- Alejandra (10/5): - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado próximo a la playa, y también al centro histórico, se puede llegar a pie cruzando el puente. El lugar es amplio y cómodo, tiene un hermoso balcón desde donde puedes ver el mar y los food track de comida rápida están a la vuelta. Me gustó el barrio. No hay supermercados cerca, sólo un pequeño almacén.

- Arthurzah (7/5): Worth it. - It was a big apartment, with a balcony. Warm but 2 fans helped a lot (they could be fixed to be able to turn). We were a bit skeptical about the location because we wanted to stay in the centre of Ilheus. But turned out to be a great location, close to the night life of bars and restaurants. It might look a little dodgy in the beginning but we felt safe walking around, even at night. The beach nearby "praia da Concha" was a great option for a swim close by. I don't think we would find that, staying in Ilhéus centre. It was a little cumbersome to get in contact with the host in the beginning and to find the house number. The house is humble, which is ok, but could be more organised in terms of a basic list of necessary items and provisions (soap, paper, which were promptly reloaded after communication) and instructions/tips. The place has a lot of potential and we hope that with more guests the host will be able to slowly improve it bit by bit.
