit pick the little things but ive stayed in so many rental properties threw work and personal that those don't bother me as much i mainly focus on bed comfort, cleanliness and responsiveness from the host

• Valerie (8/5): Mooi huis in een rustige buurt en vlakbij alle parken. - Het huis was veel groter dan we oorspronkelijk boekte. We boekte een huis voor 6 personen maar kwamen terecht in een huis met 6 slaapkamers, dus zeker ruim genoeg. Het huis is mooi ingericht met alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Elke ruimte is voorzien van een tv, ook leuk voor de kinderen de verassing in de garage, wat voorzien is van verschillende spelen zoals een pooltafel. Het zwembad en bijhorende bubbelbad is goed onderhouden. De ligging is ideaal, rustige buurt en op een half uurtje van alle parken. De airco is vrij luidruchtig, vooral wanneer je de kamer beneden naast de woonkamer gebruikt hoor je deze heel fel op en afslaan. De keuken was voorzien van alle materiaal om zelf te kunnen koken, enkel zou het fijn zijn als er wat basis kruiden en olie en een eerste koffie pad voorzien wordt, dan moet je dit niet zelf voorzien. De vraag werd gesteld om de gekleurde handdoeken eventueel al te wassen, dit is geen probleem maar we konden nergens wasmiddel vinden, dus dit zijn we zelf gaan kopen.

• Crystal (3/5): - It was on a corner lot, so there was a bit more space between us & the neighbors. Was NOT the house advertised, NOT the house in the photos, about 30+ from the house advertised, pillows & cushions stained, washer made horrible noises, dryer took 3 cycles to dry, beds & pillows horribly uncomfortable, fridge was loud, microwave door broken, stove buttons broken, almost all dishes chipped, silverware was different sizes and styles, meaning nothing matched. Master bedroom smelled like marijuana upon arrival. One of the 3 toilets would not flush, as the handle was broken. Master bath door didn’t lock. Difficult to have alone time in the bathroom as I was worried about my sister’s husband walking in. My other sister came to visit on Christmas Eve and her daughter could not use any of the bathrooms as her wheelchair would not fit through any of the inside doors. Children’s bedroom had one electrical outlet that was broken and only partially covered. Pool does not have a handrail for use when entering pool. Very unsatisfied. House needs updates. Would not recommend.

• torie (9/5): - Loved the whole house. Came stocked with everything you can think of. My only complaint would be the pool. No privacy at all. Suggest putting up curtains like the other neighbors. Other than that, definitely be back.

• Angela (10/5): Half hour drive to Disney world, lovely and peaceful, immaculate and very clean! - It was immaculate! Everything in there to cook a banquet if you wanted to! Very spacious! Very comfy bed! And even a couple of Disney themed rooms if you’re travelling with little ones! It was all amazing!
• Tequila (8/5): Over all very happy with our stay thank you very much - Location as great beds where comfortable stores where close. Pool was nice. Pool could have been cleaner and dust bunnies but that’s all small stuff. Oh and extra toilet paper would have been nice. lol
• Maurine (8/5): A spacious property that is worth the money. - The property is a very spacious home. We traveled there for Disney world and we were a group of 6 adults and 1 child. The house is very spacious for us and each getting a room. Kitchen is huge and with supplies. We didn’t get to try the pool, and other amenities this house can offer (billiard, table hockey) at the garage. Overall, this is a good place to stay and good value for money. It was 30mins drive from Disney world (Magic kingdom and Animal kingdom). It is within a gated village/neighborhood, so we felt safe also throughout our stay in the house. The proximity of the place to Disney world. It’s a bit far from what I expected, but somehow it is okay as we get to some scenic views on our way there. There were also just limited supply of the toilet papers in the bathrooms.

• David (9/5): We loved the location, cleanliness, and spaciousness. The hosts were responsive and communicative. - The house was spacious and clean. It's in a good location in a quiet neighborhood. It's very close to Disney and not too far from Universal Studios. Communication was excellent and the hosts respond quickly. Some of the beds were a bit stiff and uncomfortable, but there were beds to spare. Only had three rolls of toilet paper, which may not be enough depending on how many people stay and how long you're there.

Any emails I sent ( and I'm one of those people that always has another question lol ) were answered quickly and very professionally. 10/10 I would book here again! We had 8 people and the house EASILY accommodate all of us. The only issues we had were 1 element on the stove was out.

• Dean (9/5): Excellent house and location, highly recommended - The house exceeded our expectations,. Lots of room, excellent bedrooms. We were there mainly for Disney and the location was excellent for all the parks. The house was within a gated community with security, which added to our feeling of security, Area was nice and quiet. Little shop on site for emergency items was handy. Hardly had to bother hosts as everything required was available. Two questions we did ask were responded to quickly and helpfully. Many thanks to our hosts for making our holiday special. would highly recommend and would look to book again There were no issues. House was great

• Xing (10/5): Exceptional - I like the overall setting in the house including the game room in garage. It even has has a hydro message in the pool to relax after a tiring day. The host is quite friendly and helpful to meet guest needs. The location is not that convenient for shopping and dining if you don't have your own car.
• Angie102482 (10/5): Exceptional - How fast my questions were answered. Joy was very helpful and nice. Even tho the house was clean the game room has a funny smell and fan outside is filled with black dust. But other than that no other complaints.
• Margaret (7/5): Good - The house we stayed in was very spacious. The host Ivor was amazing bless him. Thank you. Well the house we stayed in was not the house that was advertised! It could do with a good clean and updated, the bed in one of the rooms Needed throwing away the mattress was touching the floor! The pool area needed cleaning as there were raccoon poo around the pool and in the pool , the raccoon came around the pool every night through the ripped netting , the pool gate latch was broken too. the ripped netting, mending to stop animals slipping through.

The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Only had one issue with the resort staff related to prior booking that was cancelled. That caused confusion and people to come to the house thinking we had checked out. Ivor was proactive in clarifying so to avoid further issues.
